    It was wonderful.

    The front desk and staff provided excellent service, and the guest room was convenient and comfortable. However, after going to bed, there was a strong unpleasant odor from the bedding, which caused discomfort. We strongly request confirmation of bedding cleanliness.

    A wonderful Hotel filled with hospitality.

    The location was very convenient with many shops near the station. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The Hotel was stylish, had a large public bath, and all the staff were always smiling, which made for an extremely pleasant stay.

    A satisfying Hotel.

    Clean and friendly staff make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located next to the station, it’s easy to get around. You can enjoy shopping at various stores, and with a nearby supermarket, you can also find everyday local specialties from Kumamoto. This year, I chose clear soy sauce as a souvenir. For breakfast, I particularly enjoy the sea bream ochazuke. The floral arrangements near the elevators on the lobby floor are beautifully designed and add a touch of elegance to the hotel.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here for one night before visiting my relatives in Kumamoto the next day. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shinkansen station, making it easy to check in during the evening and head out for dinner afterward. There are plenty of shops in the station building, and taking a taxi to the downtown area is also a great option. The showerhead with ReFa Fine Bubble technology was very relaxing and enjoyable.

    Excellent.

    Three adults and one 4-year-old had an amazing first trip to Kumamoto. The location above the shopping mall is incredibly convenient. The Hotel Room was clean, and the large public bath was easy to use and very relaxing. We want to visit Kumamoto again and stay at this Hotel once more. We're hooked!

    Excellent hospitality!

    The location, facility, and service are all excellent. Although it seems to be a JR-affiliated hotel, it is far superior to the Nagoya Gate Tower Hotel where I stayed two weeks prior. All the staff greeted us with smiles and cheerful attitudes, which was very pleasant. They were kind to my young daughter as well, and she said she wants to stay at the "Kumamon Hotel" again. The cleaning was thorough, and the public bath was clean and comfortable. However, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking, and both pillows provided were on the higher side, which was uncomfortable for someone like me who prefers lower pillows. The breakfast selection was average; however, due to its layout arrangement, it felt slightly confusing about where to line up or how to access certain items easily.

    Kindness

    I stayed with my daughter and grandchild. The location is close to Kumamoto Station, and although the entrance was a bit hard to find, the detailed instructions made it easy to locate. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was very delicious. I would love to stay here again.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient to go for meals or shopping in front of the station. Once you step into the Hotel from the hustle and bustle in front of the station, it is a very lovely Hotel with a calm atmosphere, and the staff were courteous, making it a memorable trip. I would definitely like to use it again.

    New Year's

    Since it was winter, it couldn't be helped, but the Room was dry and I became parched. The Facility was very clean and I was able to spend my time comfortably.

    I think it is a good Hotel.

    It was very comfortable. However, it was a bit noisy as there were many tourists from a certain neighboring country staying. It's more of an issue with the guests staying rather than the Hotel itself...

    I am a repeat guest.

    Every time, I have a comfortable stay at this Hotel. Since it is adjacent to the station, it is convenient for transportation, and I can also shop at the station building, making it my regular Stays. Sometimes I encounter weddings, which allows me to enjoy a festive atmosphere. The view at the reception during check-in is wonderful. One of the reasons I like it is the good sense of fresh flowers in front of the lobby floor, but the best point I can recommend is the pleasant demeanor of all the staff.

    It is a very good Hotel. The interior is nice, but the service is excellent. The concierge was very kind to us. The breakfast has a variety of dishes and is delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    This was my first time using this service. The staff were all very polite and it was a pleasant Hotel. The Room was also clean. It seems there are locations outside of Kumamoto as well, so I would like to try those too.

    A slightly better Business Hotel

    Simply put, it's a "slightly better Business Hotel." The reception front is a lovely space with a great view that raises expectations, but... the reception staff are average, and the Room is also average. The large public bath is similar to those at Dormy Inn. The breakfast has a decent variety and menu typical of recent Business Hotels, but the breakfast area is packed with small tables and chairs, creating an atmosphere that seems focused on handling a large number of guests, with no ambiance for a relaxed meal. The advantage is its proximity to Kumamoto Station, but beyond that, there seems to be little reason to recommend it to others.
