    Enjoy Onsen in your room. A quiet and lovely villa.

    Stayed last December alone and had a wonderful experience, so this time I visited with my husband. He was also very satisfied! Thank you so much. The "Enclosure" was a very unique room. From the entrance, it directly led to the living room, and the curved design of the room was stunning. There was a large panel heater, so we were comfortable without feeling cold as I had slightly worried about. The onsen was absolutely amazing as always, and we enjoyed it multiple times. One point of concern might be that it could be time to replace the bathrobes with new ones. For dinner, we made a separate reservation at an eel restaurant recommended by your staff during our previous visit. My husband loves eel and was extremely satisfied; I also enjoyed other dishes there. Breakfast rice and porridge were delicious; however, my husband mentioned he would have liked more side dishes. After checking out, we purchased T-shirts for loungewear at Aqua Ignis's shop based on staff recommendations (though they were slightly different versions from before—hoping for a revival of the same ones!). We bought lots of bread and sweets there too before having soba noodles for lunch at "Ishigaki." The onsen is fantastic, rooms are comfortable, and there are plenty of dinner options available nearby. All staff members left us with great impressions through their hospitality. We look forward to staying again!

    A villa-style cottage with an open-air bath

    It’s about a 1-minute walk from Kintetsu Yunoyama Station, but the grounds are very quiet, with villas scattered around, so it feels very private. If you come by car, you can pull right up to the villa. The open-air bath attached to the Room can be far from the changing area depending on the villa type, so in winter some Rooms are extremely cold. Also, since there is no floor heating in the Room and for some reason the air conditioning shut off quickly, it was cold. Requested improvements - I arrived at Yunoyama Station a little after 2:00 p.m. and was picked up by car, but since we couldn’t enter until 3:00 p.m., I was told to kill time at places like the Aqua Ignis souvenir shop and was taken there. I assumed that if it was my check-in day, I would be able to use their baths even if I arrived a bit early, but I was told there would be a fee until 3:00 p.m. This felt quite unfriendly. If that’s the policy, I would like clear advance notice not to arrive before 3:00 p.m., and also not to offer station pickup before then. - Since you can’t go to Aqua Ignis in Room wear, it would be helpful to have something like samue-style loungewear and footwear provided. Having to change into regular clothes and boots every time was inconvenient. - At breakfast, both my bowl and my husband’s bowl were chipped in two places. It’s hard to believe chipped tableware is used at a Ryokan of this class.

    Stayed on an extremely cold day

    I stayed during a cold wave when it was impossible to visit without snow tires. Since it was snowing, my body was chilled, and I expected the room to be warm when I entered... The room itself is lovely, but it's just so cold. I noticed the oil heater? after returning from dinner. I wish they had turned it on... The living room was particularly chilly, and although the onsen warmed me up, my body quickly got cold again, which was disappointing. However, the bedroom became warm and I could borrow a humidifier, so I slept well. The Italian dinner was very delicious and the breakfast portion and taste were just right; in terms of meals, we were very satisfied. At another property where we occasionally stay that has rooms with open-air baths (rotenburo), there is underfloor heating in front of the washroom or shower room immediately after getting out of the bath so it's not cold at all—it's wonderful—but here it's a bit tough because it's cold indoors right after getting out of the onsen. Well, considering it was an extremely cold day maybe there's nothing that can be done... It's located somewhat in a mountainous area so if they could make some efforts to keep rooms warmer it'd be even better. Perhaps staying from spring through autumn might be recommended. I think this property's concept and meals are truly excellent. I'd like them to keep up their great work moving forward.

    Enjoy excellent natural hot spring water, continuously flowing from the source.

    I contacted you because I was worried about snow, but thanks to your response, I was able to arrive without any issues. The assistant manager handled the check-in process politely and quickly, so I was able to relax and enjoy the Onsen until dinner. Dinner was at HINOMORI. Once again, I was impressed by the carefully prepared dishes. Not only the spiny lobster and abalone, but also pufferfish and Iga beef were all from Mie Prefecture. Using fresh seasonal ingredients, we were able to fully enjoy wonderful cuisine, and it made me feel truly happy. The food, hospitality, and service were all impeccable. When I asked questions because I wanted to try making some of the dishes at home, they explained everything kindly and in detail—thanks to that, our family meals have become even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also carefully prepared and very delicious. Everything is handmade, so you can eat with peace of mind. I have visited several times already—the Onsen is excellent, the cuisine is outstanding, and each Room has its own unique character—so this is an Accommodation I never tire of and would love to visit again.

    It is a healing property.

    In a space where time flows slowly, the Property offers rooms with open-air baths. The size of the beds and washbasins is delightful for women, providing a room that always heals. Each room has its own unique features, making every stay enjoyable. Dinner includes a course meal by Mr. Hinomori and wines recommended by a charming female sommelier, which are incredibly delicious. Even after returning home, you'll find yourself thinking about when to visit next due to the soothing experience at this Property.

    I had a very luxurious time.

    I was able to stay at the property I was interested in. As expected, I was able to enjoy a luxurious time doing nothing. The open-air bath in the room was also very nice. The cold weather measures were well taken, which was good. However, depending on the season, I think it's better to consider the arrangement of the open-air bath when making a reservation. I wondered if there was some variation between stores, but they responded to our requests, which was helpful. Breakfast was at HINOTORI, and being able to choose porridge was very nice. It was a property I would like to visit again. However, someone who stayed at the iron view mentioned that it might be better to change the arrangement of the TV in the living room? Or add another chair in front of the TV. There is no clock in the room, so I understand the concept of spending time slowly without worrying about the time, but I wanted to relax while watching a movie. So, I rated it 4 stars. Sorry. Other than that, there was nothing to complain about the room, and I was able to heal my daily fatigue. Thank you very much.

