    Wonderful Hotel

I stayed here upon a friend's recommendation. The hotel is new and clean, and the room was spacious and nice, but I felt the price was a bit high. We arrived at the airport in the evening and used this accommodation as a stopover before heading north the next day, so we might not have fully enjoyed the facility. We parked our car in a nearby paid parking lot, but its condition was quite poor and could use some maintenance.

It was an almost satisfying accommodation.

This was my second stay, and I used it as an early Christmas celebration. The facilities had been renovated since my last visit, and the Club Lounge and breakfast offerings had increased in variety and quality, making for a delicious experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of Naha City's nightscape from the high floor. I also dined at the restaurant, where the staff were friendly, and the original Christmas cake was exceptional. The fitness area felt smaller than before, but I enjoyed the nighttime pool and sauna while admiring the night view. It’s a hotel that makes me want to stay again. Thank you!

A standard Hotel with a convenient location.

This property has experienced a noticeable decline in staff quality and service. We recommend management conduct a discreet inspection to address these issues.

    Service was disappointing...

I stayed for one night due to errands near Kokusai Street. The location was convenient, but the overall service had many areas for improvement, which was disappointing. First, regarding the parking lot: it is not worth the 1,500 yen charge. There is a ditch near the entrance, and the gravel ground was poorly maintained. It felt somewhat unsafe at night or on rainy days. The breakfast itself tasted good; however, I was concerned about how it was served. When sanpin tea ran out, staff refilled it directly from a plastic bottle in front of customers or poured it into cups held by standing guests without proper care. As a Hotel, such actions lack consideration. At least refill away from customer view or serve in a way that doesn’t make guests feel uncomfortable. The front desk service during checkout was also disappointing. The staff seemed busy with tasks and simply said "Please wait" while continuing their work without further guidance, leaving me standing there waiting with no explanation provided. If ongoing tasks are necessary, they should either suggest sitting down to wait or call another staff member to assist. I had high expectations when choosing this Hotel but found small issues accumulating throughout my stay unfortunate. I hope improvements will be made in the future!

    Disappointed with the renovation work.

We were informed in advance via email about the renovation work for the lounge and breakfast venue, but the alternative arrangements were more disappointing than expected. The alternative for the lounge was a restaurant on the first floor, where we had to place orders instead of enjoying food and drinks at our own pace. Simply increasing the number of free menu items does not solve this issue. As for the breakfast venue, it was literally a "temporary setup" in what seemed like a meeting room on the second floor, with all blinds closed, leaving no view to enjoy (though it would have only been a view of a yakitori restaurant across). The variety of dishes also appeared noticeably fewer than usual. It was especially disappointing because the staff's service was excellent. Considering that we are paying a significant amount, more thoughtful consideration should have been given to these alternatives.

    As expected.

I stayed here because I love the Oriental Hotel in Kobe, and since it is part of the same group, I had high expectations—and they were exceeded. The room's size, design, and furnishings were all very satisfying. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wished for live kitchen options at breakfast. Also, it would be great if the seafood bowl had a bit more variety in its ingredients. Focusing on fewer dishes with more attention to detail might also be a good idea. That said, whenever I visit Okinawa again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

    Breakfast is exquisite.

I have used this place multiple times, and the breakfast remains delicious. However, upon arrival, there was no one to guide us on where to park, which was disappointing. Even when I approached the staff for assistance, no one seemed knowledgeable, which was very frustrating. The location or perhaps the restaurant attached behind made it noisy and hard to hear conversations. While it's convenient for Naha, I am reconsidering staying here again. The staff's service in the past was excellent, but it seems to have changed significantly. Truly disappointing.

    Since its opening, I...

Since its opening, I have visited 6-7 times, including June, August, and this time this year. However, I feel the quality of service has been declining over time, which is very disappointing. Has there been a change in the hotel's management at some point? The initial excellence seems to be gradually fading. When the hotel first opened, "thoughtful gestures" and "subtle greetings to guests" were thoroughly practiced, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, since the beginning of this year, there have been more instances where staff pass by without greeting or smiling, leaving me disappointed. Despite being a frequent visitor by now, it feels like I'm not recognized as a returning guest—something that seems questionable for a hotel in this price range. Even though I made a dinner reservation at SHIKAKU and indicated my accommodation status during online booking with the "Accommodation or Not" option provided—it makes me wonder what that option is for when there's no coordination with the accommodation department. After checking out and using the main dining area later on, I was relieved to find one staff member who remembered me and another who came for turndown service who was exceptionally wonderful. This is truly an excellent hotel where I'd love to continue staying in the future; hence I've shared my honest feedback here.

