    Relaxing Okinawa Trip

    Stayed for one night and two days. Arrived at the airport in the early afternoon, spent some time there, and then checked in. The Plan included lounge access, which I used several times. Since it was a dinner-excluded Plan, I had dinner at Umikaji Terrace. The view from the standing bath in the attached large public bath was great. It was also convenient that I could use the large public bath without bringing anything. The open-air bath in the Room was also wonderful. For breakfast, I enjoyed a variety of dishes in small portions—it was delicious!

    It was a good Hotel.

    The room offered a view of airplanes taking off. This view could also be enjoyed from the bathroom in the room. The windows were double-glazed, so it was not very noisy. There was also a large public bath, and as it was a club room, drinks were complimentary, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you very much!

    Onsen is wonderful.

    The view of the sea from the Onsen is excellent. However, I chose a room with lounge access, which was supposed to include valet service, but there was no such service. The lounge only offered drinks, so a standard room would have been sufficient.

    It was a pleasure to...

    It was a pleasure to visit again after a long time. Having an Onsen in the room is truly appreciated, and my favorite part of staying here is enjoying the open-air bath while gazing at the sea. The room feels slightly compact, but the location and Onsen make up for it. The staff at this accommodation are very friendly, and I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the female staff during drink service in the lounge. This is a hotel I always want to stay at for at least one night when visiting Okinawa.

    A lovely Hotel where you can relax and unwind.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff's smiles were wonderful, and they treated us kindly. I was able to relax and unwind, which made me very satisfied. The Onsen was also excellent. I would love to stay at this Hotel again next time. Thank you very much!

    For your last night in Okinawa.

    We had a wonderful 3-night, 4-day trip during the May holidays with three generations of our family, staying at this Hotel on the final day after traveling from the north. We reserved three rooms and were delighted with our stay. The proximity to Umikaji Terrace was convenient for walking, and the room with views of airplanes taking off and landing thrilled our grandchildren. Each room had an open-air bath or view bath, was spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. The large public Onsen was also clean with beautiful views; the children loved the sauna experience (Löyly) and visited multiple times. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and freely accessible, which made our grandchildren very happy. For dinner, we went to Kokusai Street by bus but enjoyed a delicious Japanese-style breakfast at the Hotel. After a relaxing morning stroll around Umikaji Terrace, we headed to the airport feeling satisfied that we chose this Hotel for our final night’s stay. When I realized at the airport that I had left something in my room and called them about it, they kindly sent it to my home along with a thoughtful note that warmed my heart. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We would love to stay here again in the future!

    This was my first stay. The friendly and attentive service, the wonderful room, the quality of the Onsen, and the exceptional Okinawan breakfast—everything truly embodied a Resort Hotel. I would love to return again.

    Accommodation influenced by weather

    The stay was during the late rainy season with rain and strong winds, so I couldn't see the airplane landing as expected (it landed from the opposite direction), which was disappointing. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but due to the strong wind, the door for privacy kept banging loudly, making it hard to sleep. It would have been helpful if there had been prior notice to secure it properly during strong winds. I had access to the lounge, but the selection was limited, and only nuts were available as complimentary snacks. Dinner was eaten outside and is not subject to evaluation; however, breakfast at the hotel was quite delicious with a wide variety of options, which was nice.

    It was excellent.

    I always visit when I want to refresh. This stay was also excellent. The hospitality was truly wonderful, allowing me to relax completely. If I may make one request, since Okinawa has high humidity, having a dehumidifier might further enhance the comfort of the room. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I will visit again.

    Maybe I expected too much.

    Having visited the adjacent Italian restaurant a few times, I had high expectations based on the appearance of the Hotel and the staff's hospitality. However, the Onsen was lukewarm, not dirty but not particularly clean either. There were some areas where it felt easy to trip, and at night certain spots were dimly lit, making me worried about falling. Additionally, since the entrance is shared with day-use Onsen guests, there were times when it wasn’t convenient to enter quickly due to long lines. This made me feel like there wasn’t much advantage to staying overnight. As for meals, I tried breakfast but found it neither particularly delicious nor bad—it was just average. The Room was small yet functional with well-stocked amenities, so there are definitely positive aspects as well. However, since the main attraction—the Onsen—was quite disappointing for me personally, this is my honest evaluation.

