    Great value for money

    I stayed here for an airport trip. It’s very convenient, just a short distance from the interchange. Parking fees vary depending on how close the lot is to the Hotel, and even the closest option costs only 400 yen for guests. The building has a spacious layout, with wide lobbies and hallways. Although it feels a bit dated, it’s well cleaned and comfortable. There are touches of Japanese style here and there—such as the garden and lighting fixtures—which made me feel they have long been mindful of international guests. The twin Room was relatively large with plenty of space, and the amenities were sufficient, but I was disappointed that the coffee was instant. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy; I couldn’t understand why it had to be that loud. It’s a shame because the double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing, yet the Room itself was noisy. After waking up, once I no longer needed it, I turned off the refrigerator switch. Having a FamilyMart on-site is convenient! The free shuttle bus to the airport is also extremely convenient! There are also buses to the station and Aeon Mall; I didn’t use them this time, but if you have time, I think it would be nice to visit the mall. My Room didn’t have an airport view this time, so next time I’d definitely like to stay in an airport-view Room and visit the mall as well. For its size, it’s reasonably priced overall, and I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

    For an overnight stay before your flight from Narita Airport.

    Because I checked in late after a live show in Yokohama, it was quite late and unfortunately I couldn’t use the shuttle bus. It was farther from Narita Station than expected—about 3,500 yen by taxi. It was nice that there was a convenience store inside the Hotel. At check-out, there was no Receipt, and the line for the airport bus was quite disorganized, so I think it would be better to have someone managing the line at least during that time.

    The Japanese Suite Room may not be suitable for Japanese guests.

    I chose the Japanese Suite Room for its size, but I only regretted it. As a Japanese guest, I couldn’t help wondering what they were thinking with this Room. The indirect lighting was dim, and the light switches were hard to find. In the bathroom, I could hear water leaking from the overhead shower at night and couldn’t sleep. It stopped the next day after adjusting the handle to a very specific position, but still. Because of the Room’s orientation, morning sunlight leaked through the curtains and woke me up early. The next day, they forgot to provide towels. It’s rare these days for a Hotel to offer only instant coffee—especially in a suite; that’s unacceptable. It made me think this was a Business Hotel. There were two TVs installed back-to-back between the bedroom and living room, which made no sense. Both were just basic digital TVs—also unusual these days. The biggest drawback was that there were only three elevators on the main building side, so we had to wait. That is far too few for a Hotel of this capacity. I was disappointed—it feels very different from what Tokyu Hotels used to be like. At check-in, I was forced to sign up for GOTO PAS, but at the restaurant we had to wait over 10 minutes due to an issue with another customer at the register; we charged it to our Room instead and couldn’t receive any discount anyway. At checkout, I was able to use 500 yen worth of points, though.

    We stayed here to welcome our family arriving at Narita Airport. Although it seemed busy with many guests that day, everything went smoothly and we had a comfortable, stress-free stay. There were plenty of amenities provided, and our family was very pleased.

    A pleasant stay experience

    1. Free shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel, and to Narita AEON MALL. 2. The triple room is spacious enough to open three suitcases. 3. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. The room rates are reasonable.

    It was a safe and comfortable stay the night before.

    As I had an early morning flight, I stayed the night before. Check-in was busy due to Golden Week, but thanks to the efficient guidance from the staff, the process went smoothly. I enjoyed a delicious dinner while watching the planes and had a relaxing, pleasant time. It was also great to be able to use the large public bath, sauna, and convenience store. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff for your kind support during my stay.

    The building is old, but it’s reasonably priced and great!

    The building felt quite old and well-worn, but it was kept clean. We stayed during a busy season, and we were grateful to find this Hotel at a reasonable price considering it has a pool and a large public bath. I think the value for money is excellent. Once in the Room, thanks to the double-glazed windows, we couldn’t hear any airplane noise at all and could spend our time quietly. The Hotel information said there was central air conditioning throughout the building, but the Room was quite hot and humid. I tried turning on what seemed to be the air conditioner switch in the Room, but nothing changed. Still, opening the window would make it noisy and let pollen in... That was my only disappointment. As for location, Hilton is right next door, so we could go back and forth to enjoy restaurants and such. For convenience stores, ours was FamilyMart, while Hilton had a 7-Eleven. I’d like to stay again if I have another chance.

    This is my third stay.

    This was my third stay. Compared to before, I felt the staff quality has declined. This applies to the restaurant reception staff and the check-in reception staff. First of all, there were no smiles. I understand you are busy, but I would like to ask for a more courteous response. As for the Room, it was inconvenient because the outlet at the washbasin no longer worked. The Room lighting is too dim to do makeup using the mirror placed on the table in the Room. With dinner and breakfast included, I think the Saturday Accommodation Fee is very reasonable, but I would be happier if the bread and desserts were a bit tastier. Thank you for your help.

    I stayed here the night before an overseas trip. Since it originally opened as a luxury hotel and has maintained that standard, it has a refined atmosphere, excellent facilities and amenities, and the staff service was outstanding. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering a stay near Narita Airport. Thank you very much.

    The Room is a bit da...

    The Room is a bit dated, but it was properly cleaned. The size is typical for a Hotel—neither particularly good nor bad. The unit bath had heavy yellowing, which wasn’t very pleasant. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but there were burn marks on the sofa and curtains where cigarettes had been stubbed out. This seems to be an issue of poor guest manners rather than the Hotel’s fault.

    BBQ Plan

    Due to inclement weather, the event had to be held indoors, which was disappointing. We would appreciate it if decisions regarding cancellations could be delayed as much as possible. Being informed at check-in dampened our spirits. However, the quality of the meat was excellent, and the watermelon was delicious, making it a satisfying experience overall. We look forward to coming back for a better experience next time!

