    First Trip to Okinawa

    First time using for a trip to Okinawa. A confirmation email was sent in advance for the Reservation, and the customer service was excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out was very smooth. Although the building is old, it was kept clean.

    It was good.

    The food at the Regency Club Lounge was very delicious. There was also live music. I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails as well. I highly recommend the lounge.

    Club Lounge

    Despite being in a very convenient location for playing in Naha, the interior was quiet and very relaxing. This time, it was a plan with lounge access, and I was very satisfied with the high-quality service in every aspect. It has become a favorite place that perfectly fits the theme of the trip, "hokansu." I heard the customer in the back seat talking about staying here for multiple nights next time, and I have exactly the same impression.

    One-night stay for a business trip.

    The location was close to the center of Naha City, making it very convenient for access, and ideal for sightseeing and shopping. I stayed in a twin single-use Room, which was spacious and well-equipped. I was particularly impressed by the size of the bath! It was truly comfortable, allowing me to slowly unwind from the day's fatigue. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. It was colorful, with a wide variety of menu options, and I enjoyed dishes unique to Okinawa. It was a luxurious meal that made me feel satisfied from the morning. It was a wonderful stay that makes me want to use it again next time!

    Wonderful Hotel

    When staying in Naha, I often use this place. This time, my friend fell ill and sat down in the parking lot, but I was helped by the prompt response. I am also grateful for the considerate service. It is one of the hotels I would definitely like to use in the future.

    Good for sightseeing in Naha City.

    3 nights and 4 days from 11/21-24 Although it's a bit of a walk from the monorail station with luggage, it's conveniently located near the public market, Kokusai Street, and Tsuboya Street, making it easy to get anywhere on foot. Upon arrival, it was raining, so the staff kindly wiped our luggage with towels until check-in. At check-in, we were only given breakfast vouchers for one day, so we went to get the remaining two nights' worth later. We were looked at with suspicion, as if questioning, "Did you really not receive them?" This was likely because unused breakfast vouchers can be used as gift certificates at other restaurants, but wasn't it the hotel's fault for forgetting to hand them out? The front desk should check themselves to ensure they don't forget to hand them out. At check-out, while we were waiting in line in front of the front desk, a guest who came down from the elevator was assisted first. It was probably because we were hidden behind a pillar, but it didn't feel good. Such small impressions when leaving the hotel can affect whether or not we decide to visit again.

    Breakfast included?

    I reserved a plan with a club lounge and breakfast included, but what I could use was breakfast in the lounge. I was expecting a regular buffet breakfast, so it was disappointing. I wish it had been properly stated.

    Last year, the bell ...

    Last year, the bell staff's service was excellent, so I decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency when visiting Naha this time. As always, the bell staff provided pleasant service. - At check-in, aside from being informed of the check-out time, there was no particular explanation, just shown a paper with usage information, etc. - The bathroom vent was full of dust and it fell into the bathtub. - Perhaps because I placed the sheet exchange request on the sideboard instead of the bed? There was no sheet exchange on the second and third nights, just tidying up. - I threw away the slippers because they were dirty, but they were not replenished. - The amenities like face wash were from the same manufacturer as a Business Hotel. I was looking forward to a vacation in Okinawa and staying at the Hyatt, but I was very disappointed with the service, which was similar to the affordable Business Hotels I usually use for work.

    Excellent access to Naha City

    Previously, I stayed at Hyatt Regency Seragaki and had a great experience, so this time I decided to make a Reservation in Naha. I checked if I could leave my car before the check-in time, and they kindly agreed, which was very helpful. This time, I Reserved a Room with club lounge access. Due to the location, there were families and businessmen, so there were moments when it wasn't as relaxing, but during dinner time, the space was divided into family-friendly and adults-only areas, which I thought was a good point. However, I felt that the lounge lineup was not as abundant as Seragaki's. Also, there seemed to be quite a lot of Okinawan cuisine. I was happy to see Japanese menu options available. Since I personally had a high evaluation of Seragaki, I might have had too high expectations, but the building itself was somewhat old, and I felt a bit disappointed that it didn't provide much of an extraordinary experience.

    2 nights and 3 days ...

    2 nights and 3 days stay from 11/4-6 The first disappointment was breakfast. I was looking forward to eating local food that I can't usually have, so I paid extra for breakfast, but the number of Okinawan dishes was overwhelmingly small. To say more, the variety of meals itself was limited. I was quite disappointed because I had high expectations for Hyatt. With this content, it might have been better to eat at a nearby market. The cleanliness of the Room and Hotel was decent, but despite having three elevators, they were always slow to arrive, which was frustrating. Are they all really working? There was no replenishment of toothbrushes during cleaning. I requested replenishment and went out, but even after returning about 5 hours later, it wasn't done. I had to call again to finally get them. In conclusion, it's not worth over 20,000 yen per night. I don't think I'll stay again. There are many better Hotels in Okinawa.

