The best ever
From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at departure, I was extremely satisfied with the exceptional care I had never experienced before. The staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness during outings and returns, providing a sense of security. The amenities were well-equipped, and I enjoyed a quiet and serene atmosphere that felt like another world. This is an accommodation I would love to use again and highly recommend to others.

Highly satisfied!
The hospitality, atmosphere, and view from the room were impeccable, but the room itself was particularly outstanding. It wasn't unnecessarily spacious, and everything from the bed and sofa to the private open-air Onsen in the room was perfectly designed in size and shape! The location is excellent as it's close to Dogo Onsen Arcade, yet quiet enough to relax when you're in the room.

A serene and relaxing space for adults
Recommended by a friend as the perfect Accommodation for a trip to Dogo, we stayed here and were thoroughly satisfied. For us, a couple in our 50s looking to enjoy quiet moments and locally-sourced meals, this was an ideal stay. The tasteful Japanese-style design created a serene atmosphere. The library offered a cozy space to enjoy coffee at leisure. We were delighted that all drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. The Onsen on the top floor was exceptional, and even the bath in our Room used water from Dogo Onsen Honkan. I would also recommend "Dogo Miyu" to anyone planning a visit to Dogo!

An accommodation where you can enjoy Onsen as many times as you like, along with delicious cuisine.
The room's private bath, available 24/7, was absolutely fantastic. Right after check-in, I headed to the on-site bath. It was spacious enough and I enjoyed being the first to use it, along with the scenic open-air bath. Afterward, I cooled down with a coffee milk on the rooftop deck. Dinner featuring plenty of Matsuyama's local ingredients was delicious and satisfying. Later, I indulged in the room’s private open-air bath with privacy screens installed. Waking up in the middle of the night led me back to enjoy it again, and even before dawn broke, I couldn’t resist another soak. Before breakfast at 6 AM, I took a morning stroll to Dogo Onsen Honkan for an early dip—truly an Onsen-filled stay! The hotel staff kindly saw me off as well. Although this might be nitpicking, while the view from my window showcasing Matsuyama Castle’s illumination was great, a more natural landscape would have been perfect. Even so, this accommodation is one I'd love to visit again!

I was able to relax in the bathroom of the Room.
I made a reservation to relax in the room without doing anything. I fully enjoyed the onsen bath in the room, the food was delicious, and it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. Thank you.

Third Visit to Dogo Onsen
I had a wonderful stay at the accommodation. The service and facility were excellent, but the meals were particularly outstanding. The soup was delightful, and the sashimi was truly impressive. The atmosphere of the dining area was perfect, allowing for a relaxing meal. However, perhaps due to the slightly compact building size, the large bath felt a bit small, and both it and the indoor bath were slightly lukewarm for this season. If I have another chance to visit Dogo Onsen, I would definitely like to stay here again.

A first-class Onsen Ryokan
Everything was excellent. The private Onsen in the guest room, which is a highlight, was of course amazing, but other aspects also provided high satisfaction. The service justified the price, which is not inexpensive. The veranda connected to the private open-air bath was kept extremely clean, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air after bathing. What stood out the most was the staff's hospitality—extremely polite and refined. I traveled from Tokyo to stay here and felt that I would like to visit Dogo again just to stay at this accommodation.

We stayed here for our honeymoon.
The room was spacious and clean, which was impressive. The amenities were abundant, and the ReFa hairdryer made my stay comfortable. I’m glad I chose to stay here! I booked with dinner included, and every dish was of high quality. Although pricey, I enjoyed the delicious drinks as well. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

A Wonderful Time
The facility and the hospitality of the staff were excellent. The meal was breakfast only, but it was very delicious. It was my first time in Dogo, and it became a wonderful memory. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dogo.

A truly wonderful accommodation.
We stayed as a couple and had a wonderful experience. For our first trip to Shikoku, we chose Matsuyama and Dogo Onsen, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The hospitality of the Hotel staff was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the private open-air bath in our room along with the view were impeccable. I have a habit of running in the morning, and when I returned from my run around Matsuyama city, I was pleasantly surprised when someone kindly offered me Pocari Sweat saying, "We have some ready for you if you'd like." This thoughtful gesture truly moved me. With such warm hospitality provided by this Hotel, I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Dogo Onsen. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us!

Wonderful Accommodation

Everything is excellent.
I stayed here for my first visit to Dogo Onsen. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and kind with warm smiles. Having towels available in the bath area was very convenient, and since it’s a cozy hotel, it wasn’t crowded, which was also nice. The meals were extremely delicious. However, as an older couple who can’t eat much, we felt bad about having to leave some food to make room for the steak served towards the end of the meal. The Jakoten at breakfast was grilled and tasted amazing. The combination of wooden flooring and tatami in the room felt great underfoot, and the futon was fluffy for a good night’s sleep. It’s also conveniently close to town for a pleasant walk. I’d love to visit again!

It was excellent.
We stayed at this accommodation for my husband's birthday trip. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, the hospitality was exceptional! The room was clean, and the view of Matsuyama Castle from the open-air bath was stunning! Above all, the quality of both dinner and breakfast was outstanding. The waitstaff's service and seasonal dishes were incredibly delicious! We used a special anniversary plan, and they even took a commemorative photo for us during checkout! It became an unforgettable memory. After considering various ryokans and hotels, choosing this accommodation was absolutely the right decision!