I took photos from the vicinity as it is a lovely Hotel.

The exterior, interior, and monochrome Okinawa photographs are all stunning. The staff members are attentive and provide excellent service. The sweets by Plan Do See, who operate SWGH, are delicious—especially the Basque cheesecake, which I sometimes order for delivery. In addition to the cheesecake, the tiramisu is also delightful and can be enjoyed on the first floor or through room service. Thank you for the upgrade!

    Highly recommended Hotel.

The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I felt like staying again. The hotel is equipped with a pool, sauna, and fitness gym, all of which were well-maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet featured Okinawan ingredients and was very delicious. Thank you very much.

This was probably my 4th or 5th stay at this accommodation. I was happy to finally be recognized as a returning guest! We stayed for two nights as a family in the Terrace Suite. We've tried various room types, but this one was the best. Especially, spending time on the terrace during sunset was amazing. Thank you for the consistently delicious meals and warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again early next year!

    Lack of communication

Stayed for 3 nights, requested no cleaning for one day and only towel replacement, but returned to find the Room cleaned. Despite requesting this via a call to the front desk, the 1000 yen Hotel credit for opting out of cleaning was not applied. At checkout, I was charged for 2 days of parking even though I only used the paid parking for one day. Was this due to a communication issue? I would like an explanation. The Hotel itself is clean and in an excellent location, but staffing issues are disappointing. While I didn’t mention the cleaning issue at checkout, combined with the parking charge error, it left me feeling unsettled after returning home.

    Beyond expectations

Stayed 5 nights in Onna Village and the northern area, then spent the final night here. Chose this accommodation as a Business Hotel for packing and avoiding last-minute rush before the next day's flight, but honestly, it was much better than expected. I even wished I had stayed here for 2 nights to relax more. The staff were young and very attentive. Initially planned to dine at an izakaya on Kokusai Street, but due to travel fatigue, decided to have shabu-shabu at the hotel instead. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic! It had a luxurious feel with great ambiance, and the hospitality of the main staff was exceptional! The price was surprisingly reasonable (perhaps because restaurants in Onna Village were too expensive), and it was delicious!! Breakfast buffet was also amazing. Compared to club lounge breakfasts in Onna Village or northern areas this year, this one stood out as the best. The variety and taste were satisfying. Kids enjoyed making "Pork Tamago" sandwiches themselves. The "Kachiyu" soup (if that's what it's called?) offered various miso options which made it fun to prepare—and tasty too! From the breakfast venue, you could see an indoor pool—not very large but looked appealing enough that I’d like to try it next time. Having hot meals available at night in the lounge would’ve been even better—but oh well—the baked goods were delicious. There’s a water server available; laundry fees are reasonable too. However, no freezer compartment in the fridge—slightly disappointing. As for bathrooms: glass walls are common these days so that’s fine—but having blinds would be helpful. Also noticed that lights for toilet/washroom/bathroom shared one switch; when someone turned on toilet lights during sleep hours—it lit up everything else—slightly inconvenient. Despite minor issues though—I’d definitely revisit when staying again around Naha! Had such pleasant moments on my final day—thank you so much!

    Sauna is amazing!

The lounge offered a wide variety of drinks, but there were limited snack options. The pistachio financier was delicious. The sauna provided a relaxing experience with views of Naha's nightscape and a pleasant aroma, which my husband and I enjoyed privately. Great location, spacious and clean Room, making it an overall satisfying Hotel stay. We would love to visit again! Thank you very much.

    Hotel Life

I enjoyed using the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna. The Room was a relaxing space, and I could refresh myself with the view of Naha's cityscape from the Room's bath. The lounge was also comfortable. Breakfast was stylish in presentation, had a wide variety of options, and was delicious. I loved having garlic shrimp and spam musubi. The teamwork between the kitchen staff and hall staff to constantly replenish food was impressive. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for making my stay comfortable. I would love to stay again!