    It was a very good Hotel!

    The location was convenient, close to landmarks such as Kokusai Street and Makishi Public Market. I stayed for three nights and it was very good. I stayed in a club floor room, and the view from the club lounge on the top floor was great. I was able to relax while enjoying Orion beer and soft drinks during the day. The continental breakfast and cocktail time buffet at the same place were very delicious. It's a Hotel I would like to stay at again when I come to Okinawa! The concierges were very hospitable, which enhanced the quality of my trip, and I returned satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I used it on the las...

    I used it on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. I stayed on the club floor, but upon arrival, there was no valet parking service and I was directed to the multi-story parking lot. Additionally, at checkout, I was charged again despite having paid online in advance, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay, so I would like to use it again on my next trip to Okinawa.

    First Hotel Review

    Before check-in I was approached near the entrance, and the service was very quick, polite, and reliable. I thought, "The quality is high." The best part was after check-in... I received assistance with the rental car, and the explanation was clear and detailed, with the staff pointing to the details on the paper, which was very impressive!! And upon departure, the staff stopped and bowed wonderfully! I really liked that lady!! I want to visit Okinawa again. Next time, I might rely more on the staff. Bad comment: For someone like me who gets dry, I needed an air purifier, but there was only a humidifier. It's partly my fault for not asking... I regret it. Also, I wish there was a thermometer...

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    Although it is close to Kokusai Street, it was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, so I will be staying for another two nights starting tomorrow.

    Everything was perfect except for the club breakfast.

    I always use this place on the last day of my annual trip to Okinawa. It's perfect in terms of location and service (the valet service is also accurate and flawless). Once, I tried the newly opened Collective along Kokusai Street on a friend's recommendation, but I haven't used it since. I always use the club floor, so I can check in and out leisurely at the lounge on the 18th floor, and I'm always grateful for the kind and courteous arrangement of courier services. The only disappointment is the breakfast at the club. The table setting is not suitable for breakfast, and the menu variety is too sparse. Before COVID, we could choose to have breakfast on the lower floors, but now we can only have breakfast in the club lounge (it's possible if you pay extra). I understand it might be to avoid congestion, but I miss the days when we had options.

    The hotel staff move...

    The hotel staff moved the car from the entrance to the parking lot. Since it's a luxury hotel, there are likely many luxury and large cars. I can only drive a small car, so I respect their driving skills. The staff's full smiles increased my likability. This was my third stay. It was my first time on the club floor. Access is limited, but at the Hyatt in Naha, even elementary school students can enter during cocktail time, so we were able to relax and enjoy the night view with three generations of women, including grandmother and granddaughter. The food included my favorite smoked salmon and my granddaughter's favorite roast beef, among others. Although the variety wasn't large, it was enough to serve as dinner for women and children. I don't drink alcohol, so I'm indifferent to the types of alcohol. I think the content was irresistible for those who love alcohol, with unlimited beer for long hours and the ability to drink from the morning. I understood why it's difficult to book a reservation on the club floor. Breakfast was at the club floor venue. The variety was small, but I don't eat much in the morning, so it didn't bother me. There was my favorite salmon, so it was highly rated. For those who eat a lot, you can add an extra charge to eat on the lower floor. The omelet cooked right in front of you was exceptionally delicious. It became my granddaughter's favorite. The disappointing part was that the room on the club floor only had minimal amenities. There were only a toothbrush, comb, razor, hair tie, cotton swabs, and cotton. Although there was mouthwash and bath salts, there were no mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. Was it changed to large bottles installed in all club floor rooms from an eco-friendly perspective? It's common in regular rooms, but it was my first time on the club floor, so I was a bit surprised and disappointed as I was looking forward to the amenities. There was no spare toilet paper, and when the three of us checked out, we had used it all, so I thought it would have been nice to have one spare. The coin laundry is installed on alternate floors up to the 10th floor, with only one on each. One of them was not operational. (Contacting the front desk, there were few staff available at night, so immediate response was not possible.) The laundry on other floors was always in use whenever I went, and I could only use it at 2 a.m. The bath temperature, shower pressure, and size were perfect, and the coffee in the room was drip-style and delicious. I thought the price, including breakfast on the club floor, was very reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The location is excellent.

    I used the Hyatt Regency Hotel for the first time. It was a reservation without meals, but the location is very convenient as it is close to Kokusai Street, the public market, and Yachimun Street. The bed was to my liking, and I was able to sleep soundly!! It has become one of the hotels I want to use again when I go to Naha.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    It was conveniently located near Kokusai Street and Makishi Station. The breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety of dishes, which was very satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable. I would like to visit again.
