Your First Trip to Karuizawa
We stayed here for a family trip with our elementary school-aged child. The pool isn’t very large, but it’s a good size for playing in the water or walking. The large public bath has both an outdoor bath and an indoor bath, and the outdoor bath also had a waterfall-style shower. Soaking in the outdoor bath after getting chilled at the pool was amazing! Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and every dish was delicious. All staff members—at reception, the restaurant, and the shop—were friendly and courteous. We met several of the cleaning staff in the public bath area and our Room, and everyone greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very comfortable. We made wonderful memories. Thank you!
