    Breakfast is very delicious.

    Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Okinawan and Asian dishes. Even the more modest-looking items are rich in dashi flavor and clearly prepared with care, which I always look forward to when staying here. As for Hotel services, do not expect escort service to your room at check-in, luggage carrying assistance, or ice delivery to your room.

    Not much progress.

    I use this hotel every time I travel for business. First, the breakfast has not improved, so there is nothing surprising or enjoyable about it. There was black mold in the bathtub... I wrote about it in a Review before, but nothing has changed. There was a reply saying they would make use of the Review, but I felt it was only a reply and not followed by action. The hair dryer dries poorly. It is also quite old. As for the Room appliances, if they are not renewed regularly, their age really shows. It makes me feel that the Hyatt brand varies depending on the operating company.

    Stay on your last night in Okinawa

    I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

    Lost and Found

    When I entered the room, I found Skittles on the floor next to the curtains. Since it was just candy, I didn’t bother reporting it, but housekeeping should be more thorough.

    This was my second stay, but it was extremely disappointing!

    I stayed again because I love the location, the Room atmosphere, and the view, but I felt the difference in service quality was far too extreme. Upon arrival, the staff at the entrance front desk greeted me with a warm smile and polite service, and I felt glad I had returned. When I came back from going out and spoke to the front desk about my luggage and check-in, they clearly remembered my name, addressed me by name, and provided courteous service. However, at the club lounge, no one addressed me by name even during check-in procedures. Also, at most Hotels, when you are a repeat guest they usually mention it in conversation—but there was nothing like that. They asked whether I wanted a morning newspaper, but it was not delivered in the morning. When I mentioned it at checkout, they only said that today was a non-publication day. Feeling disappointed as my final day in Okinawa came to an end that way, I asked for a taxi at the first-floor front desk. They responded with a smile and polite service, which lifted my spirits slightly. Given the location, I think I will use this Hotel again; however, for check-in/out at the club lounge I will try to treat it as just a procedure and move on. That said, all of the staff during cocktail time in the lounge were very friendly with great smiles and attentive service—I truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

    First Stay

    This Hotel had very high ratings in Reviews, so I checked in with great expectations. I booked the club access Plan, and everything exceeded my expectations. The lounge atmosphere, the meals, and the staff’s sincere service were better than any Hotel I have stayed at before—I was truly impressed. Room cleaning during our Multiple Night Stay, the wide variety of loan items, and the quick response—everything reflected the Hotel’s outstanding quality. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. The live music during cocktail time at the club lounge was also incredibly soothing. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Always satisfied.

    I have stayed here many times, and it always meets my expectations and I am satisfied. The breakfast buffet is delicious—I end up eating too much. This time, I tried the lunch buffet for the first time, and it was even better, so I plan to make it part of my routine on future stays.

    It is a good Hotel.

    I had planned to stay for two nights, but due to a sudden change it became one night. For this reason, I was unable to use the Facility such as the pool, so my review is mainly about the room. The disappointing point was that the TV could not connect to the internet, so I couldn’t use YouTube or Netflix. Of course, if you bring a PC, there is WiFi available so you can connect and enjoy streaming. Other than that, there were no issues including in the bathroom, and you can really feel the quality of a high-end Hotel. I was also satisfied with the front desk service. I used room service and the food quality was excellent. For just over JPY 5,000, I enjoyed a meal that exceeded my expectations. Aside from the TV issue, I was more than satisfied overall. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

    The amenities were terrible.

    The location and Facility are excellent, and I love other Hyatt properties, but the amenities at this Hotel—especially the shampoo—were terrible. My hair became so rough and tangled while using it that even after conditioner I couldn’t get a comb through it. I told the staff, but they only said, “I’ll inform my supervisor,” with no further response or action. I haven’t experienced such low-quality amenities in a long time. Even a Business Hotel these days uses higher-quality products. In hindsight, it’s possible body wash had been put into the shampoo bottle. Even after returning home, my hair is still in poor condition. Has this not been passed on to management? It’s disappointing for Hyatt.

    I especially love the breakfast buffet! The selection is extensive and delicious, and I always end up giving up in the end because I’m too full, even though I’d like to eat more. I think it’s among the very best in Japan. The Room and service are both excellent. When I stay in Naha, I’d like to use this Hotel again.

    The staff’s hospital...

    The staff’s hospitality was outstanding. Whenever we met anyone inside the property, they greeted us with a wonderful smile and provided excellent service. Although the weather wasn’t great, we were able to relax while looking at Okinawa’s beautiful sea and felt refreshed. This is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    The Hotel in Naha You've Always Wanted to Stay At

    The location was excellent, and I stayed here on the last day of my trip. The club lounge reminded me of the Hyatt in Osaka, so I found the tea time a bit underwhelming. However, in the evening, I enjoyed live music in a sophisticated atmosphere while watching the sunset—it was truly an unforgettable experience! The room was impeccably clean, and this is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again when visiting Naha. The dashi and crispy rice at the lounge were delicious!

    Reliable and as expected

    The convenient location, the new and clean Facility, reliable service, and high-quality restaurant met expectations and were satisfactory. While there was a slight variation in staff experience levels, it did not affect the stay due to the overall atmosphere of the location, allowing for a relaxing time.

    This was a disappointing stay.

