Merci Birthday Anniversary Trip
The hospitality was wonderful, and I was happy that you remembered our dog’s name at check-in and greeted her by name. This is a truly dog-first Hotel, and I was impressed by the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and you even checked in with us at just the right time when we wanted coffee—I could really feel how carefully you were looking out for us. It was also a great experience to dine with so many other dogs around. And since Merci’s birthday is coming up soon, you surprised us with a cake plate for her. Celebrating with sparklers and applause was the best gift ever! The Room was lovely as well, and both the indoor dog run and outdoor dog run were spacious. This is a Hotel we would definitely love to visit again!!
