Thank you very much for staying at Hakone Yuyado Zen. We are truly honored to hear that you were “overall satisfied,” especially in terms of value for money. However, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience caused by the amenities and in-room items not meeting your expectations. In particular, we are very sorry to hear that the razor we provided was not sharp enough and ended up irritating your skin. As a place that should prioritize our guests’ safety and comfort above all else, we deeply regret having provided a product that lacked proper consideration. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning smartphone charging cable, as our pre-checks were insufficient. We take your feedback seriously as key areas for improvement, including reviewing the quality of our razors, conducting a full inspection of charging cables, and enhancing towel quality. We will move forward promptly with careful review and improvements to ensure greater guest satisfaction.
