Great location and an excellent buffet.

Although it is on the Hachijo Exit side, it is still right in front of Kyoto Station. It is directly connected underground, and for Shinkansen travelers, it could truly be considered “right at the station.” The buffet is excellent as well—it's rare to find one with such a wide variety. In addition to obanzai, there are sushi and even alcoholic drinks.
