    A clean Hotel near Kumamoto Station.

    The price is a bit high (around 30,000 yen for a double room with No Meals Included), so I hesitated until the end, but it was a very convenient and nice Hotel near the station. However, there were long hairs scattered here and there, which even I noticed despite my poor eyesight, so I felt the cleaning might not be thorough. The customer service was also slightly disappointing. The public bath was a bit small; although the vacancy display showed space for more than five people, I wondered how crowded it would feel when fully occupied. Since the display reflects conditions from about 10 minutes prior, even if it shows availability when you head over, it might still be crowded. There are only two elevators, and you need to transfer from the first floor to the lobby floor and then again to guestroom floors, which is slightly inconvenient. The elevator speed is also slow; having stairs would have been nice. Although I've written mostly negative points here, overall I think it's a good Hotel.

    Convenient, Clean, and Affordable

    I stayed with a friend for sightseeing. Being located on the upper floors of Amu Plaza, it was very convenient for dining and shopping. Since it is adjacent to Kumamoto Station, it was easy to go anywhere. Both the guest room and the entire hotel were very clean. I relaxed in the large public bath and felt refreshed. The staff were all kind and pleasant. Not only was I very satisfied, but my friend also thanked me, saying, "Thank you for finding such a great hotel."

    This is my regular accommodation.

    When choosing a Hotel, I always prefer one where weddings are held, and this Hotel features a beautiful chapel surrounded by a glass-enclosed courtyard. The area in front of the elevator is adorned with tasteful fresh flower arrangements, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I love the green scenery visible from the window during check-in. No matter when I visit, the staff are always friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable stay. This is one of the Hotels I can confidently recommend. Located on the upper floors of "JR Kumamoto City Amu Plaza Kumamoto," adjacent to Kumamoto Station, it offers great convenience with access to fashion stores, gourmet options, supermarkets, and even "Higo Yokamon Market" within the station premises. It’s also highly recommended for its easy access to buses, taxis, and trams!

    Close to JR Kumamoto Station, it was very convenient with access to local trains, trams, and buses. Additionally, there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to use. Due to a sudden change in plans, the reservation was made for one night at a time, but it was kindly adjusted to a Multiple Night Stay before check-in. Thank you also for your kind assistance with courier services.

    Perfect for your travel base

    I stayed here for a family errand and a bit of sightseeing. It's perfect as a travel base, being very close to JR Kumamoto Station! A comfortable Hotel to stay in. The Room's amenities, the large public bath, and the restaurant were all satisfying. It would be great if the shower height could be adjusted more easily.

    I always stay at thi...

    I always stay at this hotel when I return home. This time as well, I had a very comfortable stay. The only thing that caught my attention was the room cleaning during a multiple night stay. While room cleaning was not necessary, it would be great if used cups and ice buckets could be replaced with new ones to ensure hygiene for the next day during a multiple night stay. Other than that, I had another pleasant experience this time. I look forward to staying here again next year when I return home.

    Neither good nor bad.

    Service was average. The Room was quiet and comfortable. However, an initial explanation of how to use the elevator would have been appreciated. Overall, nothing particularly good or bad.

    Very clean and beautiful.

    A beautiful Hotel in front of Kumamoto Station

    Directly connected to Kumamoto Station, offering an excellent location. The Room has a standard grade feel, but the front desk on the upper floors exudes a sense of luxury. Breakfast is commendable in both quality and variety, though the dining space slightly resembles a cafeteria, which is a minor drawback.

    It was a very satisfying Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station and great for shopping. The Hotel entrance has a luxurious feel, creating an exciting and thrilling atmosphere. Our Room was upgraded, and we brought our grandmother for Respect-for-the-Aged Day, which made it a truly satisfying experience. The large public bath was very relaxing, making us want to stay at this Hotel again.

    Journey to Kumamoto

    I stayed for 2 nights. The Hotel is close to the station, clean, and had a shower room in the Room, but the bath was excellent and made my stay very comfortable. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast was delicious. If I visit Kumamoto again, I would like to stay at this Hotel.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. I was upgraded, and the view from the Room was excellent and beautiful. At the breakfast buffet, I was introduced to recommended ways to enjoy sea bream chazuke and Aso milk, which were delicious. I will use this place again when I visit Kumamoto!

    A Hotel that offers excellent service, clean facilities, and great convenience.

    I decided to make a Reservation because my family had used this Hotel before and gave it high praise. I was truly impressed. Located right in front of Kumamoto Station and adjacent to commercial facilities, it is incredibly convenient. The building itself is spacious and beautiful, with plenty of greenery that made me feel like I was in Singapore. I was also deeply moved by the kindness of the staff. Everyone at the front desk greeted us warmly with smiles, creating a consistently welcoming atmosphere. Even from afar, they cheerfully said "Have a great day!" with smiles on their faces. Throughout the floor, staff greeted us every time we passed by, and the woman who welcomed us at breakfast provided exceptional service. Watching her interact politely with international guests made me think how wonderful it must be for visitors from outside Kumamoto or overseas to be welcomed by such amazing staff at this gateway Hotel to Kumamoto. It truly enhances Kumamoto's image. Considering how excellent this Hotel is and its prime location, I was surprised by how affordable it is. I definitely want to stay here again! Thank you so much!