Wonderful Accommodation
It was raining, but we were greeted at the parking lot and entered the accommodation without getting wet. The entrance was beautiful, and it is a calm and sophisticated adult accommodation. Check-in was done in our room. We were deeply moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. Dinner was a course meal filled with the charm of Ehime. The dishes, made with plenty of fresh local ingredients, were absolutely satisfying. The selection of drinks, including sake, gin, wine, and fruit liqueurs, was so extensive that it was hard to choose. We received a heartfelt card and commemorative gift to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary—such thoughtful gestures left us deeply touched. Breakfast was also exquisite—a perfect start to a happy day from morning onwards. The shop inside the facility offered stylish items that made us linger longer than expected; everything added color to daily life and made for perfect travel memories. This accommodation provides two types of attire: room wear and yukata (casual kimono), both acceptable within the premises—allowing for relaxed comfort throughout your stay. Above all else, the open-air hot spring bath with natural flowing water from its source was outstanding! It left us feeling refreshed without any discomfort after bathing—we couldn’t resist going in multiple times. With stunning views of Ehime’s beautiful islands, warm hospitality, delicious cuisine, and an elegant atmosphere—it truly was an amazing stay that exceeded expectations. We would love to visit again!

Quiet and serene ambiance
We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay amidst the lively atmosphere of Dogo Onsen. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with beautiful tableware, and we appreciated the wide variety of local sake available at reasonable prices. The open-air bath in our room was at a perfect temperature and very comfortable. One concern was that the sink in the bathroom was shallow, causing water to splash easily—please be cautious when rinsing your mouth. Although it is conveniently located near both Dogo Onsen Honkan and the station, walking up and down slopes in the heat left us drenched in sweat. It would have been nice if there had been a car service to Dogo Onsen Station after check-out.

Second Stay
I previously stayed at this accommodation and found it to be clean and relaxing, so I wanted to visit again. I was able to book the same type of room with a semi-open-air bath as before, which brought me back to Dogo Onsen for this stay. Both breakfast and dinner were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, leaving me very satisfied. The staff were all kind and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. Excellent.
The Onsen in the room and the large public bath were excellent. The meals were very delicious. The room was spacious enough for three people, providing plenty of space. The facility was also convenient for my 97-year-old grandmother to use. Having small seating areas near the entrance and elevator was very helpful. We had a relaxing and truly comfortable stay. All the staff members were wonderful. Thank you for taking care of us. Breakfast featured ingredients from Ehime Prefecture, which were delicious as well. I especially enjoyed the slightly sweet miso soup from Ehime, as I am fond of it. We will definitely stay again! Thank you very much!

Truly deserving of the highest rating
I decided to stay here after hearing outstanding reviews about this accommodation in Dogo Onsen. Although I arrived a bit early, I was warmly welcomed, which I truly appreciated. The room perfectly blends high-level design and functionality, offering ultimate comfort. The lighting can be finely adjusted, and the free drink options are abundant. Above all, the private open-air bath attached to the room was simply exceptional. The water temperature can be adjusted upon request, and I enjoyed soaking until late at night. The scenic bath on the 9th floor is not very large but wasn’t crowded either, allowing me to enjoy a beautiful night view of Dogo Onsen. The lounge also offers complimentary drinks and ice cream services. Breakfast was plentiful with delicious options, including a fun activity of comparing different types of mandarin orange juice. I treated myself by staying here as a reward and not only felt rejuvenated but also gained motivation to work hard so that I can return again someday. Thank you very much!

Glad I chose this place!
We stayed here during a trip to Dogo Onsen for her birthday. From the moment we dropped off our luggage before check-in, we felt the staff's hospitality, which heightened our expectations. After check-in, those expectations were met as we relaxed in a very clean and comfortable room. The amenities and rental items were well-prepared, and the service was excellent. The only regret was that our packed travel schedule left us with little time to enjoy the room (laughs). After getting tired from walking and not wanting to go anywhere else, having a bath in the room allowed us to spend a very relaxing time. The facility was quiet and peaceful, possibly because there were no children among other guests staying there. We had breakfast in the morning, and every dish was delicious with great attention to detail—truly satisfying! I’m sure I’ll choose this place again when visiting Dogo Onsen next time. It offered services and hospitality well worth its price.

The room size was average. However, the air conditioner direction was poor, making the sleeping area extremely hot. The open-air bath could have been a bit larger. The public bath didn't feel like it was large enough to be called a "public bath." I was satisfied with the drinks in the refrigerator and other amenities. As for amenities, I felt that the shampoo quality could be improved. Meals overall were good but seemed slightly insufficient, even breakfast. If this is the portion size offered, I would prefer more impressive content instead. Even though beef was female cattle, I think it needed an extra touch of creativity. Also, for some reason, a magnet labeled "52" came along with my stay—I can somewhat guess why. Service overall was good; however, when I called via internal line to borrow a phone charger, an older gentleman responded in a way that implied something like "it should be in one of those drawers." Eventually, they brought it over to me but left me feeling slightly off about it. By the way, the charger wasn't in any drawer but inside a box in the Japanese-style room. Would I repeat my stay? If it's at this price point again—no. If 20k yen cheaper: satisfaction level 4/5. If 40k yen cheaper: satisfaction level 5/5 and I'd consider returning!

Satisfied with both the location and service.
The building and room interior are stylish, defying its 7-year age. While the view bath was a bit underwhelming, the comfortable private bath in the room makes up for it. The absence of BGM, paintings, or flowers in the room seems to reflect the interior designer's unique touch—this too is appreciated. Its walking distance to Botchan-yu and the Onsen town is another great feature.
