    The room was clean, ...

    The room was clean, functional, and comfortable. It was nice to be able to move around the Hotel in room wear. (The room wear was easy to wear.) The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, which was very good. I wished there was a handrail next to the bathtub.

    Late check-in with a spacious Room use

    My high school child stayed here. We hopped between several hotels, but they were delighted that this was the best. Due to scheduling, we made the reservation at the latest possible time, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. They were impressed with the amenities in the wooden box. Next time, I want to stay with my family.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    - In the evening, when parking, more than 10 large buses were blocking the entrance to the parking lot, which was quite troublesome. It seems there is a duty-free shop nearby, and I was surprised by the huge number of Chinese people. (Some of them are staying at UMI. SORA seems to be family-oriented.) - The front desk is on the upper floor, and while going up is fine, on the way back, you have to go up and then down, which felt inconvenient. Since the dining area is on the 1st floor, it seems better to have it the other way around. - In the bath, as you proceed, the curtain is green, and for a moment, I thought it was for men. As you go further, it is separated. The water is lukewarm. The hairdryers are at both ends of the changing room, but there are lotions and such only on one side, which was inconvenient. The hairdryer was proper, with sufficient airflow and temperature, making it easy to use. The body towel was a cheap sponge, which was a bit difficult to use. A regular cloth-like one would be better. - I was grateful to receive amenities for women. - I stayed at SORA, and the twin room was spacious and nice. Since the washbasin is inside the room, others can use it even when the toilet is occupied, which is convenient. - Breakfast was good. However, the miso soup was instant, which was disappointing. The sashimi was delicious. The coffee felt a bit cheap.

    The rooms are design...

    The rooms are designed for children to enjoy, and everyone was pleased with the views from the large public bath and within the facility. We were very well taken care of. Thank you very much.

    Everything was wonderful except for dinner.

    I had a stay with dinner and breakfast included. Excluding the meals, it was a wonderful stay. The dinner had a taste that didn't suit my palate, as if it was made by someone from a different country than Japan. It was too sweet, the steak sauce was too sour, and the seasonings seemed cheap, leaving an impression that it lacked umami overwhelmingly. On the other hand, the breakfast had a somewhat better seasoning. I apologize for the harsh comments, but the dinner time felt truly wasted. The Hotel staff, Room, amenities, drinks, view, ice cream, massage chairs, gym, and other services were wonderful. I really hope you reconsider the seasoning recipes for the dinner dishes. But thank you for the wonderful time! I look forward to it.

    Access

    I used it for the first time and was very satisfied with the Facility and others, but I think it would be better if access to public transportation was improved a little more. However, I would like to use it again.

    The breakfast buffet was excellent.

    Upon arriving at the Property, we were greeted by cute Halloween decorations. The bath was perfect for relaxing our tired bodies after driving around Kyushu. The Room was also thoughtfully arranged for children, making it an excellent stay. Above all, the breakfast buffet was the best quality we've ever had. We would love to stay again.

    I was able to see my child's happy face.

    From the fact that the front desk is on the top floor, the 11th floor, I felt it was a nice hotel. The room had a dinosaur theme, and the children aged 3 to 9 were thrilled with the slide. My parents were with us and they were pleased, so I think it's a hotel that people of any age would enjoy. The food is delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the dust on the bathroom ventilation fan.

    The hot spring is amazing!

    The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax in the hot spring, which was very nice. The amenities and beverage service were excellent. The dinner buffet was a bit disappointing, but the morning buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. It was a reasonably priced but relaxing stay.

    Satisfied

    We stayed as a family of four. The large public bath was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was conveniently portioned and delicious.
