We had a wonderful time.

Dinner and breakfast on the water balcony were wonderful. The food was delicious, and we had a great time. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, but there were a few points that concerned us. We share them in the hope that things can be improved further. The glass door to the changing area made a fairly loud squeaking noise when opening and closing—loud enough to wake someone in our room. It seems like it could be fixed with a bit of oil, so we hope this can be addressed. Also, the wall-mounted remote control for the bidet toilet seat was loose and tilting as if it might fall off. This does not seem difficult to fix, so we hope it can be repaired. Regarding the meals: everything was very tasty, but some dishes had slightly chipped rims. The chips were not large, but there were several items rather than just one, so it stood out. In addition, at check-in we received an explanation of the IKYU Diamond benefits and selected a Fufu souvenir from them; however, at check-out it was not prepared and we did not receive it. This is likely due to insufficient communication among staff members. If improved, this would become an even more wonderful Accommodation. It is already an excellent Accommodation, and we would be happy if it becomes even better.
