A highly rated Hotel in Naha with Onsen, breakfast, and excellent convenience
This conveniently located Hotel in Naha City lets you enjoy authentic natural Onsen. The Rooms are fully equipped with amenities and offer all the essential features, but the top recommendation is the “Spa Deluxe Twin,” where Onsen water is supplied to the guest room—allowing you to relax in luxury without worrying about the public bath. In addition to the convenience of an on-site convenience store, a new set-meal style breakfast has been introduced alongside the traditional buffet, making it possible to enjoy a calmer, higher-quality breakfast. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay that I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Onsen and a delicious breakfast in Naha.

The free-flowing Onsen was excellent.
I usually rent a car and stay around Onna Village, but this time I planned my first trip around Naha without a rental car. What made me choose this Hotel was that guests staying in the Spa Tower can use both the Shimanchu and Uminchu Onsen, with free-flowing hot spring water. There were times when the Spa Tower Onsen was unavailable due to repairs, but I could use the other one, so I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the Onsen every day during my three-night stay. The water quality is slightly salty with seawater mixed in, which I really like. Also, this time I was able to get around in various ways using the Yui Rail from Asahibashi Station and buses from the bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious as well. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Stayed on April 29 as an overnight stop before using Naha Airport. I was looking forward to the bento boxes from the bakery in front of the front desk, but both options were sold out that day. Last year there were quite a few left over, but they seem popular lately. I’m truly disappointed I missed out on those delicious bento boxes. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can now choose between a Ryukyu set meal and a Chinese set meal. Since this Hotel is used by locals for banquets and weddings, the food is very good. It took less than 10 minutes by taxi to Naha Airport. Because you use the undersea tunnel, it’s nice not having to worry about traffic jams. I’m glad I got to see Naminoue Shrine and Naminoue Beach one last time. I’ll be back again in September.

We now offer a wider variety of set breakfast menus.
Stayed on April 27. About a 10-minute taxi ride from Naha Airport. Taking the route along Kaichu Tunnel Street is nice—if you spot a huge cruise ship at the cruise terminal, you’re in luck. It’s also a great route because you can see Naminoue Beach and Naminouegu Shrine. I bought and ate a Chinese bento from the bakery near the front desk. Maybe because it was my first one this year, it tasted shockingly good. It was Hotel-restaurant quality, and that day it was 20% off—¥1,000 including tax. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, set menus were also available to choose from. I’m sure those are delicious as well. I’ll be back again.

Looking forward to enjoying the large public Onsen bath.
I chose Loisir because I was looking forward to using the large public bath many times, but due to construction I was unable to use the Uminchu bath. In the morning, the bathing hours started at the same time as breakfast, so I couldn’t adjust my schedule and switched to the in-Room bath. I used the Shimanchu bath; the salt bath water felt great, but a locker was broken. It locked when I went in, but after my bath it wouldn’t open. I contacted the front desk and had to wait for a while, and I couldn’t even take out my towel. The hair dryer had weak airflow and my hair wouldn’t dry quickly, so unfortunately I didn’t make it in time for my appointment. The meal at Fontaine was delicious. At check-in, the explanation was given all at once and too quickly. When asked if I had any questions, I wasn’t sure what to ask. It would be easier to understand if you could pause during the explanation and ask if there are any questions along the way.

A calm atmosphere
What I liked: Although we had to wait, we were able to check in at the lounge. The Room had a spacious, calming interior, and the L’OCCITANE amenities were also great. What concerned me: The balcony window glass in the Room was very dirty, which reduced the resort feel by half. Breakfast was good with a live kitchen, but it felt a bit lacking that fruit was only available as freshly squeezed juice.

The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax in a quiet environment. I chose this Hotel because it has an Onsen in Naha, but it was disappointing that, due to construction, bathing times were separated for men and women. Also, whenever you go outside you need to use the connecting walkway each time, so it’s best to allow extra time. Overall, the staff were polite and kind, making my stay comfortable.

The check-in staff member was very unfriendly, which made me uncomfortable. I was told that the Hotel could not arrange a taxi, which made me very anxious, but in the end taxis kept arriving at the Hotel entrance one after another, so it wasn’t a problem.

Onsen
Having Onsen water in the Room bathtub is great because you can soak slowly and without worrying about others. However, the check-in service needs to be handled more properly. Even if you stop your car in front of the entrance, no one is there and no one comes... After being told how to get to the parking lot, I parked and returned to the lobby, but there was no guidance in particular. At check-in on the 2nd-floor lounge, it also felt rushed... Even when offered a welcome drink... The Hotel itself is good—Rooms, Onsen, etc.—so it feels like a missed opportunity.

