The most wonderful Ryokan

I stayed on the 5th. The weather was cloudy and then rainy that day, so the view was unfortunately not at its best, but I am grateful for the wonderful Room and the excellent service that more than made up for it. I stayed in a Room renovated from what used to be a large public bath, and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced—an exceptional blend of nostalgic charm and modern design. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was incredibly spacious and felt more magnificent than anything I have seen before. The room service was complimentary, high quality, and very satisfying. Most of all, I would like to express my deepest thanks to the staff member who served us at dinner—the gentleman with black-rimmed glasses. We made a Reservation through IKYU for a course with drink pairing and an ocean-view setting. He respected our pace as much as possible while providing clear explanations of each dish, kindly offering drinks as well. I was truly moved by hospitality beyond my expectations. From the bottom of my heart, I would love to be served by him again. Thank you sincerely for making this an unforgettable trip. I will definitely return.
