    The sea is not visible, but you can see the water.

    It’s not the sea, nor a building, but a view. Even without choosing a particularly high-grade Room, it offers sufficient space and the large public bath is a highly rated point. The cost performance was excellent.

    The amenities were well-equipped, and I hardly used anything I brought myself. The outdoor pool was excellent. The Room felt a bit small for two adults and one child. Breakfast didn’t offer anything new, but its simplicity might be appealing. Staff only noticed us when we approached them, so the hospitality was average. It would have been nice to have a way to hang laundry.

    The Spa Tower is highly recommended.

    I stayed one night at Loisir and two nights at Loisir Spa Tower, and I highly recommend the Spa Tower. While the Japanese-style room at Loisir was nice for traveling with elementary school children, the bath exclusively available to Spa Tower guests was less crowded and more comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast venue for Spa Tower guests was excellent. Although staying at the Spa Tower is slightly more expensive, I believe it’s well worth it. There are three laundry facilities available, but they were all fully occupied at night. In the end, I had to use a coin laundry near a nearby supermarket. If you need to do laundry, it might be better to avoid nighttime. On the first day, we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The next day, we rented a car directly from within the hotel, which was very convenient and cost-effective.

    The pajamas with top...

    The pajamas with top and bottom were very comfortable. The Onsen, "Uminchu no Yu," was spacious and relaxing. During the day and morning, it was quiet with no one around, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful time alone. Even at night, it wasn't crowded, making it easy to relax. The fresh juice I made myself at breakfast was delicious. Having a convenience store nearby also made the stay very comfortable.

    A rare natural onsen in Okinawa Main Island makes this accommodation worth a reservation. While there is no shuttle service or circulating bus, a taxi from Naha Airport costs approximately 2,000 yen. Guests staying in the Spa Tower check in at a separate reception on the second floor instead of the regular hotel front desk, adding a special touch to their experience. The rooms are spacious, well-cleaned, and equipped with ample amenities. However, as they are located behind the main building, ocean views are limited. The provided indoor footwear consists of vinyl sandals without disposable insoles; typical terry cloth disposable slippers are not available. Guests concerned about this may want to bring their own as they are not sold within the hotel. The large onsen bathhouse is truly enjoyable. It features spacious bathtubs, plenty of washing areas, and even an open-air bath for relaxation. On the first floor, there is both a souvenir shop and a convenience store. The souvenir shop offers an impressive selection at prices lower than those found on Kokusai Street. The breakfast buffet includes Okinawan specialties such as Okinawa soba and tacos alongside various other options. Desserts include Blue Seal ice cream, yogurt, and fresh juice you can make by adding your choice of fruits—highly satisfying overall. All staff members I interacted with were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. For those looking to relax within the hotel while enjoying ocean views, it might feel lacking; however, it’s ideal for active travelers planning to explore various destinations during their stay. According to information from taxi drivers, this accommodation serves as the regular lodging for Yomiuri Giants during their Okinawa training camp period. During that time frame, parts of the onsen bathhouse may be reserved exclusively for them!

    First visit to Okinawa in 40 years

    We stayed with a breakfast-included plan. Since there are few Onsen in Okinawa, we chose a Hotel near the airport and Kokusai Street with an emphasis on Onsen. The breakfast, during our 2-night stay, was rich and included a variety of Okinawan local dishes. The Onsen on the second floor of the spa tower was relaxing. We would love to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    I stayed at the Spa ...

    I stayed at the Spa Tower for two nights during a business trip to Okinawa. While the building itself felt a bit dated, the room was clean and comfortable. On the second night, I enjoyed the buffet dinner, and everything I tried was delicious. Unfortunately, as I arrived a bit late, I couldn't try all the dishes, which was disappointing. This time it was for work, but I'd love to visit again for leisure next time!

    Although I stayed here between work commitments, the large public bath and sauna melted all my fatigue away!! I felt it was a wonderful Accommodation even for solo travelers!!

    Wonderful, I want to use it again next year!