The Onsen was great.
I chose a Room with an Onsen bath. I was worried about finding the check-in area since it was on the 2nd floor, but a staff member walked with me from the entrance. However, they did not offer any help even though I had heavy luggage; they simply walked ahead and led me there. At the check-in counter, I was just left standing, and their attitude was not pleasant, so I did not get a good first impression. The Room felt dim because the curtains were already closed when I entered, likely due to the poor view, and overall it felt dated. The in-room bath was great—plenty of Onsen water came out as soon as I turned on the tap. As expected, there was no view; it could be seen clearly from a warehouse outside. But lowering the blinds made it feel cramped like a home bathroom. Even if the view cannot be improved, I wish something had been done to prevent visibility from outside, such as treating or frosting the glass. The large public bath was spacious and had plenty of Onsen water flowing, which was very nice—so even without an Onsen in the Room, this alone would have been enough. Also, while East Wing is located under Spa Tower and has its own entrance without going through the main building, Spa Tower requires a long detour through the main building. As many Reviews mention, it would be much better if there were another entrance. It also feels far from reception.

Resort-style Hotel
The room is spacious, and the amenities are L’OCCITANE. There are two bathrooms, and the pool is also large. There is a reception desk at the pool, but it feels understaffed. There is a supermarket nearby and a set-meal restaurant run by an elderly woman, so you won’t have trouble finding food. Breakfast is delicious, but even on a Multiple Night Stay, the menu was the same. If you stay in winter, they also put effort into the illuminations. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to support them.

I stayed here for my annual birthday trip. Thank you for the thoughtful welcome gift. One disappointment was the check-in at the Spa Tower. Since it is the Spa Tower, I would have appreciated more attentive service.

Great value for money!
The arrangements for Diamond members were well-organized, making the experience very pleasant. My daughter, who was excited about the pool, was extremely satisfied with it! We adults also thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen in the spa tower. The service and facilities offered excellent value for money.

Close to the airport! Natural Onsen available!
When visiting Okinawa, this is a must-stay accommodation. It’s about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, costing approximately 1,500 yen. Since renting a car at Naha Airport can take an extra 1–2 hours due to bus transfers and procedures at rental offices, it’s recommended to first check in here by taxi and relax before renting a car the next morning. There is also a rental car counter inside the hotel, and several rental offices are located near the hotel. This accommodation is especially ideal for stays before or after visiting central or northern Okinawa.

Few dining options around the Hotel, inconvenient Room lighting.
This was my second stay, and just like the previous time, I found it inconvenient that there are few dining options around the Hotel and limited choices at the Hotel's restaurant, with last orders at 8 PM. The guest room lighting cannot be controlled individually, which felt very inconvenient. It would have been better to have a desk lamp with individual controls at least. The Onsen was fantastic, and I ended up using it multiple times a day. I stayed in the Spa Tower, which was far from the front desk and allowed for a quiet stay but was inconvenient for going out or dining.

Stayed after a long time as a couple
During my recent trip to Okinawa, I stayed in the Spa Tower instead of the Main Building where I stayed last time. Unfortunately, despite having a great impression before, this time there were many disappointing experiences. At the breakfast buffet, which I was particularly looking forward to, there was little explanation provided. When I realized that the last order was at 9:00 AM and rushed to the restaurant just in time, I was curtly told at the entrance that it could only be used until 9:30 AM and only what remained would be available. When I mentioned that the drink bar machine wasn’t working after pressing it multiple times, a staff member silently pressed a button forcefully and walked away without saying anything... The day before had been wonderful as we stayed at another hotel and enjoyed golf; however, this experience ruined my mood entirely and spoiled our Okinawa trip. I will never stay at Loisir again. The staff used to be friendly with a great resort atmosphere during my previous visit—what a disappointment this time! The tall lady in charge of the restaurant should receive better training. On a positive note, one petite lady promptly apologized when glasses were missing and brought them right away. Additionally, water wouldn’t drain from the sink in our room’s bathroom due to clogging—it felt very unpleasant.

The Onsen at the Spa Tower was excellent.
There are two Onsen facilities, and the one in the Spa Tower was excellent. (Additional charges apply if not staying in the Spa Tower.) The heated pool was warm enough to enjoy comfortably even in December. The shop selection is extensive, and having a convenience store (7-Eleven) inside the Hotel was very convenient. The popular Jackie's Steakhouse is nearby, making it easy to visit.

Onsen in the City
I always use this accommodation when staying in Naha City. It is close to the airport, has a large public bath with 100% natural hot spring water, and even a sauna, which I really like. The breakfast with small dishes is delightful, and having steak in the morning is also great!

