Thank you very much for choosing our Hotel and for sharing your valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere and were satisfied with the autumn-inspired dinner buffet. We strive to provide seasonal dishes, and it brings great joy to our chef and staff that you appreciated them. Additionally, we are pleased that the self-check-in and check-out system was convenient for you. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the room door not closing properly and the strong smell of tobacco in the restroom. We deeply regret these issues and will promptly review our Facility inspection procedures as well as cleaning protocols. In particular, we will reinforce non-smoking rules and implement stronger deodorization measures. Specifically, we will enhance equipment inspections in all guest rooms and ensure thorough deodorization and ventilation during cleaning to prevent such occurrences in the future.