    Wonderful Hotel

Stayed here on the first night of a 4-night trip to Okinawa Main Island. The location was very convenient, being close to Kokusai Street. Although we had dinner outside, the Hotel's restaurant looked very lovely. I was satisfied with their flexible service rather than just following a manual. Highly recommended for a stay in Naha!

A vibrant and charming city Hotel

A very convenient and newly built Hotel located just off Kokusai Street. The staff are young, energetic, attentive, and provide excellent service. The Room is spacious with a wooden design featuring flooring and other natural elements. Amenities include high-quality shampoos and cosmetics used by luxury hotels. With the Lounge Access Plan, you can enjoy complimentary drinks and Blue Seal ice cream from 11 AM. For dinner, as recommended by the staff, we dined at the Italian restaurant on the Hotel's first floor. This restaurant seems popular among locals as well; it was fully booked even on a weekday and had a lively atmosphere. The delicious course menu with generous portions left us very satisfied. Breakfast offered a variety of superfoods, fruits, bread including danishes and croissant donuts—all of which were delightful! The carefully selected Japanese dishes are also not to be missed; self-made kachiyu soup and daily changing menus make Multiple Night Stays highly recommended. Relaxing in the indoor pool or outdoor jacuzzi is also enjoyable; however, we had to skip the jacuzzi due to sudden rain called "Katabui," which was unfortunate. I would love to stay here again during my next visit to Naha City!

    This Hotel may not s...

This Hotel may not suit everyone, depending on personal preferences. The price falls into the luxury Hotel category, but the hospitality did not meet luxury standards. The Facility and Room size/layout are luxurious. However, it was not a relaxing or comfortable space for me. It cannot be described as quiet due to noticeable external noise, hallway sounds, and air conditioning noise. It is unsuitable for those seeking a peaceful rest. The very large TV felt overwhelming when viewed from the sofa due to disproportionate distance and size. The chair arrangement also felt unnatural. The built-in stylish refrigerator lacked space for storing purchased items and did not cool effectively. While amenities were luxurious, finding used cotton swab packaging left in place gave an impression of uncleanliness. Regarding cleanliness, there were several pieces of grass about 5 cm long on the floor and some hair left behind, indicating insufficient attention to detail during cleaning checks. As for staff members, many were young and appeared smart; however, there was little eye contact or greetings when passing through reception. This raised concerns about both hospitality and security aspects. Although I have pointed out many negative aspects above, as mentioned initially, this Hotel may simply not align with my preferences. It is undeniably located in the heart of Kokusai Street with spacious Rooms featuring stylish designs and a unique concept. For those who prioritize trendy design over Room comfort or enjoy Instagram-worthy aesthetics while experiencing a distinctive Hotel style—this could be recommended! However, I suggest not relying entirely on early YouTube reviews from its opening period.

We felt the spirit of hospitality.

The staff were cheerful and kind, making for a pleasant stay. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable to relax in. What I particularly enjoyed was the breakfast—there were four types of miso at the miso soup station, a tuna bowl and Spam musubi corner, as well as a wide variety of bread. Everything was delicious, and though I ate too much, it made me feel happy from the morning. One small concern was some noise near the bathroom and around the refrigerator at night—possibly from drainage pipes? (It wasn’t loud enough to disturb my sleep). I would love to visit again!

    ON THE ROAD2020

It is a mistake to assume it is the same as other hotels with lounges.

This accommodation does not meet the expectations of a lounge-inclusive hotel. The "lounge" is merely a small space next to the restaurant, lacking the typical offerings such as cakes or hors d'oeuvres during standard hours. Only sparkling wine, wine, and a beer server are available. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are too small to be appealing, and while there is a sauna, there is no SPA facility. Guests must either return to their room or use the shower in the changing room by the pool for washing up. If a sauna is provided on the top floor, it would make sense to include an accompanying SPA facility. The room was clean but of average size. During our two-night stay, police sirens were loud throughout both nights, making it difficult to sleep. While its proximity to Kokusai Street is convenient, we realized after staying that this location negatively impacts its suitability as an accommodation. Breakfast was ordinary with no special services like made-to-order omelets or fried eggs offered at some other accommodations mentioned earlier. The price point of this hotel is quite high—comparable to Okinawa Prince Hotel or Okuma Private Resort—and higher than Okinawa Harborview Hotel or Southern Beach Resort. However, the quality of its lounge (which barely qualifies as one), facilities, and meals do not justify this cost level. It feels more akin to Aqua Citta Naha's standards rather than those of premium hotels in Okinawa. At this price range with these services and facilities provided, I can confidently say I will not return. This evaluation stems from inadequate facilities, lounge quality, and dining experience relative to pricing—not due to any specific mishaps during our stay. Lastly, finding the entrance was confusing; we mistakenly entered through what seemed like plastic curtains only to discover that wasn't actually where we should have gone—the main entrance was elsewhere. Additionally checking in at what felt like a cash register counter for an attached restaurant detracts from professionalism expected when paying nearly 80,000 yen for two people over two nights—a proper front desk should be standard at such rates!