    There were no amenities in the bathroom.

    The bath is not exclusive to accommodation guests, so it was disappointing that nothing was provided. This is the first time I've experienced this, even day-use public baths usually have amenities.

    I arrived early for an errand in the downtown area. The place was clean, the service was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. With its convenient location next to Amu Plaza and a parking fee of just 1,000 yen, it offers great value.

    Close to Kumamoto Station

    This is my second stay as I had a great impression last time. The accommodation is very close to the station, and the facility is new and clean. The room I stayed in was compact with only a shower, but it was no problem. (A large public bath is also available if needed.) All the staff are cheerful and pleasant, especially at the breakfast venue where you can start your day feeling energized.

    The moment the entrance door opened, there was a wonderful aroma. It is a very elegant and luxurious Hotel. The staff were very attentive and promptly handled any unexpected situations, for which I am very grateful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. There are lockers available to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, allowing guests to enjoy sightseeing hands-free.

    The lobby and front ...

    The lobby and front desk had a luxurious feel, and I had high expectations for the service based on the reviews. However, during check-in, the female staff member only spoke to him, provided guidance solely to him, and did not make eye contact with me. Perhaps they were trying to prioritize men, but I noticed several small differences compared to a 5-star hotel. The room was inconveniently far from the elevator for some reason and was much smaller than expected. As for the highly-rated breakfast, it seemed like there weren’t many options available. Because my expectations were high before my stay, there were multiple disappointments.

    It was comfortable even during heavy rain.

    Conveniently located near Kumamoto Station. The Hotel is still new, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The staff were always friendly and left a good impression. We chose a Room with separate bath and toilet as we were traveling with children, but ended up not using it because the large public bath was spacious and clean. For solo travelers, a Room without a bath would be sufficient. There was a Nespresso machine at the entrance of the public bath, but it was often out of order. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options along with Kumamoto specialties; the taste was average. Due to heavy rain, we had to extend our stay as we couldn’t return home as planned. The extension process was handled smoothly—thank you for that! Despite public transportation being halted and most restaurants closed during this time, some shops inside Kumamoto Station like convenience stores remained open, allowing us to shop without getting wet. The Hotel operated normally except for its restaurant during this period and provided helpful updates on Amu Plaza or Shinkansen operations on a whiteboard. Although it was peak Obon season pricing this time around, I believe it's usually reasonably priced for a Business Hotel. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Kumamoto. Thank you very much!

    【Non-Smoking】Deluxe Twin NAGOMI Room Stayed with a reservation for 3 people. My husband slept on the raised tatami area with a futon, but as there was only one futon, he experienced some discomfort. While additional futons could have been requested, we realized this too late. During breakfast, when asking staff about the ingredients of certain dishes due to unfamiliar names, they were unable to provide answers. For example, "Gane-age" seemed to be a local dish; it would be helpful if staff could explain such items in the future. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel overall. We visited by rental car and found several affiliated parking lots available nearby. Although being near Kumamoto Station makes public transportation convenient for most guests, it was also very accommodating for those using rental cars like us. However, parking costs ¥1,000 out-of-pocket per day—this was my oversight in checking beforehand. With fewer rooms available at this hotel compared to others in the area, once you reach your floor you can enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere despite being near the station's hustle and bustle. I used the large communal bath twice during my stay (midway through a three-day weekend), and both times I had it all to myself—allowing me to relax fully. I would definitely love to use this accommodation again on another occasion!

    A clean Hotel directly connected to Kumamoto Station

    No Meals Included. The room gives the impression of a clean, recently built Business Hotel, and the large public bath with a sauna was excellent. There were many foreign travelers, but there was staff available during check-in to assist smoothly. I would love to stay again.

    Directly connected to Kumamoto Station and a large shopping facility, making it very convenient. It was especially helpful during heavy rain for dining and souvenir shopping. The lobby is spacious with a courtyard, and the Room is also large and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Attention for Guests Arriving by Car

    The Hotel was excellent, and I would love to stay again. Please note when using the underground parking lot: there is a stop sign, so make sure to come to a complete stop. I missed it and was issued a ticket by a nearby patrol car. I’m sharing this information so no one else gets caught. The Room was conveniently located on the same floor as the front desk, large public bath, and restaurant. The Facility was functional yet stylish, clean, and included relaxing spaces like an observation deck and courtyard. I’ve already recommended it to family planning a trip to Kumamoto! The breakfast was delicious too! The Hotel truly exceeded expectations!

    This is the place to stay near Kumamoto Station!

    A very clean Hotel conveniently located next to the station. As it is new, everything is tastefully designed. The price, including breakfast, was very reasonable at under 10,000 yen. The Room is a bit small for relaxing, but if your schedule only requires a place to sleep, the nearby station convenience store and souvenir shop make it highly satisfying. There are restaurants and izakayas on the lower floor open until 11 PM (last order at 10:30 PM), so even late arrivals can enjoy them. Breakfast offered a great variety in its buffet selection. However, since the restaurant has large glass windows, the morning sunlight can be quite bright—having roller screens might be helpful. Overall, it's an exceptionally clean Hotel!