    Exclusive benefits for Diamond members include a complimentary upgrade to a room with an Onsen. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with Okinawa's natural motifs, and had a serene atmosphere. The L'Occitane amenities were exceptional and truly impressive. Breakfast featured plenty of dishes made with Okinawan ingredients and was absolutely delicious. Starting the day with steak was amazing, and the Blue Seal ice cream added to the satisfaction. After the meal, I enjoyed relaxing in "Uminchu no Yu," an Onsen exclusively for Spa Tower guests, which helped relieve travel fatigue. This rare natural Onsen in Okinawa offers a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind. Located about 7 minutes by car from Naha Airport, this Hotel is perfect for the final day of your Okinawa trip. I look forward to staying here again next year!

    As a Diamond Member benefit, we were upgraded to a twin room with an onsen-equipped bathroom on the top floor. Parking was also complimentary. Thank you very much. The room was spacious and clean, and my two close friends and I stayed together—everyone loved it. The extra bed for the third person was a single, but that’s understandable. The mattress and bedding were of high quality. With adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fans, we had a restful sleep. The public bath closes quite early; if you return after drinking, it’s just in time before closing. Since the bath is so wonderful, extending its hours by one hour would allow for more relaxed use. For breakfast, guests staying in the Spa Tower dine at the restaurant on the first floor. It offers a quiet atmosphere with delicious buffet options. Adding more bread and desserts would make it perfect. Check-in at 4 PM, massage reservations, and check-out at 9 AM were all handled smoothly and courteously by the front desk staff. It was an extremely pleasant stay!

    I will stay elsewhere next time.

    I found the cost-performance of this hotel to be poor. The Spa Tower is inconvenient to access from the room, and the parking fee is set high at 1,500 yen per day. It is far from the city center, making transportation less convenient. Renting a car allows access to various places, so other accommodations feel like a better value. The room quality was not relaxing enough to unwind comfortably, so I will not stay here again in the future.

    Onsen Hotel in Naha

    I always choose this accommodation when staying in Naha before heading back. It has a calm atmosphere, you can relax in the onsen, and the breakfast is delicious. I will stay here again at the end of September.

    This was my second stay.

    This was our second stay, and we stayed as a parent-child pair. Overall, we were satisfied! Although the check-in time was quite busy, when we spoke to a staff member near the entrance, they immediately guided us to the exclusive front desk for Spa Tower guests, allowing us to check in smoothly. This was very appreciated. The view from the upgraded room fell slightly short of expectations; however, there was a complimentary baked goods service that my child and I enjoyed together. During Golden Week, I had been busy with work and hadn’t spent much time with my child. So even though it was just one night, after strolling around Naha City together during the day, we made this reservation to enjoy an onsen experience. We used the onsen right after checking in and were very satisfied! Later that evening, after returning late from going out with my child, we used the bathroom in our room instead of heading back to the onsen. Unfortunately, it seemed like cleaning wasn’t thorough as there was mold left on the wall tiles which felt slimy when touched—this part was disappointing. (On a positive note though, amenities included L’Occitane products which had wonderful fragrances that were very soothing!) Since I planned for us to sleep in until just before checkout time while relaxing in our room’s comfort—the bread purchased from the bakery on the first floor turned out deliciously perfect for breakfast! As an avid fan of onsens who frequently visits various hotels within Okinawa offering such facilities—I found Spa Tower's guest-exclusive onsen setup particularly appealing for its tranquil atmosphere! We’ll definitely consider staying here again!

    Onsen Hotel with Great Value

    The room exceeded expectations despite the low price, offering excellent quality. It had a long layout with wide windows, making it bright and airy. (The view wasn't particularly great though...) The Onsen was set at a relatively high temperature, which felt incredibly relaxing!

    Onsen in Okinawa

    There are many ways to enjoy Okinawa, but this time I chose the Onsen. Since it is a large Hotel, getting to the public bath was a bit of a hassle, but the water quality was excellent and very relaxing. I also thought the breakfast was of high quality. It was my first time discovering that Okinawan cuisine is both healthy and delicious.