Condominium-style accommodation in a Waikiki alley

The facility looks photogenic and is popular among the local trendy crowd, but I was taken aback when I saw a planner, presumably from the hotel, having an intense wedding planning discussion with a client in the lounge meant for guests. It turned out to be a disappointing stay.

A wonderful Hotel with an excellent location

Stayed on April 25th. The breakfast quality has been declining with each visit. In July 2023, I was amazed by the luxurious selection, including salmon roe, tuna, and salmon. However, it has now been reduced to only factory-made negitoro. I doubt it can decline further from here, but having told many people that this hotel offers the most luxurious breakfast in Naha City, I feel a bit nervous now.

    Had a relaxing time.

I had a relaxing stay again this time. Honestly, I don't have much business on Kokusai Street, but I choose to stay here because I love this hotel. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff provides excellent and pleasant service. I did prefer the previous breakfast style with a main dish plus buffet, so it was a bit disappointing that it reverted to the original format this time. My husband loves the pancakes at Long Vacation, so we might try breakfast there next time. I'm sure we'll visit again!

    The staff are excellent.

During my stay, it was raining heavily, but the staff kindly suggested arranging a taxi even before I asked. The process from guiding me to the waiting area to loading my luggage into the taxi was incredibly smooth. I was deeply impressed by how attentively the staff assisted me, even while getting soaked in the rain. The room was exceptionally clean, and the meals were worth more than their price. I especially enjoyed making my own pork tamago onigiri and seafood bowl—it was such a fun experience. Thank you very much!

The quality seems to have slightly declined.

Check-in was from 3 PM. I arrived a bit early, so I spoke to a woman who seemed to be managing both the restaurant and reception, left my luggage with her, and waited on the sofa in front of the front desk. When it was time for check-in, I noticed others being checked in one after another while I was overlooked until I spoke up again. The lounge had fewer options than before. For breakfast, which I had been looking forward to, even though there were open window-side seats available, I was seated at a table where staff were storing cutlery and children's chairs. It wasn't a relaxing experience. The menu also had fewer choices than before, which was disappointing. For this price and level of service, there are plenty of better Hotels nearby that might be worth considering instead... It’s especially disappointing because my previous visits left such good impressions.

Located near Kokusai Street with excellent accessibility. The Facility is overall minimalistic, and perhaps due to good timing, it was not crowded, allowing for a very comfortable stay. Featuring trendy interiors and well-maintained cleanliness, the Facility offers a variety of amenities such as a pool, sauna, lounge bar, and restaurant.

    That's unfortunate.

The decline in service and staff quality is noticeable with each visit. Cleaning is insufficient, and dust on the room's lighting fixtures gets blown around by the air conditioner, so I had to clean it myself. The lounge has also become more modest over the years. It’s disappointing to see such deterioration in just a few years, especially since it used to be an exciting Hotel.

This is my favorite Hotel in Japan.

This was my fourth stay, and I finally stayed in the Penthouse Suite. However: 1) There was no recognition of me as a repeat guest. 2) While the Penthouse Suite itself is spacious and beautiful with direct access to the sauna, the service provided is the same as other room types. I did not feel it was worth paying such a high price. 3) The overall services seem to have been downgraded in favor of cost-cutting measures. Items like curry bread and salmon roe were missing from breakfast. Instead of cutting costs, focusing on increasing guest satisfaction through higher room rates would be more effective, which is disappointing. Both the facilities and services are excellent, so I will definitely stay again; however, I am concerned that the hotel's standards may decline over time.