A Happy Time~
Six years ago, I stayed on the top floor of the main building. After being recommended a renovated room and paying an additional fee, it was such a great experience that this time I chose without hesitation to stay on the top floor of the Spa Tower. I reserved a Wagyu hamburger steak course for dinner and was also very satisfied with breakfast. At night, I was mesmerized by the night view from Naha Airport and the ships passing in front of the hotel—it felt like a waste to sleep. The Onsen in the room with a view bath overlooking outside was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect start to my 5-night stay in Okinawa on day one at this excellent Hotel and Room. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Exceeds expectations.
All Diamond Member benefits were provided. A two-rank upgrade to a Spa Twin was offered for an additional 3,500 yen per night, but since this stay was for one person over three nights, a complimentary one-rank upgrade was applied. At this Hotel, for Multiple Night Stays, amenities replenishment, linen exchange, and cleaning are only conducted on odd-numbered days; however, despite being informed that two days' worth of amenities would be set up in advance, the Room of the accompanying guest had only one day's worth and required reporting the next day for resolution. This was disappointing.

This is the best place in Naha!
The rooms in the Spa Tower are spacious and well-maintained. However, the outlets and lighting could be updated to better suit modern needs. Renovating these areas during a future renewal would make it even better. The Onsen has excellent water quality, and during a Multiple Night Stay, I enjoy soaking several times a day. The Facility is well-equipped, with a large supermarket nearby and just about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, making it very convenient. Compared to hotels near Kokusai Street, it is quieter at night here, allowing for a more relaxing stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
I stayed for work, so I couldn't fully enjoy the Onsen or pool, but I managed to take a dip in the Onsen. The mild water was soothing and melted away my fatigue. There's a convenience store, a bakery, plenty of souvenirs, and the Room was spacious. I thought how much fun it would have been to visit with my family in summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and fountains... In the morning, I finally realized that I could also use the Onsen in my Room—what a shame! This is definitely a Hotel where I'd like to stay longer next time.

If staying in Naha
Stayed for one night with breakfast included. I stayed in the Spa Tower; the Room felt a bit dated but was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a washing area, and I was surprised to find a bath pillow in the tub. Amenities were all from L'Occitane. The pool was open until 8 PM, and I enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools, finishing with a warm soak in the jacuzzi. The large public bath wasn't crowded, allowing for a relaxing soak. There's a supermarket nearby, but having a Seven-Eleven and bakery within the Hotel is very convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and Naha Airport is just around the corner! Definitely coming back!

It was a large Hotel!
Loisir Hotel, consisting of three types of accommodations, was a great choice for my first stay. Conveniently located near the airport, it was very pleasant. I stayed in the Spa Tower, where the room was clean, spacious, and had large windows that provided a sense of openness. The public bath was also comfortable. However, while I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included and enjoyed the buffet dinner, I felt that the variety of dishes could have been greater. The flavors were good and thoughtfully prepared in detail; I just wished there were more options to choose from. Overall though, with excellent service, facilities, and location, this hotel is highly recommended! (The photo shows a Bingata motif displayed in the hallway on my accommodation floor—it was beautiful.)

Regular Accommodation in Naha City
I often visit Naha, and this place is great because it has an Onsen available from 7 AM anytime, which is very helpful during a Multiple Night Stay. The Room upgrade with the Diamond benefits is also a delightful perk. I switched to this Hotel because I really enjoy the breakfast here. The small dishes and other items are very delicious. It's also close to the airport, making it very convenient.

Spa Tower is the best!
Stay at the long-awaited Spa Tower The "Uminchu no Yu" offers a relaxing bathing experience, and the breakfast venue "Fontaine" serves delicious meals with handmade juices and steak for a perfect breakfast. Apart from the slightly distant access from the room to the main building, it is an excellent hotel.

Spa Tower
There is a high demand for hotels with an onsen as they are rare, but the room felt a bit outdated. When I asked the staff for dinner recommendations, they didn’t provide much helpful advice and just mentioned there might be restaurants near the station. I walked there but couldn’t find any appealing options, so I ended up returning and getting food from a nearby supermarket or the convenience store inside the hotel. I stayed here because it’s close to the airport, but I’m not sure if I would choose this accommodation again next time.

A convenient Hotel where you can enjoy breakfast and Onsen.
The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including skincare products such as lotion and moisturizer. Some rooms feature private Onsen, and there is also a large public bath, allowing you to enjoy natural Onsen in Naha City—a true luxury. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of high-quality options. Additionally, having a convenience store within the hotel is extremely convenient. During my previous stay, check-in took quite some time, which was disappointing; however, this time lounge check-in was introduced, making the process smooth and wait-free—a significant improvement. Overall satisfaction is high, and I particularly recommend the Spa Deluxe Twin Room with an Onsen. This hotel is perfect for those looking to enjoy Onsen and a comfortable stay in Naha!

It’s not the sea, nor a building, but a view. Even without choosing a particularly high-grade Room, it offers sufficient space and the large public bath is a highly rated point. The cost performance was excellent.

The amenities were well-equipped, and I hardly used anything I brought myself. The outdoor pool was excellent. The Room felt a bit small for two adults and one child. Breakfast didn’t offer anything new, but its simplicity might be appealing. Staff only noticed us when we approached them, so the hospitality was average. It would have been nice to have a way to hang laundry.