    Daughter's Birthday Trip

    The facility was so spacious that I almost got lost! The room was also quite large, which was great for families with small children. There is a convenience store and a bakery downstairs, making it convenient for a quick snack. The Onsen had a slightly salty mineral quality! Onsen water was also available in the room's bathroom, and I enjoyed soaking in it many times. The amenities were plentiful, which was especially nice for women.

    Conveniently located near the airport

    The Onsen was free-flowing, and the sauna, open-air bath, and large public bath were at the perfect temperature, making it very relaxing. The breakfast was also delicious with small dishes, steak, and Soki soba. It is very convenient when staying in the city, and I plan to use it again in June.

    Located in an active port area

    We checked in after 5 PM and were unable to use the Spa Tower Lounge for check-in, so we had to line up at the front desk. Since there was no welcome drink provided, we recommend checking in earlier if you wish to enjoy such services. However, as the lounge is not very spacious, it was extremely crowded on holidays. Ships come and go at the adjacent port day and night, with heavy machinery operating below the Hotel windows for unloading and ship maintenance. Some guests might find the noise or smells bothersome, but I personally enjoyed watching from the balcony. The bathroom, toilet, and sink area are spacious, bright, and easy to use. The Room interior is both elegant and calming in design. The daybed corner is especially perfect for relaxing after a bath! Breakfast offers a delightful opportunity to sample Okinawan ingredients little by little. The Chinese restaurant on Hotel's second floor serves delicious dishes at reasonable prices!

    Natural flowing Onsen is excellent.

    I found this Hotel with Onsen when searching in Naha City and decided to stay here. It was very convenient as it was close to the airport. The Hotel offered IKYU Diamond benefits, which included upgrades and other perks, making it a great value. The large public bath with Onsen, sauna, and open-air bath was very enjoyable. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I appreciated being able to use the facilities anytime from 7 AM to midnight. Breakfast started at 7 AM; however, I noticed there were limited plate options and used a one-plate style for my meal. Other than that, the food was delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying Hotel experience. I would love to stay here again!

    I visited after a long time. The Onsen was really nice. The Room was also lovely. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, and there was some confusion as check-in at the tower building wasn't possible depending on the check-in time.

    The Onsen and meals were great!

    I stayed because I was going to a remote island the next day. I chose it because of its good access from the airport. The onsen and sauna in the spa tower were nice. I also thought the breakfast was good, with easy-to-take small Japanese dishes. It was great to make fresh juice by myself! Since there is nothing around, if you want to enjoy some liveliness, I think the area around Kokusai Street is better. There is a supermarket within walking distance, so you can get food and drinks. Recommended for those who like onsen and saunas.

    Stayed 5 nights at the dream Hotel. It was disappointing as there were various mishaps, especially since I had high expectations. For elderly people with mobility issues, the Spa Tower is inconvenient as the Room is far from the lobby.

    The TV in the Room is...

    The TV in the room is too small and very difficult to watch. Also, there is no microwave on each floor, so it's very inconvenient to have to go to the cheaper building to use the microwave. Moreover, the cheaper building was crowded with many school trip children, making it impossible to use the microwave.

    The most wonderful

    Without hesitation, you should stay in the Spa Tower building. I think it is the most wonderful Hotel around Naha City in Okinawa. I believe this is the only place with an Onsen that has a free-flowing hot spring. You can reach the downtown area by taxi for about 800 yen. The attached "Chura Spa" is available for use if it is open in the morning or until late at night. During your stay, it would be great if you could make a Reservation at night after having dinner and visiting a bar, and also make a Reservation around 11 a.m. on the day of checkout.

    We stayed as a couple. Although the location is somewhat inconvenient, we were very satisfied with the stay due to the large public bath, pool, convenience store, and the abundance of amenities. I think it's a recommended Hotel for those who want to enjoy a relaxing Hotel stay. Thank you very much.
