    Lively lounge

    Stayed with a plan that included lounge access. It's such a joy to be able to drink from the morning. I used it this time for my birthday, but there was nothing special... I had slightly higher expectations. I will use it again regularly.

    You can enjoy a fulfilling time.

    The Hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was both visually appealing and delicious. Next time, I would like to enjoy afternoon tea at the lounge or have dinner at Milano Grill. The view and lighting of the night pool within the Hotel were stunning and left a lasting impression. I believe this Hotel offers a fulfilling experience for solo travelers, couples, and families alike.

    As wonderful as always! Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! Beautiful place and the staff were incredibly kind—absolutely perfect! I love the beer server. We saw a rainbow from the lounge! It was even more beautiful than in photos. Thank you so much!

    It was luxurious and comfortable.

    We chose this Hotel for the first day of our family trip because of its great view. The Room was clean, luxurious, and comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast was very delicious, which made my mother happy. However, it seemed like we were given a connecting Room (though we didn’t specifically request one), and due to the door between Rooms, our voices could be heard from the other side. Additionally, my mother mentioned later that their Room's blinds couldn’t be raised fully, so they couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view as much as they wanted. I didn’t confirm this myself but found it disappointing. The location was very convenient for us; it allowed easy access to Kokusai Street for round trips and had a nearby station where we could take the Yui Rail comfortably.

    The air conditioning in the Room was a bit weak, but since I tend to feel hot, I requested a Room change and spent 3 comfortable days. Thank you for the prompt response. After enjoying marine sports, the bathroom with a washing area was very convenient and easy to use. Breakfast, including Eggs Benedict and French toast, was delicious. When we asked for a taxi, it arrived quickly. The location is close to Kokusai Street, making it very convenient. We also took a trip to Churaumi Aquarium during our stay.

    A bit dissatisfied.

    I arrived earlier than the check-in time and waited in the lobby. When I asked the front desk about a place to change my child's diaper, I was told there wasn't one and was directed to use the sofa. However, when I went to the restroom, I found a diaper changing station, which was confusing. Additionally, at checkout, I specified a car pick-up time at the dedicated lounge. However, upon going down to the entrance, it seemed that this information had not been communicated to the staff there. They had to be contacted and prepare afterward, resulting in some waiting time.

    Club Lounge

    Stayed in the club lounge. Although there was no tea time, the food during cocktail time was plentiful. Breakfast was also satisfying. Drinks during both cocktail time and breakfast were all self-service. It was a bit disappointing as many other club lounges have staff serving drinks, which made it feel less relaxing. The facility was excellent and very comfortable to stay in. Despite being close to Kokusai Street, it is quiet.

    The staff was excellent.

    The staff always responded with a smile, which was very pleasant. I reserved a room with lounge access, and the meals in the lounge were more than sufficient and tasted great. The signature roast beef was so good I had seconds, and there was a wide variety of alcohol, which was perfect for those who enjoy drinking. The only downside was that the lock on the door to the toilet and bathroom entrance seemed broken as it wouldn't lock no matter how many times I tried. Since we are family, it wasn't much of an issue for us, but it might be inconvenient for couples. Other than that, everything was excellent.

    The Club Room is exceptional.

    We stayed in the Club Room for two nights as a couple, just like last year. Due to the early rainy season, the weather wasn't great, so we frequently used the Club Lounge, which had an even wider variety of dishes compared to last year. The adjacent bar was also open, and we enjoyed cocktails there—it was fantastic. The staff's service was excellent as well. Staying in a Club Room offers great value for money and is highly recommended. This has become our go-to accommodation every year.

    Forgot to include meals in the reservation (crying).

    Hyatt Naha offers delicious breakfast. However, I mistakenly made a reservation without breakfast this time. So sad... Other than that, the service was excellent and impressive. I look forward to staying again!

    It was a bit disappointing.

    This time, it was a sudden stay, so I stayed in a room on the standard floor. I usually choose a room with access to the club lounge. It's surprising how different the experience of the rooms can be. Considering the pricing, I understand it's inevitable. However, this time was a bit disappointing.

    Stayed on March 31. The front desk staff was very polite and pleasant, which immediately lifted my mood. The room was upgraded, spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable—absolutely satisfying. The breakfast was truly delicious, making this a hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

    The location of the Hotel is excellent!

