    A Reward for the Year

    The highlight of my trip to the Kanto region was staying at your accommodation. True to its reputation, from the warm welcome upon entering the hotel, guidance to the room, and turndown service before bedtime, it was a series of delightful experiences. The breakfast was exceptional with every dish being delicious, which alone left a lasting impression. However, what moved me most during this stay was the service provided by the female boulanger in charge of the bread oven. I was truly touched by her dedication. It made me feel that staying here was worth it just for that experience. Reflecting on it now, her attentiveness surpassed any morning greeting and brought happiness to start my day. While I will refrain from detailing all the services I received at your accommodation, I am deeply grateful for experiencing hospitality worthy of being called first-class multiple times during my stay. At the end of this year, this became an extraordinary gift—an appreciation for my wife’s efforts throughout the year, an opportunity created for my daughter, and a reward for myself that felt almost too luxurious. I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our recent visit!

    Dream Hotel

    Finally stayed at the Palace Hotel. I was looking forward to the club lounge, but honestly, I was disappointed as the variety of dishes and snacks was less than expected at all times, and the afternoon tea sweets were significantly fewer compared to the photos. The staff are truly kind and excellent. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. I would love to stay again in summer.

    The check-in process at the front desk and guidance to the Room were excellent. I only had breakfast and requested pho as the main dish. However, when it was served, the soup was lukewarm. As someone who loves piping hot dishes, this was disappointing. To be honest, considering it was a 6,000 yen breakfast, I found the variety limited and there wasn’t anything particularly memorable or delicious. Overall, I felt it wasn’t a satisfying breakfast experience.

    A first-class Hotel.

    The stay this time was after a long interval since the last visit, but the service and facilities remained exceptional. Among the many hotels in Tokyo, this one offers the most impressive level of service. The days spent at Palace Hotel are unforgettable and deeply memorable. From the doorman and bellman to the smoothest check-in process at reception, it is undoubtedly Japan's best. The guidance to the Room was seamless as well. Thanks to housekeeping staff, the Room was impeccably clean with all requested items perfectly prepared. The view of Tokyo from the balcony is truly breathtaking. It offers a luxurious time to simply relax for an entire day. Although it was winter, during daytime with sunlight streaming in, spending time on the balcony was ideal. This time I skipped breakfast and enjoyed a restful sleep in bed instead. I also participated in morning yoga; it provided an extraordinary atmosphere that even beginners could comfortably join. Check-out was flawless as well. A series of experiences that make me want to stay again. As expected from a Hotel awarded 3 Michelin Keys for two consecutive years. A highly recommended Hotel with confidence.

    Service quality may vary.

    The location and facility were excellent, and the service was good as well. However, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. We were told that they would proceed with the check-in process but were left unattended for some reason, without even being offered a towel during that time. If it had been due to staff shortages or busyness, it would have been understandable. However, while other guests seemed to be receiving drink refills from staff and enjoying attentive service, we were left waiting without any assistance. Eventually, after a long wait, we had to ask for towels ourselves before finally receiving them. While our stay overall was very enjoyable, this one aspect was unfortunate.

    Perfect in every way!

    I stayed in a Club Room. I was completely satisfied with the staff's service, the facilities, and the meals. The turndown service was particularly outstanding. While I was relaxing at the spa in the evening, several pairs of glasses that I had left casually in my room were neatly arranged on lens cloths, and new slippers were placed on clean sheets at the foot of the bed—perfect preparation for a restful night. The thoughtful attention to detail allowed me to truly relax. This is exactly what five-star service should be. Thank you very much!

    It exceeded our expectations.

    I stayed alone in the Club Deluxe King with Balcony. First, the location: it is uniquely situated near Tokyo Station and right in front of the Imperial Palace, making it unparalleled. My expectations were sky-high even before entering the accommodation. Upon entering, I was moved by the staff's smiles and attentiveness as they escorted me to the Club Floor. At the Club Floor, I was overwhelmed by their courteous service, stunning views, and excellent meals. After relaxing at the Club Floor for a while, I entered my room on the 21st floor and was amazed by its spaciousness. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable—my compliments to those who cleaned it so thoroughly. After taking a bath and relaxing on the balcony, I returned to dine again at the Club Floor. Since I had requested turndown service, I returned to my room with anticipation—and found everything restored as if I'd just checked in: from towels to bedsheets and even a spotless bathroom without a single water droplet despite how wet I'd left it earlier—truly impressive! I also appreciated thoughtful touches like water bottles, ice cubes, chocolates prepared beside my bed table. From check-in to check-out, every aspect exceeded expectations beyond words here! Initially thinking that accommodation costs might be high seemed irrelevant after experiencing such exceptional service—it felt entirely worth it! I would love to stay here again!

