    The location is excellent.

    Perfect location for guests visiting from out of town for shopping and gourmet dining in Ginza. Subway entrance is just a 20-step walk, and the taxi stand is only a 10-step walk. The Room is clean and user-friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Definitely a place to return to!

    I visit Tokyo 3-4 times a year, and while I consider staying at various accommodations, I always end up choosing this one. The location, the comfort of the room, and enjoying a leisurely breakfast have become my usual routine. A huge fan of this hotel!

    It was excellent.

    My daughter and I enjoy staycations at lovely Hotels in Tokyo, and we've stayed at many, but this was the best Hotel so far. The terrace jacuzzi was amazing, the Room was spacious for just two people, and the hospitality was excellent! The only downside was finding a receipt under the sofa cushion... It would be preferable if post-cleaning checks were done by Japanese staff.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The location was very convenient, but the staff were not very friendly. On a rainy day, both my bag and suitcase got wet while waiting in line to check in at the front desk. Although towels and umbrellas were prepared nearby for rainy days, the staff ignored us. The room felt like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned... I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but it was a bit disappointing.

    Satisfied.

    The spacious bathroom with a bathtub was a personal highlight for me, allowing me to relax fully. The breakfast menu reflected the Hotel's attention to detail, and I was very satisfied.

    Sophisticated design and excellent convenience

    Just a few minutes' walk from JR Yurakucho Station and the subway entrance, making it a convenient location for getting around. The interior of the Hotel is stylish and impeccable. The rooms are well-cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay. While you can hear train sounds from the Shinkansen and JR lines until the last train, it is not noisy. It was quiet at night. Having a separate bathtub and shower was also a great feature.

    Cleaning

    I was enjoying a comfortable stay at my favorite Hotel. After going out and returning, I found the cleaning was completed and was relaxing when suddenly the door opened. A cleaning staff member quickly apologized and closed the door, but I was utterly shocked! Why did they open the door and try to enter? It felt a bit unsettling.

    Was it not requested?!

    I decided to stay alone for the first time in years. Since I had an important event, I sent an email in advance to confirm if a curling iron could be provided, and received a reply saying, "Yes, we can prepare it!" On the day of my stay, there was a curl dryer in the Room... When I checked with the front desk, they said, "Yes, we have a curl dryer but not an iron." Speechless... So they knowingly prepared a dryer instead of an iron... Of course, my hair didn’t curl at all. I ended up attending my important event with simpler hair than usual and felt down the entire time.

    Hotel with Excellent Accessibility

    Close to JR Yurakucho Station and subway stations, the convenient location is the main reason for repeat visits. The delicious breakfast is another highlight, though it was a bit disappointing that the soup tasted slightly too salty this time. My room was upgraded on this visit, and I enjoyed a spacious and very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service. Most of the staff appeared to be young, but their polite and pleasant demeanor made my stay enjoyable. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be cleaning (especially in the bathroom), which could make this Hotel even better.

    A very convenient Hotel.

    The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of Ginza Subway Station and close to JR Yurakucho Station, making it an excellent base for traveling around. The staff provided just the right level of service, and the Room was well-appointed, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, one concern was that all the glasses and cups were placed facing upward, which made me worry about dust getting inside.

    Access is very convenient. The dust in the corners of the Room was a bit noticeable. Breakfast offers a choice of three unique options, but it would be nice to have classic items like omelets available.

    Bathroom Cleaning

    When the bathtub is filled with hot water and the shower is used, causing the bathroom to fill with steam, a drawing (a heart) left by a previous guest appeared on the inside of the transparent glass door, which was unpleasant. Please ensure that the inside of the bathroom door is also cleaned thoroughly.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    Located above Ginza Station, the location is perfect for shopping and dining. We stayed in a triple-use Room, which was very convenient and satisfying. The only downside was that the provided shampoo didn't suit us. The breakfast was delightful, with delicious main bread options to choose from and freshly squeezed orange juice that was exceptional.

    The foreign staff impressed me with their exceptional use of polite Japanese, even surpassing that of native speakers. The Japanese staff kindly assisted me by guiding me to the taxi pick-up location for an early morning ride. I truly appreciated their thoughtful service and would love to stay here again.

    Great Location

    The room was bright, clean, and spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The feather pillow provided was very helpful. The breakfast main dish was delicious but a bit heavy, so the buffet options were sufficient. Its proximity to Tokyo Station made it convenient for getting around. I would love to stay here again.

    The location is very convenient, just steps away from Yurakucho Station. Upon entering through the full-height automatic doors, the glass tapestry covering an entire wall is truly impressive. The concierge service was smooth and efficient without being excessive. However, the location of the elevator to guest rooms might be a bit confusing for first-time visitors. The Room was very basic yet clean, with thorough housekeeping. Unfortunately, there was no view from this particular Room during my stay. For the bathroom area, having a separate toilet would make it even more user-friendly. The bathroom with a washing area was very comfortable to use. The lobby has a layout reminiscent of a living room, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the welcome drink and chocolate service provided!

    Close to Yurakucho Station. The lounge, front desk, and guest rooms all have a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The couch and bed are also excellent.

    Conveniently located near Yurakucho, Hibiya, and Ginza areas, making sightseeing easy with nearby stations and department stores. Breakfast was enjoyable with a main dish, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a carefully selected half-buffet similar to other The Gate hotels. Delicious! The orange peel spread was so tasty that I decided to purchase it as a souvenir. The Room's Darjeeling tea amenities had a pleasant aroma and were delightful to use. The separate-type pajamas were exceptionally comfortable without any tightness around the waist.

    I always use this place when staying in Tokyo. I am pleased with both the location and the facilities. I love the breakfast here; it's perfectly balanced in volume and variety, and the space is comfortable. The room is calm and clean.

    I stayed after a long time.

    The meals were very delicious, and the onion gratin soup was exquisite. I was also satisfied with the breakfast, which included pumpkin soup and French toast. It was a luxurious Hotel close to the station.

    Year-end Stays

    The excellence of the suite room remains unchanged. This time, I used the restaurant in the Hotel for dinner, and the staff provided sincere and pleasant service, which was very soothing. The staff at the club lounge were also very pleasant, making it a Hotel I would like to visit at least once a year. It's a pity that the coffee and other soft drink services that used to be available are no longer offered.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    We had plans for dinner in Ginza and decided to try the Tokyo location since we enjoyed The Gate Hotel in Ryogoku. It was delightful to relax in a spacious bathtub with a washing area. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very pleasant, making our stay very relaxing. We stay in this area once or twice a year, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. We're also excited about the upcoming opening of the Yokohama location!

    Convenient Rest Spot Near the Station

    A cozy Hotel where the elevator arrives quickly, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The meals were very satisfying, with a well-prepared ozoni served in the morning. The taste was good, and the à la carte menu had a decent variety. There seemed to be many international travelers, but the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.
