Unforgivable service, disappointing meals

On arrival, an elderly male parking attendant directed us to a hard-to-park space along the wall even though there were plenty of open spots. When I said I preferred another space, he showed clear displeasure and told us to park next to a large SUV. He seemed ready to complain, so we parked there, but our vehicle is also fairly large—how could he not understand that both cars would need extra care getting in and out and maneuvering? The check-in process was also inappropriate. We stayed as a pair, but while one of us was filling out the paperwork, the other was sent to the café. After that, the person completing the paperwork was asked about meal times. As a result, we had to go look for my companion to discuss it. Has this never happened before? There was no explanation of the tea and sweets served at the café, and the tea was already cold. When we arrived at our Room, there was an A4-sized nameplate displayed. What about personal information protection? The in-house guidebook and notices handed over at reception were packed with text on both sides and made me not want to read them. The local sightseeing information provided in the Room had grime stuck on it. The food may reflect regional tastes, but overall it was very salty; in particular, the breakfast porridge was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I wrote similar comments on the in-house questionnaire and handed it over at checkout. We received kaishi paper as a small gift; I hesitate to criticize a gift, but we did not need it.
