Stay at Hakone Hanaori.

First of all, the hospitality of the staff was truly comforting. Throughout our stay, we felt the Hotel’s warm thoughtfulness in many ways. When we passed staff members in the hallway, they would stop and gently gesture for us to go first with a quiet smile. We also enjoyed the meals. Everything was carefully seasoned, and both my husband and I found it delicious. The beef, Yamagata rice, grilled eel (kabayaki), octopus, and fish were all excellent. Even the small dessert cakes felt lovingly made. The open-air bath under the moonlight became one of our most wonderful memories. Thank you very much.
