Family Trip

We stayed with our grandchildren and our daughter and her husband—8 people in total—in 2 Rooms. There was a festival event, and the kids were thrilled. We were also impressed by the staff’s warm and kind hospitality. We received lots of prizes. The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was outstanding—we were truly impressed. Dinner was delicious across the board, but it felt like the portions might be a bit small for men. The Room with a sauna was very comfortable, and being able to use the sauna anytime felt wonderfully luxurious. In the twin Room, however, the sink was inside the unit bath, which made washing hands after using the toilet inconvenient. Although there was an open-air bath, there wasn’t a place to wash up, so we didn’t really feel like using it. The public bath was smaller than expected, but the water was excellent and left our skin feeling smooth—just what you’d expect from Atami hot springs. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again. Next time, we’ll choose a Room with a sauna! Thank you very much!
