    For business trips

    This was my first stay. It felt like a high-class Business Hotel. The Room was compact, and while I considered using the bathroom in the Room, I opted to relax in the large public bath and sauna on another floor instead. The breakfast room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide variety of menu options, which left me very satisfied. Thank you!

    Thank you for your hospitality. I had a very comfortable stay with a great view from the high floor. The breakfast menu was so extensive that it was hard to choose, and I was very satisfied. I look forward to staying again.

    Stayed the night before to participate in the department store's New Year sale. Last year was tough for me, so I decided to treat myself a little luxuriously with a Ladies' Floor Queen Room with breakfast. The location is excellent, with a convenience store and drugstore open during the New Year on the first floor of the Hotel, which is convenient. The Room was spacious and clean, more than enough for one person. Being on the 16th floor, the view was also great. I didn't use the spa and used the Room's bathroom instead, but the shower was Mirable, leaving my skin and hair moist, and the bath salts warmed me up nicely. The amenities were also plentiful, and this time, as a Diamond member benefit, I received cookies and cosmetics, which made me very satisfied! The breakfast buffet had a variety of New Year-themed dishes, and I ended up eating too much. There were also many types of tea, which made me very happy as a tea lover. The staff's response was also good. This time, I was able to use late checkout, so after shopping at the department store, I could relax and organize my luggage in the Room, which was nice. It was such a good stay that it ranks in the top 3 of all the Hotels I've stayed at. I returned home refreshed. I want to stay again next year. Thank you very much.

    Night in Osaka

    I was nervous about my first trip to Osaka, but I felt reassured by the staff's smiles and service at check-in. Despite my daughter's late arrival past midnight, we were treated with great care. Thank you very much. I wanted to use the large public bath, but I was too tired and fell asleep, so I couldn't. The breakfast was also good. I piled a lot of salmon roe to make a salmon roe bowl. It's my fault that the salmon roe ran out. I'm sorry. But it was delicious. I will visit Osaka again.

    My friend was very pleased.

    A day of shopping (materials) in Osaka after a long time! The location of the Hotel is excellent! Even if the weather is bad, you can mostly go through the underground, and there are fun shops along the way! Walked all day and shopped at the building in front the next day! And above all, the breakfast buffet! I chose mostly Japanese food because I ate too much the day before (lol) The photo doesn't even show half of the variety. High quality for this price!! I was surprised to find Echire butter along with regular butter! I ate too much from the morning. Above all, my friend was delighted. This is definitely a repeat.

    I stayed on the ladi...

    I stayed on the ladies' floor. The hotel is close to Osaka Station and there is a convenience store next to the hotel, so there was nothing inconvenient. I got the impression that most of the guests were from overseas. I will use it again.

    Always kind and courteous.

    I use it every time for live events. Since it's a ladies' floor, the showers are Mirable. The large public bath is spacious enough. On the first floor, there's a FamilyMart. The train access is excellent. Both Shinchi and Osaka Station are convenient and great. The newly established parking valet is also appreciated.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night for sightseeing. The location is good and I was able to walk from Osaka Station. It was No Meals Included, but there are many restaurants, so I had no trouble with meals. The room is compact, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of upgrading to a slightly larger room. If your purpose is to sleep, the room is clean and soundproofed, so there are no complaints. However, there were many disappointing aspects this time, so reconsideration is needed for another stay. There are no hangers in the room. The arrival of the three elevators is extremely slow. The explanation of the large public bath at check-in is only the main points. There is no explanation of the large public bath in the room. At the reception of the large public bath, you are given a locker key, but at the same time, people who entered at the same time are given keys to lockers adjacent to each other, causing a big crowd. In the large public bath, you put your footwear in the locker, but in the women's bath, slippers are piled up at the entrance. The locker has no partition between the shoe storage and the clothing area, making it difficult to place luggage (also questionable in terms of hygiene). The bath mat at the entrance of the bathroom is uncomfortably wet. And while it's great to have many inbound guests, their manners are extremely poor. In the elevator, they get on before others have fully exited. They don't line up at check-in. In the large public bath, they use smartphones, soak in the bath without tying long hair, walk in the changing room with wet bodies, shower while standing in the washing area causing water to splash over the partition, and wash their bodies vigorously in the washing area causing water to enter the bath, etc. (Incidentally, I also witnessed someone drinking iced coffee in the bath). Unfortunately, I couldn't relieve my travel fatigue in the bath. Could you please devise a way to help guests understand manners? It's a shame because the location is so good.
