After checking in, I tried to fill the bath immediately, but the water tank was empty, and I couldn't fill the bath. I called immediately to confirm, but the response was, "We don't know when the water will fill up, sorry." Since we had a baby, we planned to take a bath together before dinner and put the baby to sleep after dinner, so we reserved a room with a large bath. Later, we were told we would be guided to a replacement room with the same size room and bath, but upon asking for details, it turned out to be a pet-friendly room. If we had agreed immediately, we would have been guided to a pet-friendly room without any confirmation, despite having allergies, which was very unpleasant. After that, we were told we could be guided to a household bath, but considering we were paying to stay at the property, a household bath was unthinkable, and we ended up waiting for the water tank to fill up, which was only possible at 8 PM after dinner. It seemed the manager came to check the bath during dinner, but since the bath was filled after dinner, there was no apology from the manager or anyone in charge. There was also no proper apology from the staff who checked the bath with us after dinner. Despite the discomfort of not being able to take a bath after checking in, they only provided responses that caused us loss, showing no sincerity at all. Other reviews also mentioned similar experiences, so this is the kind of property it is. I will never stay at this property or this chain again.