    The pool is enjoyable.

    My daughter was thrilled with the pool, and we had an amazing day. The customer service, including the front desk, was excellent and truly kind. Thanks to this, we created wonderful summer memories. However, it was disappointing that there was a charge for the bath and that insects seemed to appear easily in the dining area due to the location. Since both the staff and Facility are excellent, it feels like such a waste—I hope these issues can be improved.

    What a unique Hotel!

    We stayed as a family of three. Having stayed at many accommodations before, this was by far the worst experience. - The bathroom had an unbearable damp smell. I could barely tolerate taking a quick shower for just a few minutes. I had bought bath salts to relax in the tub after our travels, but it ended up being wasted. - The noise from footsteps on the floor above made it impossible to sleep. - Meals were concerning in terms of hygiene as no gloves were provided, and I was worried about the freshness of the tuna served. - Even with used dishes left on tables, staff ignored them completely. I will never stay here again.

    It is truly a wonderful Hotel.

    If you're heading to Narita, this is the place to stay! This amazing hotel impressed me during my previous visit for sightseeing at Naritasan, and this time I stayed without any sightseeing plans. Despite rising prices, the cost-performance and hospitality here are outstanding. You can tell they pay attention to every detail to ensure guest satisfaction. ① Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, allowing for a very relaxed stay—this timing is rare these days. ② There's an indoor pool where you can have fun with your kids. ③ The food is delicious with a wide variety of options. Even drinks like juice and coffee taste exceptionally good for some reason! They also offer takeaway coffee. Excellent value for money! ④ A small but appreciated detail: the bidet toilet seat always had warm water available. ⑤ Amenities are well-prepared, with plenty of towels provided. Some accommodations don't even offer toothbrushes or towels for children, but that's not an issue here. ⑥ There's a convenience store inside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. I look forward to visiting again—thank you in advance!

    It was great.

    The Room is equipped with a built-in stand for suitcases, and the Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. The bath on the basement floor costs 550 yen, and having staff at the entrance to guide guests provides a sense of security, especially for women. Although the bath itself is not very large, it was a relaxing place to unwind before a long flight.

    Worth the price.

    I booked a non-smoking Room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The images on the site are overly flattering, so don't set your expectations too high. There were stains on the comforter and sofa. The bathroom ventilation was poor, making everything from towels to the bed and pajamas feel damp. I felt itchy while sleeping. Fortunately, there didn’t seem to be any bed bugs, though I noticed this Hotel is listed on a bed bug map. On a positive note, the staff during meals were attentive and very friendly. While some older Hotels maintain cleanliness well, this one seems to reflect its low price point.

    I am a repeat guest! Thank you for taking care of us again this time. We always travel abroad as a three-generation family, and we have been using this Hotel since last year. Thank you for arranging three adjacent Rooms for us again this time. The Rooms are as clean as ever, and the amenities are sufficient!! It feels like the starting point of our overseas trips! The Shuttle Service is very convenient, and being able to use the parking lot continuously is excellent! No matter where we travel in the future, we will continue to use your Hotel. The gym and large public bath are great!!!

    It was enjoyable.

    The service was excellent. The parking lot was a bit narrow. It was difficult to get in and out because we had a large car. The parking fee was 400 yen, which I think is the cheapest in this area. The breakfast was the only meal we had, but it was incredibly delicious. We stayed as a group of three, and the Room was spacious. I heard there would be a sauna in the bath area, so I looked forward to it, but the bath overall felt small. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

    The public bath is open until 10:00 PM.

    The large public bath was the highlight, so I chose an accommodation far from the station, but when I checked in after 21:30, they said reception was already closed. It's not a school trip for middle or high school students; asking to finish bathing by 22:00 is really inconvenient. Everything else was normal.

    I had a comfortable stay with No Meals Included.

    We stayed at the accommodation from Saturday night as it was close to an early Sunday morning event. We opted for a No Meals Included plan, but there was a Quo Card benefit, and the convenience store was open 24 hours, which was great. The next day, we were able to check out smoothly and enjoyed the event. If there's one thing that could be improved, it would be regarding the Executive Twin Room where we stayed with four people. There was only one extra bed instead of two. It seemed like there was enough space for another bed, so since it’s for four people, having four beds would have been ideal...

    The gym is not restricted to minors, and there is a pool where small children can also enjoy. It's a bit disappointing that the large public bath requires an additional fee, but the cost-performance is great, and I would like to use it again.

    The female staff who called the taxi for us was courteous. I would be happier if the Room's plumbing area were a bit cleaner.

    The Review was good, so I decided to use this place. There is a shuttle bus from Narita Airport every 30 minutes, which I found convenient. Departures from the Hotel are once an hour depending on the time of day. A taxi costs about 2000 to 2500 yen. The front desk is clean and there is also a convenience store attached. Outside, there is a small Japanese garden that seems to appeal to foreign guests. Depending on the season, there might be a pool as well. However, it was extremely hot inside the room. There was air conditioning but it remained hot even when turned off. I opened the window to let in the cold February air.

    The bath is...

    I paid an additional fee to use the sauna and large public bath. Upon entering, I noticed people with tattoos and others using their smartphones in the changing area, facing the sink (in most large public baths, smartphones are prohibited to prevent secret filming...). It might be lenient considering tourists from overseas, but it was a bit disappointing.

    A nearby resort

    You can enjoy the night view of the airport from the Room or the restaurant. This time, I stayed in a Room in the main building, but the air conditioning was difficult to control and it was a bit hot. Also, the noise from the refrigerator was bothersome, so I turned it off while sleeping, which was unfortunate. The Japanese restaurant Azuma and the breakfast at Gardenia were satisfying. I didn't use the pool this time, but it is a Hotel where you can enjoy nearby attractions.
