Excellent except for one point.

From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches like welcome sweets and late-night snacks, the hospitality was truly exceptional, and I was very satisfied with the "people" aspect. Regarding meals, I deeply appreciated how they accommodated my allergies and other preferences. The room was impeccably clean with excellent facilities, and the onsen provided a truly special space where I could relax at any time of day or night. While not a major complaint, one downside was that there were many insects on the terrace, making it unusable. During my stay in the rainy season, large centipedes about 20cm long and fist-sized bugs were constantly present on the terrace, preventing me from stepping outside. Although this is an inevitable consequence of being surrounded by nature and somewhat understandable, it did leave me slightly disappointed given my expectations. However, thanks to their outstanding service that made me forget such minor inconveniences, I left feeling extremely satisfied overall. I would definitely love to visit again.
