    We stayed here for o...

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. The lobby, restaurant, Room, and even the observation bath offered a stunning view of Lake Toya, allowing us to enjoy a truly wonderful time. The meals had such a wide variety that it was almost disappointing not to be able to try everything because everything was so delicious. Additionally, we were deeply touched by the thoughtful gift we received for our anniversary. It made for an unforgettable celebration. Thank you for providing us with such a happy and memorable experience!

    The buffet at the Ho...

    The buffet at the Hotel was delicious, with the desserts being particularly outstanding. The view from the large public bath was breathtaking and truly spectacular. However, the noise from the hairdryer was quite loud and a bit bothersome; it might be time to consider replacing it. The Room's amenities also felt slightly dated. Additionally, caution is needed with the elevator as it cannot be operated from outside and there is a risk of getting caught. I made my Reservation through IKYU.com, but note that the shuttle bus to Sapporo is not free of charge. Even so, since the food exceeded expectations in taste, I would still give an overall high rating.

    Stay at Nono Fu Club Accommodation

    I stayed at the Nono no Kaze Club accommodation. Check-in was done in the lounge, and both the view from the room and the bath were excellent. At night, I could even see fireworks. Dinner was served in a private room at Nono no Kaze Saryo, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. Overall, it was a good experience; however, there were some disappointing aspects that led me to lower my rating. This stay was for celebrating my parent's 60th birthday, so I had reserved a cake with an additional charge to be served during dessert time at dinner as a surprise. I made this reservation separately over the phone prior to our stay and specifically requested that it be brought out during dessert time at dinner. Despite this request, they asked about when to bring out the cake during check-in while my parent was present. They also mentioned that they could prepare a red vest for celebration purposes during check-in as well. While I understand they may have been trying to handle things carefully, unfortunately, it ruined the surprise element of our plan. If confirmation was necessary, I wish they had called only me (the reserver) aside for clarification instead of doing so in front of everyone. Additionally, there seemed to be some new staff members which gave an impression of slight disorganization. Excluding the issue with the surprise plan though, I think it offered good value for money overall. The scenery, room quality, onsen experience and meals were all wonderful. Thank you very much!

    Simply amazing!

    Executive Suite Room Stay The room was much more spacious than it looked in the photos—what a surprise! The private open-air bath with a view was also incredibly large—another surprise! Seagulls greeted us outside the window, which made us smile. Dinner was delicious no matter what we tried. However, just one thing... the quality of the tuna sushi seemed to have dropped compared to last year? But it was still tasty. Breakfast was flawless! The classic menu items were great, but this time I especially enjoyed the duck soba and duck broth ramen—they were delightful! The Hotel staff provided excellent service, even greeting us warmly after check-out. Overall, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about—it’s an amazing place! I’ll definitely visit again and again!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Welcomed upon arrival by car, impressed by the car arrangement, and informed about the details of Hotel facilities. Entering the Room, amazed by the view. The most surprising and satisfying part was the meals. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely perfect. It was enjoyable and delicious. Definitely a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    Hotel BEST1 for Staying with Large Dogs

    I have stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count. A hotel where you can stay with a large dog. There is a small dog run for large dogs. The room is right by the lakeside, so stepping out of the room and taking a walk along the lake with your dog feels amazing. It would be even better if the door leading outside from the room could be opened from outside (currently, someone has to open it from inside). Our beloved dog gets scared of fireworks no matter how many times he experiences them (laughs). Well, he’s a dog after all. The bath on the top floor offers an incredible view from its infinity open-air bath. I highly recommend enjoying it during daylight hours to take in the scenery fully, as at night it’s too dark to see the lake or mountains clearly. The water quality is excellent, and I appreciate that there’s minimal chlorine smell. The meals are varied and delicious! My favorite recommendation is their soft-serve ice cream made with Date Milk—it’s all-you-can-eat and make both in the morning and evening! Also, their fresh tuna red meat sushi has become my personal favorite staple. As someone who cannot have caffeine, I’m thrilled about their decaf coffee by Misuzu Coffee available at their coffee machine—it tastes fantastic! You can enjoy it even at night, making it perfect for pregnant guests as well. I hope everyone tries this delicious decaf coffee by Misuzu Coffee. All in all, this was another very satisfying stay! I will definitely keep coming back!!!

    Truly a lake view—our stay with our dog was extremely comfortable.

    We stayed for one night from 9/9 with our Shiba Inu. We arrived right at the peak check-in time, so we waited a little before starting the procedures, but the reception staff were very helpful. The spacious twin Room had wide windows, with Lake Toya right in front of us and Mt. Yotei beyond it. We could step directly from the Room onto the lakeside promenade, which was perfect for walking our dog. Fireworks went off nearby at night, and we had a great view. We used both the panoramic open-air Onsen and the retro Showa-era public bath; in particular, the former was wonderful and felt as if it blended into the lake. Dinner was at a dog-friendly restaurant reserved for guests with dogs, and breakfast was a buffet (without our dog), which we enjoyed very much. It was such a lovely Hotel that one night felt far too short.

