    Thank you very much.

    Since our Room faced the park side, we hoped we might be able to see the fireworks, but they were blocked by the Hotel in front of us, which was disappointing. We should have checked in advance. Maybe we should have booked the Club Floor. It was too hot, so we ate breakfast and dinner inside the Hotel, and all of the restaurant staff were very kind. Since we can’t visit often, it would be nice if there were clearer postings with Disney information, but we had a great-value stay for three generations. Thank you very much.

    Excellent service

    When my husband mentioned at the front desk that he prefers a firm pillow, they kindly brought us a buckwheat-hull pillow, which was very helpful. The shaved ice in the private lounge we visited on the first day was delicious, and my elderly husband especially enjoyed the Uji Kintoki-style shaved ice. Since we also love coffee, it was wonderful to relax in the lounge and enjoy freshly brewed coffee whenever we liked. The coffee cups felt great to drink from as well. We would love to stay again.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family. The Room was well maintained, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. We had breakfast all three days. At “Tamakagari,” the food was delicious and the staff provided courteous service, so we were very satisfied. On the other hand, at “Le Jardin,” there were moments when the service felt somewhat unfriendly. I understand it may be a busy time, but since mornings are also the start of the day, I would appreciate more attentive service. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. We look forward to future improvements.

    For a special occasion.

    Last time we only came for a meal, but this time we stayed overnight to celebrate an anniversary. My daughter was delighted with the cute birthday plate. The Hotel and staff have such a wonderful atmosphere, and it feels very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, with so many delicious dishes that I wished they were also served at the dinner buffet. We will definitely come again!

    Room Type with Access to the Summer Sale Exclusive Lounge

    We used the exclusive lounge. It faces both the park side and the ocean side, offering a pleasant view. On the park side, soft drinks were available at any time. At tea time, there were cakes to satisfy a small appetite, and at cocktail time there was a full selection of alcohol (including draft beer). The light meal offerings included ham, cheese, vegetables, and rolled omelet, which was more than enough as dinner for an elderly couple like us. We did not use it during night time. In the morning time, there were croissants, donuts, Danish pastries, and yogurt; since we also went to Disneyland, it was more than sufficient hospitality for an easy breakfast. The Room was park-side. We could even see Cinderella Castle’s projection mapping from slightly behind it, which felt like a bonus. We made wonderful memories and would like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

    The open, airy feel of the vaulted ceiling is wonderful.

    We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday last year and loved it so much that this time the three of us—my husband, daughter, and I—booked a Nikko Superior Room and also used the lounge. The open atrium atmosphere and the view from the Room helped us escape our busy daily routine and relax at a leisurely pace.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night with breakfast included. Since our stay last year, the breakfast buffet menu had changed, and we enjoyed a delicious and pleasant meal again—our family was very happy as well. The staff were as kind and courteous as always, and we were very satisfied. We would like to stay again. As always, highly recommended.

    Great views both outside and inside.

    Thank you for upgrading our Room-assigned Plan to a spacious high-floor Room. We had a wonderful time enjoying the expansive ocean view and beautiful night scenery from the window. The view from the open-air-style elevator also felt refreshing and was great.

    Lounge Access

    My first stay in a really long time since the COVID-19 pandemic. A previous guest’s socks were left in the Room… I had heard there are now two lounges, but depending on the time of day only one was available. I understand staffing shortages, but the atmosphere felt like a cafeteria and was very disappointing. Breakfast was limited to Hotel bread only; everything tasted good, but there was just one toaster. I couldn’t believe there was a line in the lounge. Compared with other Hotels with lounge access, I guess it can’t be helped for the price-to-value. The pool isn’t cheap, but it’s not available at night, and once you leave you can’t re-enter.

    A Safe and Enjoyable Stay at Grand Nikko Maihama for the Whole Family

    This was our first Hotel stay in a while, and also our family’s first time staying at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama. Our Room was conveniently located near the elevator, which made getting around easy. On the other hand, the layout meant we could see into the neighboring Room from the left side of the window, which was a slight concern. However, as long as we didn’t focus on that side, the view from the center to the right was open and unobstructed, and the scenery from the 11th floor was wonderful. Since an extra bed had been added to a Superior Room for us, we understood there were some limitations, and we chose to enjoy our time in the lounge, on-site shops on the 3rd floor, and around the property. As it has been five years since renovation, everything felt clean overall and we had a comfortable stay. All three of us were satisfied with our visit. We also appreciated that our pre-stay comments at Reservation were carefully reviewed—pajamas for an elementary school child had been prepared for us, which we were very grateful for. At reception as well, eye contact, smiles, and pacing of explanations were just right. Everything—from checking our Reservation details to guiding us to our Room and coordinating with One Harmony—was smooth, so we felt reassured from Reservation through check-in. We have stayed at Nikko Hotels in Odaiba before; this was our first time using the Nikko lounge in Maihama, and it became a great family memory. The only minor disappointment was that alcohol service ended at 8:00 p.m.; if it were available until around 9:00 p.m., like many other Hotels do, we feel it would be even more enjoyable. For reference, among lounges we’ve used so far—including those at Nikko Hotel Odaiba and Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo—each has its own appeal and left a strong impression. When we previously stayed at Nikko Hotel Odaiba (before its renovation), we had some disappointing experiences such as crowding at dedicated reception counters; insufficient guidance; seating guidance at breakfast; handling of orders; and coffee service. Because of that history—even though this property has been renovated—we honestly approached this stay quite cautiously. In conclusion, this time we were very satisfied. The staff’s service and overall atmosphere were excellent, allowing our family to relax with peace of mind. We hope you will continue providing great service in the future. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here again after a long time, and it’s still my favorite Hotel among the official Hotels. The breakfast is so extensive that you could say I choose this Hotel for it.

