The Room is a bit da...

The Room is a bit dated, but it was properly cleaned. The size is typical for a Hotel—neither particularly good nor bad. The unit bath had heavy yellowing, which wasn’t very pleasant. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but there were burn marks on the sofa and curtains where cigarettes had been stubbed out. This seems to be an issue of poor guest manners rather than the Hotel’s fault.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the Room cleaning. However, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by the condition of the unit bath and for finding burn marks on the sofa and curtains despite being in a non-smoking Room. We should have ensured that the non-smoking Room was properly maintained so you could stay comfortably, and we deeply regret that our attention to detail was insufficient. We will continue making improvements to be a Hotel where guests can stay with peace of mind, and we would be grateful if you would consider staying with us again when you visit Narita.