    Long-Run Fireworks

    I chose this Hotel to enjoy fireworks up close. Whether to watch from the Room, step outside, or soak in the Onsen while watching—my choice was the infinity open-air bath. On the day, private fireworks started earlier than scheduled. Fireworks right in front of me—such an experience is truly rare and unforgettable. Amazing! The Room at "No no Kaze Club" is very spacious and comfortable. The lounge is freely accessible as well. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and is enjoyable. The freshly squeezed apple juice in the morning was delicious!

    Dog-friendly Room

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my daughter's engagement. During dinner, a photo was taken for us, and they promptly delivered the message and photo, for which we are truly grateful. The fireworks were wonderful, and the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. We look forward to staying again in January.

    It was comfortable.

    I visited with my mother, who has difficulty walking, but the staff were very kind, and she felt comfortable during our stay. I was initially worried about the buffet being crowded, but the spacious area allowed us to enjoy our meal at ease. Everything was delicious. The Room at Nono no Kaze Club was spacious, and we could even see fireworks from the Room, which was wonderful. We would love to visit again!

    Overall, we were satisfied.

    We visited to celebrate my brother-in-law's 60th birthday. The service, meals, Room, and bath in the Hotel were all very satisfying. However, I had sent an email in advance with some requests but was told they could not accommodate them due to limitations. While it is understandable that they couldn't fulfill the request, it was a bit disappointing compared to our previous visit when more effort was made to accommodate us.

    Premium Summer Vacation

    It took about 2 hours to reach the Hotel by Shuttle Service from New Chitose Airport. From the lobby, you can see Lake Toya and Mount Yotei, offering a breathtaking view. The Room we were guided to was spacious and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, featuring Hokkaido's seafood, mountain delicacies, and beef—absolutely satisfying in both quality and quantity. The buffet was well-organized with dishes arranged for easy access. In the morning, I enjoyed the open-air rooftop bath with stunning views of Lake Toya and Mount Yotei—it was truly amazing. The staff provided exceptional hospitality and took great care of us. I look forward to visiting again next year, this time using a rental car!

    The open-air bath is amazing, and the food is excellent!

    We, a group of four close friends (average age 62), stayed here for our annual trip. Upon entering the Room, we were amazed by the feeling of being right above the lake. The infinity open-air bath allowed us to relax and enjoy views of Lake Toya and Mount Yotei directly in front of us, away from our families. The "Showa no Yu" bath we tried after dinner was a nostalgic hit among us, bringing back fond memories and making everyone happy. We also enjoyed watching the nighttime fireworks directly from our Room—it was fantastic! Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes with many live kitchen stations to explore. The chilled corn soup was the best we've ever had, and adding whipped cream nearby made it even more delicious! Even as food lovers, we couldn't try everything on offer. Breakfast was equally delightful with freshly made rice balls and chicken broth ramen that tasted amazing. Every dish showed great attention to detail—like small bowls of ramen topped with shredded white leek, chicken pieces, or citrus fruits—which left us deeply impressed by such thoughtful touches. What disappointed us slightly: - The Room felt cramped for four people. - We had to bring towels from the Room to use in the baths. It would have been nice if there were an extra towel provided in each Room. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied overall! Thank you very much!

    The whole family is satisfied.

    We stayed as a family of three during the summer vacation. The room offered a stunning view of Lake Toya, and the scenery from the bath on the top floor was also breathtaking. For dinner, we enjoyed a buffet-style meal in the evening. Although we were initially concerned about potential crowding, the staff efficiently managed everything, and all dishes were meticulously prepared and delicious. We could also watch the nighttime fireworks from our room, creating wonderful memories. The only downside was that it was raining heavily upon our arrival, and we were instructed to unload at a spot just outside of roof coverage. There were large puddles at our feet, making it quite challenging to unload suitcases from the car.

    It is disappointing that the service is not satisfactory.

    The reception upon arrival was polite and very pleasant, but the service during restaurant use and within the facility was not satisfactory. We had meals in the morning and evening, but issues with air conditioning, staff service, and cleanliness of the seating area detracted from the dining experience. We stayed with our dog, but the environment from the elevator to the dedicated entrance was not ideal. Additionally, being close to a karaoke room resulted in unpleasant noise and odors. Although there were food and water provided in the guest room for pets, there were insufficient amenities for staying with a pet; it would be difficult to manage with just food and a harness. Most disappointing of all was finding snacks in our room that appeared to have been opened by previous guests—it felt as though they had been left untouched since then. Having high expectations based on photos made this experience all the more disheartening.

    The Hotel is located right in front of Lake Toya, offering an excellent location. The Room was spacious and clean, and the service was outstanding. I would love to stay here again.

    I will come again.