    Hyatt Regency Naha and other Hyatt Hotels have always provided pleasant stays for me, but this time was unfortunately disappointing. Despite staying on the Club Floor, the bed was in terrible condition, creaking loudly not only when turning over but even with slight movements, making it impossible to sleep through the night. I considered requesting a change of bed or Room, but as it was already late at night after I had taken a bath, I decided to endure it. I understand that cleanliness is well-maintained and such issues might not be noticeable without lying on the bed. However, the condition was so bad that even someone less sensitive would notice—was this perhaps an unused Room? When I mentioned this during checkout, the staff simply said they would inform their team. I expected a follow-up email with an apology or resolution afterward but received nothing, leaving me concerned about whether my feedback was passed along properly. I love Okinawa and visit at least once a year; this is still a Hotel I'd like to use again in the future. Please consider improving these aspects for better experiences ahead.

    I would like to stay here again.

    I chose this place for its location and breakfast, and it met my expectations. Regarding the Facility, I deducted one star because I had trouble adjusting the temperature at the Room's sink. Even when set to water, hot water came out, so there seemed to be a trick to it. The staff responded promptly, which made me feel their service was attentive and thorough. However, I deducted another star for service because it was a bit disappointing that newspapers were not complimentary. Overall though, I was very satisfied and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    We had a wonderful trip!

    I stayed as a treat for myself. The staff were warm and welcoming, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. They also promptly assisted me with my personal issue, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! However, at the club lounge during bar service hours, I noticed some guests were approached while others were not. I wasn’t approached initially and felt unsure if I could move freely until someone finally spoke to me after some hesitation on my part. Since I had been looking forward to this experience, the inconsistency left me feeling a bit disappointed. Other than that, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and I was guided to my room earlier than expected. The room was impeccably clean, and since there was no added scent like aromatherapy in the room, it was comfortable for someone like me with asthma. Thank you for providing such a wonderful holiday experience! I look forward to staying again in the future.

    Reliable!

    A consistently reliable accommodation no matter when you visit! I usually use the club lounge, but this time I invited a friend for the first time. The tranquility and calm atmosphere were so impressive that, although we initially planned to have a light meal and head out, we ended up staying until 7 PM because it was so comfortable! I also deeply felt how well-trained the staff are. A particular 19-year-old Okinawan beauty left an impression on me with her bright smile and excellent communication skills despite her young age. I'll definitely visit again! (She was working on the morning of the 28th.)

    Standard Business Hotel

    I had high expectations as it was the Hyatt Regency, but it fell below them. First, the front desk staff were unpleasant both during check-in and check-out. Even when standing in front of the counter, they kept their heads down working on their tasks. They only looked up after I spoke to them. It seems there is a lack of hospitality if staff do not initiate interaction with guests at the front desk. The Room cleaning was thorough. However, the wallpaper in the Room was peeling and extremely unpleasant. I wonder why they don't fix it since it would completely change the impression. On the other hand, perhaps due to recent renovations, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable to use. Breakfast was reasonably tasty.

    About the Gym

    Thank you for your assistance the other day. I have a request regarding the gym. There were foreign guests talking continuously while using the gym, which made it difficult to concentrate. I informed the reception (though I could have addressed it myself), but they did not respond, possibly due to a language barrier. Apologies if this is incorrect, but I would appreciate it if measures could be taken. Other than that, everything was excellent!

    No particular complaints.

    I stayed here for a vacation, and this was my second visit. It’s a very comfortable Hotel with clean Rooms and excellent Facilities. However, I was slightly disappointed as during my previous stay, the staff always greeted me cheerfully, but this time some were looking at their smartphones near the car drop-off area or passed by without saying anything. While I don’t necessarily expect greetings all the time, it felt like one of the Hotel's strengths had diminished. Additionally, there were cases where IKYU Diamond benefits weren’t provided unless I specifically requested them, which gave me an impression that the service quality had slightly declined. That said, overall I have no major complaints; it’s still a wonderful Hotel with great service. I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa. Thank you!

    The service lounge was excellent!

    It started raining suddenly during check-in, but the staff at the Hotel entrance quickly provided a towel, which was very helpful. The cocktail time in the lounge and breakfast were also as excellent as expected. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again.

    Very satisfied.

    The staff's service is excellent, and the buffet is very delicious. I stayed for business purposes and had a comfortable stay throughout. The Diamond Member benefits are also very helpful.

    A convenient Hotel close to Naha's downtown area

    The Hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it ideal for shopping and sightseeing. I used the lounge several times as they serve beer. At night, the food options are limited, so it's suitable only for light meals, but breakfast was sufficient. The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    Okinawa Luxury Hotel

    I stayed for 2 nights at the accommodation. Upon arrival, the staff's thoughtfulness was immediately apparent. The reception desk provided excellent service. At Hyatt Regency, I believe the employees are thoroughly trained. The breakfast was also thoughtfully arranged for my 2-night stay, which was wonderful. Next time I visit, I will stay at Hyatt Regency Naha again. Thank you very much!

    It is understandable...

    It is understandable that wear and tear occur over the years since opening. However, I believe proper cleaning can address this. For example, the bathroom ventilation fan. Dust was clearly visible and seemed like it might fall off. There was black mold in the bathtub... Black mold can be easily removed. With such a great Hotel brand, friendly staff, and delicious food, it feels like a missed opportunity. I hope for more thorough cleaning efforts.

    Lively lounge

    Stayed with a plan that included lounge access. It's such a joy to be able to drink from the morning. I used it this time for my birthday, but there was nothing special... I had slightly higher expectations. I will use it again regularly.