    I always choose Hyatt Regency when traveling. This time in Okinawa, it's great as it's close to Kokusai Street, Makishi Market, and Yachimun Street! Being located in the city center is understandable, but it would be nice if there were a place inside the Hotel where you could relax with coffee and cake. It would also be great if the shop had a wide variety of items.

    Upon arrival, only one of my two pieces of luggage was carried by the staff, so I had to carry the other myself. At check-in, an unfriendly and seemingly irritated female front desk staff member asked me a confusing question about whether I had stayed here before. It would be appreciated if such information could be checked in advance. The thought of being asked the same question when staying as a pair is unsettling. It is disappointing that this hotel does not provide room guidance or luggage assistance after check-in. There was no door plate available in the room, which is commonly provided at most accommodations these days, so I couldn't display it and was woken up for cleaning—this was a first for me. Of course, there were staff members who provided excellent service; however, I felt there were significant disparities in staff attitude and service quality.

    Conveniently located near Kokusai Street.

    The Hotel staff were polite and professional, as expected from a renowned Hotel. It is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making shopping and dining very accessible. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Regarding Air Conditioning

    The air conditioning was poor, and the response was not good. It was so cold that my husband developed a fever and stayed in bed from the second day. The staff seemed untrained.

    I stayed for two nights from 2/24 to 2/25. The Room was excellent. Breakfast was very delicious. There were changing rooms and showers in the gym, which made it very comfortable to use. Next time, I would like to stay with a Plan that allows access to the club lounge.

    It was comfortable!

    It was my fifth stay, but it was the first time I could use a plan with access to the club lounge. I enjoyed both breakfast and cocktail time, and it was very comfortable. Even in winter, being able to use the jacuzzi, as well as the chocolate and newspaper services, was delightful during the trip. Since I regularly stay in Okinawa, I would like to use the lounge again.

    Good location.

    I have used this Hotel several times and it was my favorite. This time, it was more crowded than usual for a weekday, so it didn't have the usual relaxed atmosphere. The club lounge was also crowded. The live performance during cocktail time was very nice while watching the setting sun. It is convenient for sightseeing.

    The club lounge is well-equipped.

    I revisited because my previous stay was very pleasant. The club lounge is excellent, offering Orion beer from morning till night. Tea time is relatively simple, but there were potato chips and M&M's chocolates. The highlight of this club lounge is definitely cocktail time. You can enjoy a variety of foods, including the hotel's special roast beef, salads, sea grapes, and rafute. The lineup felt more Okinawan than last time. In the bar corner, although the selection was limited, the cocktails made for us increased our satisfaction. During breakfast, sparkling wine was also available, which is irresistible for those who love to drink. On the other hand, perhaps due to the crowd, the service did not leave a very good impression, which was unfortunate. I asked during check-in, and surprisingly, it was fully booked even in this off-season and on weekdays. I would like to revisit when it's a bit less crowded next time.

    I used it last year and liked it, so I repeated it this year. Both the Facility and Room are clean, making it perfect as a city Hotel. It would be nice if there was a SPA or sauna!

    This was my first trip to Okinawa, and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Naha. Since it was a family trip, we used two club lounge rooms, and the rooms were spacious with a convenient layout. The room was clean, and there was a good selection of drinks (including a paid minibar), and I was surprised to find that the teapots and teacups were made of Yachimun. I also used the lounge and was surprised by the variety, including alcohol available from the morning, and the quality of the food was generally high. The staff were very courteous and kind to the children, leaving a very good impression. The access to Kokusai Street was convenient, making it a perfect hotel for first-time travelers like us. I would love to visit again.

    The use of the club lounge was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights during the New Year holidays with access to the club lounge. It was a great service to be able to drink Orion Beer anytime in the lounge. During the evening time, there were music services with violin and piano, allowing us to spend an elegant time. The meal content in the lounge varied slightly over the two days, which was appreciated by those on a Multiple Night Stay. Unfortunately, since it was New Year's, I thought there might be events within the Hotel, so I called the front desk to confirm, but was told there were none. However, I was surprised to find a performance of Ryukyu Okinawa music in the first-floor lobby at checkout. Club floor users tend to bypass the first-floor lobby and go straight to the elevator, so I didn't notice the signboard. It would have been helpful to have information near the elevator or in the lounge.