    This time, I could only stay for one night due to circumstances. The lobby and the Facility had many relaxing spots, so next time I would like to have a Multiple Night Stay and take my time to unwind. Since I only visit here in summer, the snowy winter scenery also seems appealing. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

    Great value for money!

    The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. It was unfortunate that the lounge hours coincided with the end of the fireworks, so I couldn't use it. It would have been nice to have even 30 minutes to enjoy it. The open-air bath and buffet were more wonderful than expected, and I was very satisfied! I'll definitely come back! I enjoyed Lake Toya as a tourist spot with the Usuzan Ropeway ticket that included a drink!

    The buffet is delicious.

    I usually avoid noisy buffets, but this buffet lived up to its reputation with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Each dish seemed carefully prepared with attention to flavor and cooking techniques! As expected from Noguchi Kanko. The menu, thoughtfully designed to cater to all ages and international guests, must be challenging to create, but I was thoroughly satisfied.

    Sauna Suite

    The bathroom faucet provides sufficient water flow, but the sink faucet has poor water pressure, especially for cold water, which barely comes out. It's a shame considering the impressive sauna room and the flowing Onsen with a scenic view.

    When crowded...

    I have stayed here several times this year and have always been impressed, making it one of my favorite accommodations. However, during this stay, I checked in around 4 PM and was told to park in the second parking lot. Despite plenty of space available in front of the hotel, when I asked a young male staff member at the entrance if I could park there, he replied that it was reserved for suite guests only. While I understand policies may differ, his straightforward response left me feeling disappointed as if my choice of room was being judged negatively. The second parking lot was also quite far. Additionally, as with every stay here, I had requested a massage at the time of reservation but only received communication about it 3-4 days before my stay. By then, all slots were fully booked. If this is part of their reservation process or policy, it would be better to clearly state so upfront. Since my room was on the second floor during a fireworks festival nearby, not all fireworks were visible from my room—making this experience less enjoyable for me personally. While providing perfect service for everyone may be challenging overall; these are just some personal observations from my recent visit!

    The staff's hospitality is exceptional. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, with so many delicious options that we couldn't finish everything. I wish we had stayed for three nights instead! Thank you for a truly meaningful experience.

    Be amazed by the stunning views of Lake Toya and the spectacular fireworks!

    The view of Lake Toya from the room was truly stunning, and the sight of the lake and mountains right in front of us was incredibly soothing. At night, we could watch the fireworks over the lake up close from the room's balcony, feeling the power of sound and light while enjoying a special moment. The atmosphere inside the accommodation was calm and relaxing, with staff providing warm and attentive service that was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, but not only was everything delicious, there were thoughtful arrangements in food placement and flow that made it enjoyable to explore and choose dishes! The Onsen was spacious, with an open-air bath overlooking Lake Toya that felt absolutely amazing. Compared to the number of guests staying, it seemed like fewer people used the large public bath area, making it very comfortable for an Onsen lover like me! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I look forward to visiting again during a different season.

    With Your Dog

    I stayed at the accommodation at the end of June. At check-in, when I mentioned my name, they kindly said my dog's name, which was very touching! During the check-in process, they provided a welcome drink and offered attentive service. The view of Lake Toya right in front was absolutely amazing. The pet-friendly room was on the first floor, making it convenient for walks and allowing access without passing through the front desk. However, it was a bit difficult to figure out where to exit with the key provided; having a map would be helpful. Additionally, when going down to the first floor, I noticed a cigarette smell nearby—perhaps from a smoking area—which bothered me slightly. The shower room had shampoo and conditioner for dogs as well. For meals, there was an open kitchen where freshly prepared dishes were served along with freshly squeezed juice—it was delightful! Lastly, the bath overlooking Lake Toya made for an incredibly relaxing and wonderful experience.

    Take your time...

    This was our fifth stay, and as always, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. However, due to the impact of inbound tourism, it was honestly a bit noisy in the lobby and during meals because of some guests who appeared to be from China.

    Everything is excellent.

    The staff, food, and room were all exceptional and exceeded the value for the price. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to stay at again when visiting Hokkaido. I understand it may be difficult, but it would be appreciated if the stay duration for bus users could be extended a little longer.

    Relaxing Stay at Lake Toya

    We visited Furano, Sapporo, and Lake Toya. We were looking forward to this accommodation after seeing it on Kubo Tabi, and it met our expectations perfectly. The meals were excellent! If I had to mention something, the top-floor bath felt a bit stuffy as soon as we entered, with slightly poor ventilation. However, stepping out into the open-air bath was refreshing! Also, the lounge BGM was a bit loud. That said, this is definitely an accommodation we would visit again!

    It met my expectations!

    Stayed in the Deluxe Japanese-Western Room at Nonokaze Club with 3 people. We enjoyed the meals, Onsen, and fireworks over Lake Toya that we had been looking forward to. The hospitality was excellent in every situation. However, it was a bit disappointing that the Room was on the 2nd floor, so there were trees blocking the view, and it wasn't the scenery of Lake Toya and fireworks we had expected.
