  Memories with My Wife.

  I stayed here with my wife 5 years ago. I was able to recall the memories of enjoying delicious meals and the open-air bath with her. Thank you also for the kindness of the staff.

  Satisfied

  The room was clean and comfortable. The meals were very delicious, with each dish thoughtfully prepared, leaving us fully satisfied. It is wonderful to have such delicious food provided at this Accommodation Fee. Even in the morning, when some dishes ran low, they were promptly replenished even close to the end of breakfast time, and the taste was excellent as well. However, there was one issue: during check-in, there was no one at the front desk, and we could hear loud laughter from the back. When I called out "Excuse me," a staff member came out from the back but started the check-in process silently without saying "Sorry for keeping you waiting." Meanwhile, loud laughter continued to echo throughout the front desk area from behind. The first impression at reception is very important.

  Since it was winter,...

  Since it was winter, the Onsen was not crowded, allowing for a relaxing and leisurely experience. It was a great accommodation with excellent value for the price.

  Room different from photos

  The interior of room 316 differs from the photos. The additional metal sliding door is silver, which is very inconsistent with the style of the interior and does not match. I was very disappointed.