    A perfect location for airplane enthusiasts, with friendly local cats greeting you in the morning.

    The location was excellent. The Room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. However, the open-air bath felt like an afterthought, and the drainage noise was loud. I believe indirect drainage might be the cause. I hope for improvements. Also, a local cat came to the breakfast area and was very friendly, which made for a heartwarming experience.

    All set.

    The Room felt a bit small for 5 people, but the sauna and bath were excellent. Also, the breakfast was incredibly delicious. I would love to visit again!

    One disappointing aspect

    Stayed for one night on the last day in Okinawa. Previously stayed in an ocean-view room with an open-air bath before COVID, but felt uncomfortable using the bath during the day as it seemed visible to others. This time, I chose an airport-view room, but unfortunately, not many planes came by—perhaps due to a change in flight routes. Visited the Onsen around 11:00 PM thinking it would be less crowded at night, but it was still busy and the water was lukewarm—disappointing! However, in the morning, it seemed reserved for accommodation guests only and was much quieter; I could enjoy a relaxing soak in the standing bath. The Orion Beer at the club was fantastic!

    I have used this place several times and am satisfied with the airport view, walking areas, Onsen, and how it suits my purposes. The room is clean and has a calm atmosphere. This is my personal impression, and I will stay here again.

    This was my third st...

    This was my third stay. What I look forward to at this hotel is the view (takeoffs and landings at Naha Airport) and one of the few Onsens in Okinawa. It’s rare to find a hotel where you can see airplanes up close, and it’s enjoyable even if you’re not an airplane enthusiast. As for the Onsen, it seemed more crowded than before (perhaps due to more day-use visitors), so I couldn’t relax as much as I wanted. The sauna, which I was looking forward to, was also full, and it felt like you had to wait for someone to leave before entering. It would be nice if the facility could be reserved exclusively for guests at night. The staff were kind and made my stay pleasant. Regarding meals, they are served in a bento box style; however, I would have preferred a buffet where you can eat what you like as much as you want.

    On the revisit list...

    It was one of the Hotels I wanted to stay at. The view from the lounge on the first floor is wonderful. It was rainy, so I couldn't go out to the terrace, but next time I hope to spend time on the terrace... The Room was on the top floor, but there were only chairs on the balcony, and it was cold, so I sat on the bed. I wondered if a standard Room might be more comfortable? You can also enjoy forgetting about time while looking at the airport from Onsen.

    Always comfortable.

    It is a wonderful Hotel where you can feel the thoughtfulness everywhere. The last order for breakfast is at 10:30, which is helpful for a slow morning. The mattress is comfortable, and the amenities are good. If I had to say, it would be perfect if the quality of breakfast could be improved a little more. It was a good refreshment.     A Hotel where you can enjoy Okinawa without a car

    As a paper driver, I thought traveling to Okinawa would be difficult, but keywords like "no car, Onsen, convenient" led me to this Senagajima Hotel. Seeing the Hotel and Umikaji Terrace from the plane before arrival got me excited. It was really close and convenient. On the second day, I joined an optional tour to the Churaumi Aquarium area, and it was close to the meeting point. Also, Shuri Castle and DFS Galleria were all accessible by Yui Rail, so it was manageable without a car. The staff at the Hotel and Onsen were all genuinely kind and pleasant. I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast menu was different each day, making it a very fulfilling trip to Okinawa.