    It became a cherished memory.

    We used this for a family celebration of recovery. They suggested arranging flowers and a cake, and we decided to go for it—it was very well received! The flowers, in particular, were far more stylish and beautiful than if I had ordered them myself. I'm so glad we entrusted them with it! We stayed in a Room with a balcony, which provided such a peaceful view that just looking out was soothing. Both the meals and the service were exceptional, constantly surprising us in the best way possible. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful gestures. It was such an amazing experience that we found ourselves saying multiple times before leaving that we'd love to come back again!

    It was a stay with my mother, who used to frequent the old Palace era. The Club Floor Lounge was as excellent as ever, and my mother was deeply impressed. Both the appetizers and breakfast were delicious and visually appealing. We were also very grateful that our inquiries were kindly addressed and resolved.     The Hotel offers an unparalleled experience with its stunning facilities, rooms, and views. The space beautifully combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern design, creating a truly exceptional atmosphere. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool, spa, and club lounge—all of which provided outstanding spaces to relax and unwind. The staff were stationed throughout the property and were always ready to assist whenever needed, offering a great sense of security.     The Accommodation Fe...

    The Accommodation Fee was quite high, but the hospitality was outstanding. The meals were delicious, and there was no noise from neighboring or upper rooms, allowing for a stress-free stay. The convenience of moving to Tokyo Station or Tokyo International Forum without getting wet in the rain is also appealing. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    A long-established, reliable place.

    By chance, I stayed here because it is a regular Hotel for someone I know. I was told it is a prestigious “Japanese Hotel” founded in the early Meiji era. These days, there are many famous foreign-owned Hotels in Tokyo, but when you actually stay at them, you sometimes feel, “The name is famous, but… is this all?”—a bit underwhelming (especially given the high prices). In contrast, this place is Japanese-owned, in a prime location, and rich in history—it made me feel genuinely proud. It also gave me the feeling of supporting Japan as a Japanese guest, so even if I ended up spending more than planned, I could think, “Well, it’s for Japan’s economy.” Even though you can see the Imperial Palace and the Shinjuku skyscrapers from here, it is truly quiet—an urban setting like this feels impossible to find elsewhere. I think it is an excellent place to stay if you want to experience Japan’s history.

    The facility is great, but disappointing.

    The breakfast was very delicious. However, the voices of the hall staff were loud, and their conversations were entirely audible. Additionally, I witnessed a chef loudly scolding or reprimanding the hall staff right in front of me, which was very disappointing. We stayed as a pair (male and female), but the bellboy only carried one piece of luggage (the male's). I found this quite puzzling. This kind of service is something I've never experienced before.

    Accommodation for 40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

    This time, we stayed at the accommodation again to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, following our stay for the 35th anniversary. In fact, we held our wedding ceremony at this hotel 40 years ago, making it a very special place for us as a couple. Although we started staying here from our 35th anniversary, this visit was once again a very comfortable and heartwarming experience. We are truly grateful to all the staff for their consistent and courteous service from check-in to check-out. Thanks to your warm hospitality, we were able to enjoy another worry-free stay. For dinner, we had kaiseki cuisine at "Wadakura," and every dish was exceptional. The enjoyable conversation with the staff and their detailed explanations about the dishes made it an even more delightful experience. They also carefully accommodated my wife's shellfish allergy, allowing her to dine safely and enjoyably. Breakfast on the balcony was another luxurious moment; delicious food combined with refreshing air provided a truly soothing start to the day. We are deeply thankful that we can still spend such happy times in this place where we got married 40 years ago. We hope to continue staying here during important milestones in our lives.     Excellent hospitality!

    Stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The location offers views not only of the Imperial Palace but also Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Station. The view from the bath was stunning as well. What left the biggest impression was the hospitality of the staff. From the front desk to porters and room service, everyone was exceptional, but especially those who came for turndown service—their efficiency was remarkable. They replenished used amenities accurately, making our stay completely stress-free. I couldn't help but wonder what kind of training enables such high-quality service. We had all our meals in-room, and among them, the truffle fried rice stood out with its incredible taste. While in-room dining is understandably on the pricier side, both quality and quantity exceeded expectations and were worth every penny. This is not a hotel I can easily visit often, but it inspired me to work harder just so I can return someday. Thank you for an amazing stay!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    This time, thanks to the IKYU benefits, I enjoyed early check-in and late check-out, and my Room was upgraded. The view from the balcony was undoubtedly the best in Tokyo. That scenery is truly unique. Since there were many international guests, all cable TV channels were available, and the Room itself was excellent. The lounge offered refined and delicious food and drinks; even the iced coffee and tea were noticeably better than other Hotels. One point of concern was that the lounge tables felt a bit small—placing plates and drinks made it feel cramped. Slightly larger tables might be better, as well as spacing them out more since it seemed a bit challenging for staff to serve efficiently. I didn’t have breakfast on the first floor this time but would love to try it next time. Overall, I had an incredibly wonderful experience and look forward to staying again!

