    We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Since we both love saunas and baths, we chose a Room with both. We were very satisfied with the view from the bath, the sauna temperature, and being able to do löyly. The service was polite, and we were both extremely happy with our stay. We would love to stay again.

    The sunrise is breathtaking.

    The sunrise from the Onsen was absolutely stunning. The moment the sun rises from the sea is truly breathtaking. The entire facility was clean and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Stayed with the Anniversary Plan for my parents' special day. The room was clean, had a great view, and we enjoyed the open-air bath. The meals were plentiful and very satisfying. My parents were delighted as well. One small request... The changing area in the large public bath was narrow, making it difficult to change clothes. Since my mother has some difficulty with her legs, a lower chair in the changing area would be helpful. The available chairs were too high for elderly people to use comfortably. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip!

    It was the best accommodation!!

    I stayed with my partner, and everything from the cleanliness of the facility, the hospitality of the staff, to the delicious meals was top-notch. We had a wonderful time! We will visit again next year!

    Stayed for 2 nights for work, and working in the Room was very productive!

    This time, my family of four stayed in separate rooms, and I stayed alone in a room with a sauna. There was a large table, and it was very quiet, making it easy to work. Thank you very much. Both breakfast and dinner were fulfilling meals. I tend to eat quite a lot, but I was truly full! Skipping lunch was no problem at all. I would love to stay again. As for areas of improvement, perhaps the chairs? The dining chairs were hard, which was a bit tough for someone like me with back issues (laughs). However, it wasn’t really an issue! It truly was an excellent Hotel!

    I was able to relax and unwind.

    The Room was excellent, the meals were great, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel. The view from the Room was amazing. The open-air bath in the Room had a lovely scent of cypress and was truly delightful. The large public bath was also very enjoyable. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary drinks provided in abundance. We would love to visit again with our family!

    Guest Room Toilet

    The toilet in the suite room had very poor drainage. It took about 5 minutes after flushing once before it could be used again, including the bidet function. Other than that, the room quality, sauna-equipped room, amenities, and especially the drink service were excellent.

    We stayed with our 7-month-old baby, and it was incredibly helpful to enjoy the onsen and sauna in the room, as well as having meals served in the room. The food was delicious. The hotel was very accommodating for families with babies, providing a diaper disposal bin, adjusting the bed position, and adding safety rails to the bed. Amenities included cleansing oil and hair milk in the room, along with ReFa shower heads and hair dryers, which made us very happy. Being able to use the onsen and sauna without worrying about time allowed our family to have a truly wonderful experience together. We would love to visit again!

    We stayed at the accommodation with four classmates for a 60th birthday celebration trip, and everything was wonderful. The meals were excellent in both quantity and taste, leaving all four of us very satisfied. The bath was great, the complimentary drinks in the room were plentiful, and the four beds arranged side by side provided a comfortable and spacious setup. We could also watch the sunrise from the terrace next to the lobby. It became an unforgettable trip filled with amazing memories.

    Enjoy breathtaking views and seasonal delicacies!

    Spacious ocean-view rooms with abundant amenities, complimentary drinks in the fridge, and concept lounges on each floor made for a relaxing stay. The Onsen was comfortable, and I enjoyed bathing both in the morning and evening. Above all, the freshly cooked Koshihikari rice and delicious meals made with local ingredients were truly satisfying. I would love to visit this accommodation again!

    A perfect time of relaxation for both adults and children. An extraordinary resort experience.

    After sightseeing in Yokohama, we stayed at Ishinoya in Atami on the second day. It was a calm and relaxing accommodation with spacious and comfortable rooms. The open-air bath and sauna were amazing, giving us a full resort experience! Our child loved the shooting game corner, making it a stay filled with smiles for the whole family. The staff were kind, and the meals were incredibly delicious. We would love to visit again!

    It takes over an hou...

    It takes over an hour to fill the Onsen in the room, and since it is not a free-flowing Onsen, you are advised not to leave the water running for more than an hour. Does this mean you have to wait over an hour every time the water cools down? I was looking forward to enjoying the Onsen in the room, but it was disappointing!

    It was excellent.

    This was my second stay. Everything, including the attentive service and the room during my previous stay, was excellent, so I chose this accommodation again. I appreciated being offered a drink during the short wait for check-in. There were also events that even adults could enjoy, and as I am currently pregnant, I look forward to staying here next time with my child. Thank you very much!

    Exceeded expectation...

    Exceeded expectations in a good way! The Hotel was more stylish and cleaner than it looked in the photos. The Room's bath was more spacious than expected, and the sauna can accommodate two women comfortably. It was so impressive that I thought you might want to hire a photographer and update the site! On the other hand, I was slightly concerned about the seasoning of the meals being too strong. Some dishes seemed to overshadow the quality of the ingredients, so I hope for some improvement. Especially the small side dishes. Also, the rice seemed like it might be old. However, the sashimi, grilled fish for breakfast, and overall meals were delicious.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    I visited with my elderly parents. The staff greeted us cheerfully every time we passed by, making our stay very pleasant. Since it was the day of the fireworks festival, I wondered how the view would be from the Room, and it turned out to be perfect in terms of distance and angle. My parents were delighted as well. (As they are elderly, moving around to see fireworks is difficult, so being able to watch from the Room was greatly appreciated.) I hope to stay again for next year's fireworks festival if possible. However, I found the dressing room in the bath area a bit cramped; it was necessary to be mindful of others when taking towels from baskets or finding space, which made it hard to relax after bathing. For a more relaxing experience, I thought using the bath in our Room might be better.