    We had a great time as a family.

    Since there would be several separate rooms in a Hotel for 6 people, it was meaningful to spend time with the whole family. The view from the Hakuro (Hakuro) open-air bath is also perfect. There were a few minor points of concern, but I appreciate the attentive and courteous service. I would like to stay again.

    The open-air bath had a great view and was very pleasant.

    We had the luxury of spending time in a spacious white Room for two. The open-air bath with flowing water was pleasant, and we enjoyed it many times. Dinner was delicious, including the unexpected fugu. It was also enjoyable to watch the cooking at the counter. Thank you for taking care of us.

    My favorite onsen Stays right now!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay from 12/17 at my favorite Mokoku. In a word, it's amazing! I think it's a Property that anyone would be satisfied with. Since my first stay in November 2023, this was my 8th stay. The open-air bath is cold in winter, but it warms you up quickly, and in summer, it's so hot that even after getting out of the Onsen and sitting in front of the air conditioner, the sweat doesn't stop. However, it's pleasant both in winter and summer! The quality of the spring is excellent, leaving your skin smooth, and there's nothing to complain about. The Room is spacious (it's always the two of us), so there's no feeling of being cramped. The refrigerator is large, and it contains beer and juice, which you can enjoy for free. The original drip coffee collaborated with Sarutahiko Coffee is also delicious. This time, it was a No Meals Included Plan, but for dinner, we ate at Unagi no Kikukawa. It's delicious, so it's our regular dining spot. Kikukawa's draft beer is also tasty, making it easy to enjoy with the eel. Although it's a bit far, if you go to Aqua Ignis, there are Italian and Japanese restaurants. The staff at Sosuikyo are attentive and considerate, so there's no unpleasant experience. They always take care of us (we couldn't come last month for my birthday, but they gave me a mini bouquet as a birthday gift). Currently, it's a hidden gem Onsen, and it's easy to make a Reservation, but I'm worried that it will become popular and difficult to book. However, it's such a great place that I want many people to know about it.

    It was a comfortable Room.

    First time using. I stayed alone with a same-day reservation. There were several room options, but I chose Shirojiro. The garden, courtyard, and bath were enclosed by walls, making it safe and comfortable even for solo use. The bath was spacious, and the quality of the spring water was to my liking, so I went in and out several times. I intended to use the large public bath with the Shuttle Service, but changing clothes became a hassle, so I gave up. The room was too comfortable. (laughs) Hopes for improving comfort... It would be nice to have loungewear that allows movement without changing clothes. I wanted some light meals available through room service. I would have liked one more warm dish for breakfast. For a Property of this class, the hairdryer was a bit disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room and Onsen where the car could be parked right next to it. The breakfast fish, miso soup, and white rice were very delicious. Thank you, Mr. H, for your gentle and pleasant service. I would like to try other rooms as well. I will be back.

    The service, hot spring quality, and scenery were good.

    There are 12 rooms, each with its own characteristics. The space is ample, and the view from the window was very nice. The facilities and amenities were satisfactory. The service and hospitality were excellent. The separate type of room wear was also good. Although there is heating, it was slightly chilly. There are few power outlets, so there are limitations on charging locations. Dinner: Italian by Chef Okuda (shuttle service available from the property, restaurant within Aqua Ignis). The ingredients and taste were wonderful, and we enjoyed it very much. The portion was small, which was just right for me. The pairing wine was also good. Breakfast (Japanese): My mother, who is in her 90s, had it delivered to the room. The seasoning was gentle, and everything was truly delicious. The purpose of this visit was to celebrate my mother at the onsen. The onsen includes an open-air bath in the room (no indoor bath, only a shower room), and Aqua Ignis' day-use onsen is also available for free with towels provided. One truly regrettable point was that my mother could not bathe in the onsen. The open-air bath with natural hot spring flow had great scenery and water quality, but there were no handrails or steps inside the bath, so my mother could not enter. We tried several times but gave up due to the fear of falling. Because of this, I'm sorry, the rating is lower, but the property was really good, including the service.

    It was my multiple stay, and as always, it was a satisfying stay. The open-air bath with free-flowing hot spring water was attached to the Room and was spacious and satisfying. This time, I dined at the Italian restaurant, which was also very delicious and highly satisfying.     Good Stays

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. The quality of the hot spring was excellent, and the Room was comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There is one point I would like you to consider for our next stay, which is the fish served at breakfast. It was Saikyo-yaki, but the taste was mediocre and had a fishy smell. I believe the fish might have been too large, resulting in insufficient flavor and grilling. It doesn't have to be large, so I hope you can provide delicious fish next time. Thank you in advance.

    I was able to relax.

    Various things were wonderful, and various things were disappointing.

    This time, I stayed for the first time. The concept was to indulge in extraordinary luxury. I was shown to my room, and the villa-style room was very clean with thorough cleaning. In my room, the sofa was a bit disappointing, but the bath was spacious and easy to use, which was nice. The meals were each delicious, but I thought it would have been nice to have a bit more variety of alcohol. The portion size was just right for me, but it felt a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast was a bit disappointing... There were no warm dishes. The fish was cold, and the miso soup was lukewarm. None of the side dishes were warm either. Considering the cost, I wasn't sure if it was sufficient or lacking. I couldn't tell if they were selling luxury or trying to cut costs while maintaining a sense of luxury, but it felt like something was missing... I feel that it's a great place to relax and unwind while taking a bath in the room. Next time, I plan to try a different room and a different type of dinner. Thank you very much.