    Very convenient.

    We enjoyed a relaxing four-night stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient. It was also great to have a Disney shop where we could buy souvenirs. It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom and toilet were not separate, but the Room was spacious and we were truly satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    I have stayed here several times. The open atrium feels wonderful, and the Room is clean. I would like to stay here again when visiting Disney in the future. The only confusing part was the breakfast buffet Reservation system. Even after making a Reservation and receiving a number ticket, we were asked to line up at the venue regardless of our number. That made me wonder what the point of Reserving was. Some other guests also seemed confused. Aside from that, I was satisfied.

    It was a pleasant stay.

    We stayed here to visit Disneyland with our 4-year-old. Since we had requested in advance that the beds be pushed together and asked for children’s amenities, the Room was prepared exactly as requested. The food was delicious, and there was a kids’ menu as well—our child ate a lot. We had made a Reservation for the limousine bus from the Hotel to the airport, and we received a call that morning about an accident on the expressway. Thanks to that, we were able to switch to traveling by train and made our flight on time. Thank you again. We would like to stay here again on our next trip to Disney Resort.

    This was our first stay with children.

    I stayed here for the first time to visit DisneySea. Since it was a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded and I was guided smoothly. On the way back, there were more guests because it was a holiday, but checkout was still very smooth. There were many families with children and international guests, and since I also traveled with a child, I felt comfortable staying here without worrying. The building was very clean, and the services were excellent. It was great that I could check the washing machine availability online. From my Room, I could see the Resort Line and fireworks from the park—such a wonderful view. On my way out, I caught a glimpse of someone having their wedding ceremony, which was lovely. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

    Long waits for breakfast are a hassle.

    I stayed here again for the first time in several years for a Disney trip. The Room was perfectly fine, but the biggest issue was how to sign up for breakfast. You join a waiting list online on the morning of the day, but you can’t tell how many parties (or how many minutes) are ahead unless you open the site, so you need to wake up early and sign up based on the time you want. The Hotel staff explained that it’s like writing your name down at a family restaurant to wait your turn, but honestly, it would be much more convenient if you could make a time-slot Reservation. That said, as always, the food was delicious and I ate too much—so I’ll likely stay again (lol).

    This is the best Hotel.

    I stay here every year. The view as soon as you enter the Hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s very beautiful, and the view from above is breathtaking. That alone makes it worth staying here. Seeing weddings being held here is also heartwarming. Whenever I share a request, everyone responds kindly with a smile. The lounge on the 12th floor has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is fun and offers a good variety of dishes. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be great to have just one more standout menu item geared toward adults—though I understand that may be difficult with so many guests. For this price near Disney, I think it’s an excellent Hotel overall.

    This is a truly wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here with friends who gathered from the whole country. It was a Multiple Night Stay, and they thoughtfully arranged things so we didn’t have to change Rooms on the second day, and even placed us on the same floor as our friends—overall, their hospitality was outstanding. I sincerely thank all the staff for helping make our precious memories even more special.

    The best Hotel!

    We were very satisfied the previous day with a great Room and great food at the Vacation Package Hotel, and this stay offered an equally wonderful Room with outstanding food! The amenities were also well stocked. It’s truly an amazing Hotel! Of course, the staff are wonderful as well.

    An Overnight Stay After Disneyland

    My wife, daughter, and I stayed for one night after visiting Disney. The Facility, including the interior, was extremely clean—just what you’d expect from Grand Nikko—and it felt like a reliable choice with no disappointments. The shop was also well stocked with thoughtful items that covered all the little needs, which I really appreciated. The restaurant offered a wide variety of options as well, and overall we were very satisfied with our one-night stay. Thank you!

    Full of disappointments

    We stayed here at the end of last year and had a great experience, so this time we were looking forward to a three-generation stay including my parents. However, from the moment we checked in at the Welcome Center, there was an unpleasant atmosphere, and I regretted choosing this place. First, because the Nikko counter at the Welcome Center was crowded, while we were waiting in line a male trainee gave us a brief explanation. His attitude was extremely unpleasant, and even if he was a trainee, I couldn’t understand why someone like that would be placed at the entrance as the face of the Hotel. After checking in and entering our Room, I tried to use the kettle to make milk for my child and found it covered in dust—very disappointing. Not only the kettle, but there was also visibly noticeable dust on the carpet by the window; is cleaning being done properly? As a result of this stay with my parents who traveled from far away, I deeply regret having chosen this place.