    Reserved a Club Floor room for the first time in 3.5 years. The price has tripled, and with COVID-19, it was hard to visit. An escape from the ordinary. It was a scorching day, but the lounge at night was cool and refreshing! The in-room breakfast is as delicious as ever. Relaxed in the Evian Spa sauna and got a cake from B1 as a souvenir. Hope to visit again after New Year's!

    A hotel I would like to stay at again.

    I stayed in a room with access to the club lounge. The staff in the lounge frequently checked on me and kindly explained various types of soft drinks, as I only drink non-alcoholic beverages. The chamomile tea at night was incredibly delicious, and my husband enjoyed several cups of royal milk tea. I was very pleased when they asked, "Is there anything you need help with in your room?" It made it easier to ask questions I might have hesitated to bring up otherwise. The smiles, language, and attentiveness of the lounge staff were truly exceptional. The food offered in the lounge was also excellent—whether it was the three hot dishes served at night, the Japanese breakfast in the morning, or other items like bread and cakes—I was completely satisfied with everything. As for the room itself, I was impressed by how outstanding the turndown service was; every detail had been carefully attended to. The ice in the ice bucket didn’t melt for a long time, allowing me to enjoy cold water even in the morning. The cleanliness of the room stood out as well—it felt very clean and safe throughout my stay. I would love to stay again for some relaxation time. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

    A Special Stay to Embody a Beautiful Day

    A special Hotel experience where you can truly enjoy a "Beautiful Day" on your anniversary. Palace Hotel Tokyo is themed around "Beautiful Day," featuring approximately 400 pieces of artwork throughout the Facility, allowing guests to enjoy a distinctly Japanese atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally courteous, from the doorman to the lounge staff, providing consistent and pleasant hospitality that made our stay very comfortable. This time, we chose a Plan with Club Lounge access on the 19th floor. During the evening canapé service, there were delicious bite-sized dishes along with three types of hot meals, offering more than just light snacks. The variety of drinks was also impressive, making it enjoyable even within the lounge itself. Although it was slightly lively during afternoon hours at times, overall it maintained a calm and relaxing atmosphere. When I shared with one of the Club Lounge staff how much I enjoyed my "Beautiful Day," they seemed genuinely delighted. I look forward to seeing this lounge continue evolving as a space where adults can unwind comfortably. The pool is recommended for those who want to swim or engage in water exercises rather than seeking a resort-like relaxation space. Security measures are thorough, providing peace of mind. The bathing area is clean and comfortable; however, some differences in facilities between genders might appeal differently depending on personal preferences. Our room was on the 22nd floor and offered excellent soundproofing—hardly any noise from cars or sirens at night—allowing for quiet rest. Amenities were unified under "Branford," leaving an impression with their refreshing scent. Overall, this stay was highly satisfying. The ambiance and hospitality within the Facility perfectly embodied "Beautiful Day," making it an ideal choice for special occasions or important anniversaries. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    Since April 2023, it was my first visit. It used to be one of my favorite places that I frequented, but with the rise in inbound tourism, the accommodation costs skyrocketed and no longer felt reasonable for me, so I had stayed away for a while. This time, I found an attractive plan with a balcony and decided to stay as part of celebrating my husband's birthday. After staying here again, I realized that this place is truly exceptional compared to other hotels—both the facility and service are absolutely top-notch. Although I hadn't mentioned my husband's upcoming birthday beforehand, during a casual conversation with the staff it came up briefly. They went out of their way to show thoughtful gestures and even included a beautiful illustration in our travel memory book that we always request—it was incredibly touching. While it's no longer at a price point where we can casually visit like before, we definitely hope to return again soon. Thank you very much!

    This was my second stay on the club floor with my daughter this year. Once again, we were extremely satisfied with the exceptional service and relaxing experience. I used the pool early in the morning, and since no one else was there, I had the luxurious space all to myself.
