    This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at when visiting Ginza.

    This was my second stay, and I’d like to continue using this Accommodation as it is reasonably priced yet still feels luxurious. After I mistakenly booked a smoking Room via IKYU, a staff member from the Gate Hotel called to confirm and kindly changed my Room. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service based on my previous stay history.

    I was able to relax, and as always, I was satisfied with the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of vegetables and fruits.

    My family was happy with it too.

    A long-awaited family trip. The location was perfect, and it was great to enjoy a quick drink with my wife at the bar. It’s within walking distance of both Ginza and Shimbashi, nothing to complain about.

    I checked in on August 2. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and when they noticed I had left my phone at the counter, they brought it to me right away. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. The hotel’s location is great and very convenient for getting anywhere. The only minor issue was that you can hear the train noise, but it was mostly quiet after around 11 p.m.

    The location is great.

    I booked an inexpensive double Room as a trial stay for theatergoing. The Room was very small, but the Facility and overall condition were generally fine. Breakfast may suit you if you prefer a simple Western-style meal. However, this time there were serious issues with the Room cleaning. The worst was something stuck to the coffee maker pot—possibly hair (a brown clump with short hairs attached). It was unpleasant, so I asked for thorough cleaning the next morning. When I returned that evening, I found a note offering to prepare another Room. I wish they had contacted me earlier, but I didn’t want the hassle and let it go. The location is great and it’s good value, so I’d like to stay again, but I feel it may be safer to book a higher-grade Room. As an aside, the welcome drink (sparkling wine) was disappointing: when I asked for something else, only soft drinks were available (no coffee or tea).

    The Room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious.

    Both the beds and the Room are comfortable, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant stay. Breakfast has a limited selection, but items such as freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, salad, and croque monsieur are delicious.

    Great.

    Although it was compact, it was very clean, and everything—from the bath to the amenities—was fully provided, making my stay very comfortable. The large windows also lifted my mood and helped me relax and recover from fatigue.

    You can stay here with peace of mind.

    It was close to the station, and the Room was spacious. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict for breakfast. There was also a great variety of vegetables and fruits.

    Attentive, exceptional service

    This is my favorite Hotel, and this time I stayed the night before an early departure. After work, I checked in close to 8:00 PM, and enjoyed dinner at Anchor Tokyo with its consistently elegant atmosphere and service. Everything on the menu is delicious, but this was my first time ordering the spare ribs. They were rich yet light, truly delicious, and gave me energy even after a long day at work. The red wine selected by the sommelier paired perfectly with the spare ribs, but what impressed me even more was the pasta. It wasn’t listed on the menu, but when I asked if they could make something a bit spicy, they communicated my request to the kitchen and created an exquisite dish that matched not only the wine and spare ribs but also that day’s weather! Also, in my previous review I mentioned that it would be great to have skincare amenities, and this time they kindly told me they would start providing them from now on. Thank you very much. It was a stay before an early-morning trip departing from Asakusa, and once again I appreciated how convenient the location is for transportation. It’s a Facility that makes me want to come back every time I stay.

    This was my second stay, and it was comfortable again. It’s inconvenient that you have to take the elevator twice via the front desk, but otherwise there were no particular issues.

    The bath was excellent.

    The bathroom was spacious, and soaking in the tub was wonderful and truly relaxing. The staff were mostly young, and their consistently friendly smiles and refreshing service made me feel at ease. There seemed to be many Western guests, and the breakfast main dish options were very filling—I wasn’t hungry even by lunchtime. Since it’s a Western-style breakfast, it would have been nice to have a few rice-based options as well.

    Our Room was upgraded.

    Conveniently located near Yurakucho, and I had a comfortable stay. The complimentary rosé wine was a nice touch, and the limited-time course available that day was delicious—I was very satisfied. Breakfast also highlighted the quality of the ingredients.

    A vibrant yet relaxing space with excellent service

    I have stayed here several times due to its comfort. Perhaps because of the location, there are always many international guests, and the open and vibrant entrance right off the elevator is stunning. There are usually people relaxing happily, and the staff interact naturally with them. I also love Anchor Tokyo's restaurant that connects from there. The wine selection is reasonably priced for a Ginza Hotel, the food is delicious, and conversations with the staff are enjoyable. The rosé sparkling wine offered as an IKYU.com Diamond Member benefit was delightful as well. The Room is simple yet stylish, with a comfortable bed firmness that I appreciate. If I may make one request, it would be great to have cosmetic amenities available. My husband and I were able to refresh ourselves again this time too. We look forward to staying here again!

    A stay with a serene lounge and stunning views in the Ginza and Hibiya area.

    Located within a 3-minute walk from Hibiya Station, Ginza Station, and JR Yurakucho Station, this accommodation offers exceptional convenience. It serves as an ideal base for shopping in Ginza or Hibiya and for accessing Tokyo Station. The room I stayed in featured large corner windows with views of the Ginza cityscape. At night, you can enjoy the urban night scenery characteristic of Hibiya and Ginza. Despite facing Harumi Street, the soundproofing was excellent; apart from ambulance sirens, outside noise was hardly noticeable. If brightness bothers you while sleeping, simply close the high-quality blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The bed provided firm support with a slightly hard feel. Both firm and soft pillows were available, and guests could consult the front desk if they had specific preferences. The quiet environment despite being in central Tokyo left a positive impression. The bathroom included a spacious area with a washing space. The provided body soap and shampoo had pleasant fragrances that I particularly enjoyed. Guests staying in this room could access the premium lounge after 6 PM, where various drinks (including alcoholic beverages) and snacks were offered. While some items required additional payment, overall there was an extensive drink menu available. During warmer seasons, enjoying time on the terrace overlooking Ginza would likely be delightful. Breakfast followed a half-buffet style where guests could choose one main dish from three options alongside buffet selections—a well-balanced offering that left me satisfied to start my day. During my weekday stay, there seemed to be slightly more international tourists than locals; however, the atmosphere throughout the hotel remained calm and relaxing. The staff provided attentive yet unobtrusive service for an enjoyable stay. This hotel is perfect not only for those looking to explore Ginza or Hibiya but also for anyone seeking tranquility in central Tokyo or planning stays before or after using Tokyo Station nearby.

    Hotel in Ginza

    Close to Ginza Station, within walking distance of Mitsukoshi, Hankyu Department Store, and stylish shops in Ginza. I chose this Hotel because I often use Kyoto GATE Hotel Takasegawa and love it. Received a Diamond Member drink ticket and chocolates as a gift. The night view of Ginza was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. Thank you for providing a relaxing stay.

    Convenient Location

    I have used the Gate Hotel in Ryogoku many times and have always been satisfied, so I tried Yurakucho for the first time. As expected, the front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent.

    Convenient access to Yurakucho, Ginza, and Hibiya. I booked a triple room, but the third bed was an extra bed. The guest room photos did not show an extra bed, which was disappointing. Additionally, the layout with the bed right at the entrance felt underwhelming. Peeling wallpaper was also noticeable in some areas. It's unfortunate because the service is excellent.

    During the summer...

    Overall, I was mostly satisfied, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby and restaurant, and I got bitten quite a bit. I would appreciate mosquito and insect control measures in the lobby area from around May to October (otherwise, they might come into the Room through the elevator).

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for 4 nights. The Hotel is conveniently located near JR Yurakucho Station, with a subway station and taxi stand right in front, offering excellent access. When I had too much luggage, I returned to the Hotel to drop it off. The Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. This time I chose a plan without meals, but next time I would like to make a Reservation for a plan that includes breakfast.
