    It is always a reliable Hotel.

    This Hotel is an old building, but it is well-cleaned and you can stay with peace of mind. First of all, the staff are really kind, and I don't want to stay anywhere else in Kobe. Those who like new Hotels might think it's a bit different, but as you get older, a "Hotel where you feel kindness" is the best. There is no body towel in the amenities, so I always bring one that I used at another Hotel. There were children's toothbrushes at the front desk. I'm sure those with children will be happy too.

    I made a reservation for a 2-day, 1-night stay due to an event in Kobe. The front desk service was very courteous, but there were a few short hairs in the bathtub of the guest room. I am not sure if it was from the person who cleaned or the previous guest, but it was somewhat unpleasant in terms of hygiene. Additionally, during breakfast, the light above the table we were guided to was flickering, reflecting on the table and straining my eyes. The location was good, and the stay was reasonably priced, which was a positive point, but it was a bit disappointing.

    About the Breakfast Buffet

    When I placed a reserve card on the table, a stranger took the card away. When I informed the staff, I received another card and an apology. It seems malicious, and it is very unfortunate that such behavior occurred at your Hotel.

    It's been a while since I've seen a Hotel with such terrible cleaning conditions.

    I made a reservation because it was quite affordable close to the stay date, but I had a slight bad feeling from the subtle response of the male staff in his 30s at check-in. The room (Room 1209) was spacious enough for a quick solo stay, but my eyes were drawn to the dirty carpet, even considering wear and tear. However, I was astonished to find not just dirt but a large amount of long hair scattered around. Besides the images posted, there were many more visible ones scattered throughout the room. It was as if they had a policy of never cleaning hair. Fortunately, the bathroom and bed were fine, but it was a very unpleasant stay. I considered calling the front desk, but judging by the condition beyond the hair, I thought other rooms wouldn't be much different, and since it was just a place to sleep, I decided to rest in the intact bed. It's rare to find a business hotel this bad, even at a low price. Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again. Merits 〇 Affordable price 〇 Abundant shower water pressure (drainage is standard) 〇 Fairly close to JR Kobe Station (won't get wet in the rain) Demerits ● Cleaning is at a critical level and unclean ● No outlet near the bed Others - It's called Harbor Deluxe Single Room A, but there's no mosaic or Harborland view. - No air purifier. (Unclear if they will provide one upon request)

    The location is excellent!

    The location is excellent as I really like Harborland and Motomachi Shopping Street, and it's within walking distance. The parking lot is conveniently connected under the hotel, and it's great that you can enter and exit during your stay. However, because the location is so good, once parked, I mostly explored on foot and didn't use the car. I would like to try the hotel's restaurant, but it's also nice to try another restaurant while enjoying the night view of Harborland. The variety of options is one of the attractions of this hotel. This time, I made a reservation with a breakfast-included plan. The bread at breakfast was hard, which was the only disappointment. This was the factor that lowered the meal's evaluation.

    Good location

    Located close to JR Kobe Station and within Harborland. It is a very convenient Hotel for sightseeing in Kobe.

    The faucet is stiff and difficult to turn off. The breakfast selection has decreased compared to before, and the quality seems to have declined.

    Conveniently located in front of the station

    Reasonable with breakfast included. Very convenient as it is close to the station and shopping mall. The building and Room interiors feel old, and it's unfortunate that there are many stains on the Room carpet, but I guess it's normal for this price (lol).

    A relaxing Stays near the station

    This time, I used it for business. Since it was my first time in Kobe, I chose it for its location close to the station. Despite being close to the station, the price was affordable, and the room was a great find where I could relax. The room's facilities felt a bit old, but some parts had been updated, and I found it sufficient. I used outside facilities for meals, so I can't comment on the taste, but the advertisements in the elevator and the POP displays at the entrance gave a good impression. The best part this time was the spa on the 7th floor of the Hotel. There were options available nearby (outside the facility), but being able to return to the room and relax immediately after bathing was a non-negotiable point. The service of being able to re-enter the bath was also good. If I have the opportunity to visit Kobe privately, I would definitely like to use it again.

    Wonderful breakfast

    This time, I stayed for one night due to some errands. Although the facility itself felt somewhat dated, it was spaciously designed, and the bed provided an excellent sleeping experience. Above all, the breakfast was unexpectedly wonderful. In the top-floor restaurant, where you can enjoy views of both the port and the mountains, I was able to indulge in as much carefully prepared Japanese and Western cuisine as I liked. If I have business in Kobe again, I will definitely choose this property. Thank you very much.

    Delicious breakfast

    I was happy with the wide variety of breakfast options. The breakfast venue is glass-walled, so when the weather is nice, it feels very refreshing. I arrived late, so I couldn't use the bath. Therefore, I give it three stars, but there was no particular problem with using the bath in the room. I will continue to support you!!

    We stayed here for a family trip.

    We stayed as a family of six, renting two triple rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we weren't too bothered by noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was buffet-style, which delighted the children. The hotel is close to Mosaic, and with a checkout time of 12 PM, we were able to explore the surrounding area in the morning and fully enjoy our trip to Kobe. The underground parking was spacious, and the convenience store attached to it added to our satisfaction. Whether for travel or business, if we ever go to Kobe again, this hotel is our only choice.
