  The location and service level are both excellent.

  I was able to relax.

  I visited alone again this time, but I came by train. The staff who picked me up at the station was pleasant, but I was surprised to find staff just watching inside the Hotel parking lot while I struggled to take out my 10-kilogram crate backpack and my Boston bag from the car in the pouring rain. I don't know if it's a system of assigned responsibilities, but I believe that service means naturally moving to help when seeing such a situation... I didn't give a tip, and since this is Japan, maybe it can't be helped. I apologize if I sound arrogant.

  The dog, who usually doesn't eat while traveling, finished the meal.

  We have visited various hotels where we can stay with our dog, and this place is a favorite for both humans and dogs. Our dog, who usually acts like a monk on a journey by not sleeping or eating, was able to sleep, eat, and be pampered by the people around (other guests and hotel staff), and seemed very happy. It's a bit disappointing that there is no Onsen. In the morning, we changed to a Japanese breakfast for an additional fee.

Regarding the public bath, we regret that you were not satisfied as our Facility does not have an Onsen. While it is structurally challenging to introduce Onsen facilities, we will carefully consider your feedback. As for our breakfast, as stated in the Plan details, we have changed to a Western-style breakfast from October 1, 2023. For guests who wish for a Japanese-style breakfast, we currently offer changes for an additional fee, as it requires individual arrangements.   It was excellent!

  The staff were wonderful with their smiles, making our stay comfortable. We were delighted with the service of being able to freely enjoy drinks and ice cream. Although it is a Stays where you can stay with your dog, it was more dog-friendly than we imagined, and we were impressed with the well-equipped Facility and amenities! The guest room was also clean and very comfortable. It couldn't be helped, and measures were taken, but especially at night, stink bugs inevitably come attracted by the light. The outdoor jacuzzi was also lovely, so we would like to use it again in a season when we are not bothered by insects!

  It was a wonderful h...

  It was a wonderful hotel that I am really glad I chose for my first trip. The meals were delicious, and I had a lovely time.
