    Hot spring inn close to the airport

    Senagajima Hotel is very convenient for those arriving on domestic flights at odd hours, as it is just over 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The main attraction of this hotel is undoubtedly the hot springs. Even for someone like me, coming from a hot spring paradise, the quality of the spring water was excellent. It was a bit crowded due to accepting day visitors. The hot spring in the room was so good that I used it multiple times. It feels like a mix between a ryokan and a resort hotel. The service from the staff was excellent, and everyone was very professional. I also enjoyed the infinity pool, which has a sense of unity with the sea, just a little bit. The view from the room was also very nice. There are airport and sea views, and as a sea lover, I chose the sea view, but I could see the landing side. However, the dining options at Umikaji Terrace were a bit underwhelming, and the hotel's dinner is only a course meal. There is no convenience store, and although the hotel shop has beer, there are no snacks, which was a problem for me as I like to have a light snack with my drink... That's the only downside. Breakfast was a set menu with Okinawan dishes and was very delicious. I wish there were an izakaya-style place at Umikaji Terrace, or maybe the hotel could offer one... As a hotel, it is truly wonderful.

    The staff is amazing.

    Starting with the doorman, to the reception, and even the housekeepers, I received the best service from all the staff. I was impressed by the high level of the staff despite the relatively reasonable rates. I was traveling with children, and when I requested a bed guard, they responded with such kindness, for which I am truly grateful. Furthermore, I am embarrassed to say that I left something behind, but they immediately mailed it to me, with careful packaging and even a letter, which made me feel truly humbled. I was surprised and moved by how much they did for me despite the time and effort it must have taken to handle my forgotten item. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much!

    Customer service satisfaction

    The room and amenities were good. I think women would be pleased. From a male perspective, the position of the faucet was low and difficult to use, and I felt like there was no mirror in the bathroom, which made shaving difficult. I went to the hot spring, but it was very crowded with many locals. It might be better to go during the day. The quality of the spring was good. I used the lounge, but since the entrance, lobby, and lounge are connected nearby, it was hot and challenging. The service was excellent. The reception staff, lounge staff, pool staff, and hot spring staff were all outstanding. It has become one of the hotels I would like to visit again.
