The service is the worst.

I have repeated my stay many times, but it was disappointing again this time. Usually, I receive a call at check-in, but since there was none, I went directly to the building and waited, but no one came, so I had to contact them myself. Another issue was that the water temperature in the room bath was too hot to relax, and even though I asked to lower it, it didn't improve at all. There was no sign of anyone coming to check, and I didn't want to keep mentioning it, so I stayed silent. I was surprised that there was not even an apology at checkout. I love traveling and have stayed at various properties, but I have never experienced such service. I witnessed a decline in the quality of the staff.