    Three-Generation Trip

    We visited with an elementary school child and an 80-year-old parent. In conclusion, the food was very delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option was appreciated. However, it seems more suitable for trips with energetic adults only, so I will not visit again. ◯ Check-in After a 3-hour journey to arrive, my elderly parent requested to use the restroom but was told it was not wheelchair accessible and had no handrails. Even though we arrived after 3 PM and asked to check in, there was no follow-up or assistance provided; we were simply made to wait. While no one helped push the wheelchair upon arrival, they did assist on departure. Our luggage was brought into our room for us, which was helpful. ◯ Room Neither the shower nor faucet in the bathroom worked at all. We were told something had been clogged; it seemed like this issue might have been known before check-in. It was my first time experiencing both a shower and faucet being completely unusable. Since my parent uses a wheelchair, we specifically chose a room with its own bathroom but could not bathe before dinner due to this issue. During dinner, we were shown a printed note apologizing for the inconvenience and offering complimentary drinks as compensation—a gesture that made me wonder if such issues are common here. After repairs were completed later that night, we could use the shower briefly but found it unusable again by morning. ◯ Meals The meals were delicious! Requests for additional cutlery were promptly accommodated as well. ◯ Fireworks Viewing The reservation promised fireworks viewing from our room's terrace—this fulfilled my elderly parent's wish to see fireworks up close—but unfortunately only part of them could be seen from one side of our terrace area due to obstructions caused by furniture placement (table/chairs). In haste after realizing this mid-showtime began moving chairs around manually so better angles became possible eventually allowing ~80% visibility when curtains lifted manually too throughout duration instead! ◯ Entertainment Options Since both children & parents enjoy playing Shogi together seeing mention lending availability within facility guidebook prompted inquiry front desk staff response clarified board games restricted communal areas exclusively inaccessible wheelchairs thus unable partake activity altogether despite alternative options like Ping Pong/Othello/Life Game rentals appreciated nonetheless post-checkout requests extending usage denied citing policy limits operational hours between eight AM till ten PM unless staying consecutive nights presumably granting continuous access privileges instead

    The room is excellent!

    The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a perfect room for sauna enthusiasts! The meal portions were more than satisfying, and the taste was excellent. I would love to visit this accommodation again!

    We stayed with our 4-month-old baby, and everything was well-prepared for us, allowing us to relax without any inconvenience. The meals were served in the room, so we could enjoy dining at our own pace without worrying about others. The Onsen in the room made it an ideal accommodation for families with babies. We feel very lucky that our grandchild's first trip was at this wonderful accommodation. Thank you so much for everything. I would love to recommend this place to my son's family as well.

    The free Shuttle Service was very helpful as I arrived by Shinkansen. The staff who welcomed me were very friendly. I was very satisfied with the sauna in the Room, which also allowed me to enjoy löyly! The meals were delicious, and I had a luxurious time. Thank you!

    You can relax and unwind.

    Stayed in the Suite Mon. The room was very spacious with an ocean view, offering great scenery. The private sauna had a window, was not cramped, and provided high temperatures, which was excellent. However, perhaps due to the summer season, the cold bath water was lukewarm even after adding more water, which was disappointing. The bathroom was spacious and air-conditioned for comfort. The bed was large and very comfortable to sleep on. Meals were served in a private room for both dinner and breakfast, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. It was a very relaxing and leisurely trip overall. The downside was that the door at the entrance of the room had poor alignment and made noise, which bothered me. While the 28th-floor elevator area had air conditioning, the hallway leading to the rooms felt hot. Additionally, when I ordered a bottle of shochu during meals to drink later in my room, there were ice machines available but no ice pail; only paper cups were provided, which felt inconvenient.

    Used during summer vacation.

    We stayed here for a family trip. We are very grateful for the consideration shown when we had to rush through our meal on the first day due to having small children, as we were allowed to dine in a private room from the next day. The Room was very spacious, and the children enjoyed a festival-like atmosphere and were delighted to drink as much juice as they wanted. However, one concern was that the portion size of the children's meals was slightly too large. We ended up with quite a bit left over, so my wife and I helped finish it, which made us quite full (laughs). It might be better to reduce portion sizes for small children. That said, the taste was excellent. We will definitely stay again!

    I visited for my birthday and was delighted with the birthday service. However, I felt there wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy everything, such as exploring the lounge or visiting the large public bath. The food was delicious, and I even had seconds of rice. It would be nice if there were blinds in the guest room's bath, as it was quite bright with sunlight streaming in. Considering this class of Ryokan, a checkout time of 11:00 AM would be preferable so that guests can enjoy breakfast and still have time to use the private bath comfortably. This aspect was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I would love to visit again if a similar Plan is available!

    The Room was great.

    The sauna was enjoyable in the Room. The in-room dining was convenient, but it may not be recommended for those expecting something luxurious. Various efforts like summer festivals were organized. The view was beautiful.

    Satisfied.

    The only drawback is the location. You will most likely need to take a taxi to get to Atami Station. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you to the staff at the main entrance and front desk for your warm hospitality!

    Located on a hill, it offers great views and features activities like table tennis and several lounges, making it enjoyable even for families with small children. Above all, the meals for children were luxurious both in the morning and evening.