    First Disney Stay Experience

    This was my first stay. Although I had booked a low-priced Room Plan, they kindly upgraded me and prepared a wonderful sea-side Room. It was spacious with a great view, and I was very satisfied. Most impressive of all was the breakfast buffet. Enjoying a meal while looking out at the ocean truly felt like an escape from everyday life. This is a Hotel I definitely want to visit again next time. Ah—what a great time!

    A lot has changed this time.

    I always stay at Hotel Nikko when visiting Disneyland. I used to enjoy the One Harmony member benefit of late check-out every time, but since this April it’s no longer available unless you book through the official website, which was a bit disappointing—though I understand. Dinner also changed. I used to relax and order my favorite dishes at the restaurant on the 3rd floor, and it was delicious. This time dinner was buffet-style, and honestly everything felt average and not very tasty. I usually look forward to breakfast, but this time we were seated next to the door where trash is collected. There was a strong sewage-like odor, and it didn’t feel possible to eat there. Since there were no other seats available, I asked if we could at least move slightly, and they adjusted our table. Just as we tried to start eating again, a staff member dropped plates right in front of us—broken pieces hit my husband’s foot, and there were shards all over under our table. It was awful. A small child nearby even shouted that they couldn’t eat anymore. The staff only kept saying “We’re sorry,” and silently cleaned up without checking on us while my husband and I were standing there. Since we couldn’t eat at all after waiting so long to get in for breakfast, I finally asked them to change our seats, and only then did they respond. They did move us in the end, but it didn’t feel like the usual Hotel Nikko experience—I left feeling unsettled. On top of that, items that had always been there before (like pancakes) were gone, and even the hamburger tasted worse than before. The only thing that hadn’t changed was the omelet station—it was still delicious. The Nikko Lounge was as wonderful as ever, and our Room was comfortable, but this time the service overall was very disappointing. To be honest, on our way home my family said that next time in Maihama we might choose somewhere other than Hotel Nikko. The warm service and great food that used to feel so characteristic of Hotel Nikko seem to be disappearing in many ways. I know this sounds harsh—but because I’ve been a loyal guest for so long, it made me especially sad this time.

    I stayed on the Club Floor.

    I understood that the check-in was handled at the regular front desk and that guests are expected to look things up and make reservations via QR codes, which explains the lower price. If I had known this from the beginning, I might not have booked the club floor. Younger guests may not mind, but on the club floor I was expecting a bit more concierge-style service. Next time, I will use it with that in mind. It is reasonably priced and easy to use.

    Even though it was supposed to be up to you.

    Since it was a Room-assigned Plan, I didn’t have high expectations, but we were given a sea-side Deluxe Room. In the past, when I stayed here a few times, the view was of the parking lot and you could only see part of the guest rooms at an angle, so this was my first time in a Room with an ocean view—and it was amazing. The breakfast time Reservation system was very convenient and helped us use our time efficiently. When going to Disney, this is definitely the best place to stay.

    Excellent access to Tokyo DisneySea.

    My husband and I stayed here to visit DisneySea. We used the shuttle bus from Haneda Airport both ways, and it was very convenient because it takes you right to the Hotel even with large luggage. The shop inside the Hotel also sold items that were available in the park, so I was happy to buy snacks I had forgotten. There is a convenience store open 24 hours a day, which was helpful for grabbing a light meal when we returned late. A free shuttle bus also runs from the Hotel to the nearby monorail station, but depending on the time of day and how many people are riding, you may need to wait. If you plan to use it, I recommend lining up early. We took the shuttle bus from the Hotel to DisneySea, but it was actually close enough to walk, so we walked back. It was fun strolling back, and we saw other guests walking too. For breakfast we went to the popular buffet. At first I was worried because you make a Reservation using a barcode from your Room early in the morning, but we were able to enter around 7:00. Our Room was on the 11th floor, and we could see Disney from the balcony. We could stay until 12:00 p.m., so after breakfast we had time for shopping and relaxing in our Room. I would like to stay again next time.

    Overall, I’m mostly satisfied, but…

    I usually stay for two nights to visit TDR, and since I only use the breakfast buffet once, I have been switching the other meal to dinner. I always looked forward to the à la carte menu, so I was really shocked that dinner had changed to a buffet. On top of that, an additional fee was charged (220 yen), and even the drink bar is now paid. It would have been fine if the dinner buffet were as substantial as breakfast, but it didn’t feel that way at all. It was very disappointing. Other than that, everything was as comfortable as always, so I would like to stay again.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    It was our first stay in a while. The atrium is breathtaking no matter how many times we see it. This time, three generations stayed together—three adults and two children—and the Room had plenty of space, so we could relax comfortably. We chose the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and tasted great; we were very satisfied. Although the Facility feels a bit dated, we were more than satisfied overall.
