Meals and the bath are great.
The staff member in charge during meals was wonderful at both dinner and breakfast. The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and satisfying. The bath was also quite good. Everything else was disappointing. There were far too many mistakes. One might be understandable, but two or three is unacceptable. It wasn’t worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Thank you very much for choosing our Accommodation among the many options in Nara and for staying with us. However, although you were satisfied with our staff service and meals at dinner and breakfast, as well as the bath, we take very seriously that a series of mistakes—including providing incorrect guidance to your Room—left you feeling that it was “not worth the price.” This was due solely to our lack of attentiveness and insufficient communication among staff, and we sincerely regret having caused you to point this out. We will share your comments with all staff members and renew our efforts in training and guidance. As Fufu, we will recommit ourselves wholeheartedly to the warm hospitality we strive for and to creating an Accommodation where guests can be truly satisfied.