    The charm of the Stays is the Ryujin no Yu, but the inbound guests with poor manners

    The "Ryujin no Yu" that springs from the seabed is the main attraction of this Property, but compared to before the pandemic, there has been an overwhelming increase in guests from China and Korea, making Japanese guests a minority in the women's bath at night. Children jumping into the open-air bath, parents and children playing by throwing buckets, and people entering the bath directly from the sauna... the bath manners are terrible, and it's exhausting. Even though it's called a Club Room, the only perks are slightly better amenities and the ability to have drinks in the lounge next to the front desk in the afternoon, but the drinks in this lounge are clearly disappointing, like coffee and tea from the breakfast buffet machine. There are no club services like other Resort Hotels. Breakfast is a set menu. There are many items, but it's hard to eat such rich foods like tempura, fried dishes, ginger pork belly, and sukiyaki-style beef from the morning. When I have work in Naha City, it would be nice if there were other Hotels with natural Onsen, but for now, Senagajima Hotel is the most convenient, so I have no choice but to endure it. However, the Room is small, and it's a Hotel that lacks satisfaction for the price.

    I also stayed at Storyline, but after all, Senagajima Hotel!

    I am a repeat guest. Since Storyline Senagajima opened nearby, I tried staying there for one night first, but as expected, Senagajima Hotel was a cut above in terms of service and food quality. This year, the breakfast included Western-style options, which was refreshing. If I had one request, it would be to have a coffee machine available for use during the stay, as it can only be used when dining at the restaurant. I plan to visit again around this time next year.

    My wife stayed with a friend in the Anji Twin Room [Ocean View/With Open-Air Bath] for one night. It seems they were able to enjoy the view from the room, the sunset over the sea, and the landing of airplanes. They also seemed to enjoy the room's bath and the large public bath.

    It has become an indispensable Stays for an Okinawa visit. The meticulous attention to detail felt everywhere, from the staff to the amenities provided, is always pleasant. I think it is a Property that encapsulates the best of Okinawa. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

    This time, a trip for two with my mother.

    This time, I stayed for two days with my mother. I was very happy that the female staff remembered us. We had the Senagajima course at Kazetei for dinner. I was impressed by the presentation and the dishes that matched the food. Starting from the appetizers to the final dessert, everything was truly delicious. I never thought my mother, who usually eats little, would eat so much. I was very happy to see my mother enjoying her meal. Every time I come to Senagajima Hotel, I feel happiness. Thank you very much for your wonderful smiles and hospitality this time as well. I will definitely come back to stay again. Until then, please take care of yourselves.

    Very satisfied.

    The Onsen was great, and I was very satisfied with the sauna's löyly. Everything is well-maintained, and the food is delicious. I would love to visit again. The welcome drink, Orion draft beer, was also excellent. It would have been nice if I could have sat and enjoyed it in the lobby.

    Everything was amazing.

    I used it for a trip with my daughter. The variety, temperature, cleanliness of the Onsen, and the view from the standing bath... It was the most comfortable Onsen I've ever experienced. They also took great care in accommodating my daughter's food allergies, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. It was wonderful being close to the airport and being able to see the planes take off and land. Of course, the double sashes made the noise completely unnoticeable. I definitely want to use this Hotel again.

    I always use this Hotel the day before using the airport. I am very satisfied with the excellent service, smiles, and delicious breakfast provided by the staff every time.     Every year when I vi...

    Every year when I visit Okinawa, I use this Property. I stay for several nights in Okinawa, and although I also stay at luxury Hotels, I think this Hotel offers great satisfaction for the price with its large public bath. The bathhouse in the morning offers a great view of the sea and is very relaxing. I look forward to visiting again. Since the bath is an Onsen, there is some rust, but I hope they will do their best. However, it is worth staying, so I hope everyone will stay.

    It was a very wonderful Hotel.

    It was a great hotel that felt like a fusion of a Ryokan and a Hotel, offering every possible comfort. The amenities were complete, you could try ReFa products, and the room had an Onsen with water directly from the source. The service was also excellent (I was impressed that they refilled the water in the rental car with the valet service), making it a wonderful stay. I would love to stay again! Thank you very much.
