The day before your beloved dog’s birthday
We stayed again (maybe our 4th time) to celebrate our dog’s birthday. We love the first-floor Room with direct access to the dog run. Once again, the food was delicious, and the staff were very kind to our dog, so we were extremely satisfied. I didn’t mention it was the day before our dog’s birthday and made a Reservation through IKYU, but they still celebrated for us at dinner. The dumplings for our dog must have been tasty—he finished them in no time even though he had already eaten quite a lot. The Instagram photo session time changed to 5:00 PM, and since we’re not great with that sort of thing, we didn’t join. I might prefer taking the photo at check-in like before.

Thank you very much for staying with us again to celebrate your dog’s birthday. We were delighted to hear this was your fourth visit, and all of our staff truly appreciate it. It means a lot to us that you enjoy the first-floor Room with direct access to the dog run, and we are encouraged by your kind words that you were satisfied once again with both the meals and our service. We’re also relieved to know you enjoyed the celebration at dinner. All of our dog dumplings are handmade. Hearing that your dog happily finished them even after eating plenty will surely make our kitchen team very happy as well. Regarding Instagram photos, as we received many requests, we have now changed to a group photo session format where guests gather at 5:00 PM so guests can interact with one another. We will carefully take your feedback into consideration as we continue making improvements. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again.
