    Excellent access

    When choosing where to stay in Yokohama, I always debate between the Yokohama Station area and Minato Mirai, but I end up staying here every time. I love the convenience of being right by the Shinkansen exit. It also connects directly to local lines and the Blue Line, which is very handy. This time there was a chance a typhoon would hit on my travel day, but it was a huge help that my luggage didn’t get wet at all. All the staff have wonderful smiles, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from my Room, but next time I’d love to be able to see all the way out toward Minato Mirai. Thank you very much for everything.

    Conveniently located with direct access to the station.

    I stayed here to attend a concert in Minato Mirai. I usually stay at a Hotel in Minato Mirai, but Hotels around there have gotten expensive recently, so I chose Associa for its great value. There is also a lounge, and there are plenty of restaurants in the building, so I would like to stay here again. Just one thing: When sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper on the right side is hard to reach. I would like the Hotel staff to try it themselves as well. Could you please reconsider its placement? Other than that, everything was perfect.

    I stayed here to attend a concert.

    I always stay here whenever there’s a concert at Yokohama Arena. I really like this Hotel because the Rooms are clean and the staff are kind and helpful. I also don’t notice noise from nearby Rooms or the hallway, so I feel the soundproofing is solid. I love that the view from the Room is beautiful both during the day and at night! As for location, it’s directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station, which is very convenient. There are many shops around, including restaurants, electronics stores, and drugstores—starting right on the Hotel lobby floor—so you won’t have any trouble finding what you need even if you forget something. My stay was very comfortable. Thank you! I’d definitely like to stay again.

    An Accommodation above the station with views of trains and cars

    I’ve stayed here many times since the COVID period. This time I used it because my companion had to go to the hospital from 9:00 a.m. It’s above the station and extremely convenient. You can take the elevator straight up from Shin-Yokohama Station, and there’s a Royal Host right in front of the front desk, plus other restaurants as well. You can see the Shinkansen and Yokohama Line trains, and the Room was quiet and clean. A highlight is the lounge two floors above reception (12F), where you can work while enjoying the view outside, and drink free juice and other beverages. It’s free for Hotel guests; non-guests can also use it by paying a fee. There are also a few newspapers and magazines. There’s a small fitness room too, often used by international guests. Also, I really appreciate that there’s a scale in the Room. Breakfast at Royal Host is a bit pricey, so I don’t use it. It isn’t especially large, but it feels relaxing here and I like it. I’ll probably stay again.

    A warm and welcoming Hotel with attentive service

    I had made a Reservation for a double Room for one person, but my plans changed and an additional family member ended up staying with me at the last minute on the day of arrival. When I called to ask for advice, you kindly listened and supported me, and helped us handle the sudden issue smoothly. Thank you very much for changing us to a twin Room. I also stayed here when my son took his university entrance exams, and we have wonderful memories. This was our second stay, and it became another great memory. Thank you again for everything.

    Highly recommended.

    I stayed at this Hotel shortly after it first opened. Just like last time, I was very satisfied with my stay. Although it was a short visit, the room was clean and comfortable. The convenient location is also a big plus. I would like to stay here again.

    It was great that there was a stand light near the TV that could brighten the area right at hand. Being able to use the lounge, and having vending machines on each floor (with prices that weren’t particularly high) was also very helpful. If I may suggest an improvement: we used two Rooms, and one of them had a very strong odor. Even with heavy ventilation and using an air purifier, the smell did not go away, so we ended up spending the night feeling uncomfortable. I would like you to check for odors more thoroughly during cleaning. Perhaps a previous guest spilled something somewhere in the Room (it smelled like men’s cologne)? Overall, I think it is a very good Hotel.

    No hospitality.

    I stayed here recently. I often work in Yokohama and use this Hotel from time to time. Despite that, this time I had a very unpleasant experience with the Hotel’s service. The staff service was the worst. There were also many issues with the Facility. During my previous stay, the bedside light would not turn on. This time I stayed in a different Room, but again the bedside light would not turn on. When I told a staff member, they said it was only because the bulb was loose. They said it was fixed, but then the other light still would not turn on. I was astonished. In the bathroom, mold is a concern. There is a Royal Host restaurant in front of the front desk area, and even though this is a Hotel, it is unpleasant to smell food. Because it is directly above the Shinkansen station, the location is convenient, but I feel that the Accommodation Fee does not match the Facility or service.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here the day before the Coming-of-Age Ceremony. The atrium was beautiful, and being located inside the station building made it very convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I felt this is my top choice for accommodation in Shin-Yokohama. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    It was comfortable.

    I used this for the first time when attending a live event at Yokohama Arena. It was very convenient as it is directly connected to the station. The Room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. However, I found it difficult to adjust the water temperature when filling the bathtub, and I think it would be better if there were an easier way to control the temperature (including in the washroom). I look forward to staying here again.

    Accommodation for a short stay in Osaka before and after a Shinkansen trip during a temporary return from overseas. Luggage storage available during your absence. The hotel is conveniently located right below the JR ticket gates.

    Directly connected to the station, very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The Room felt a bit small but was within an acceptable range. However, the smartphone signal was weak, which slightly impacted the internet experience. Overall, it was very good.

    The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. If I may point out one thing, the smoking area was far away, and it couldn't be used until 6 a.m., which was inconvenient. I hope a 24-hour smoking area can be provided within the hotel. Other than that, everything was great. I would love to stay here again if given the chance. Thank you!

    Reduce your waiting time!

    Despite downloading the QR code in advance, guests still had to wait at the front desk and complete standard check-in procedures after scanning the QR code on a panel. For better efficiency, a fully automated check-in system is recommended. Additionally, the breakfast venue was at Royal Host, where staff shortages led to delays in replenishing dishes and food. The rushed atmosphere made it difficult to relax. It would be appreciated if the lounge opening hours could start about an hour earlier.

    This accommodation is incredibly convenient and helpful when visiting by Shinkansen, as it is directly connected to the station—a major advantage. Though I usually feel uneasy staying at a hotel alone, the open corridor design with visible surroundings provides a sense of security. The room is bright, spacious, and allows for a relaxing stay. The bathtub is large, and the bathroom includes a magnifying mirror, which is a delightful feature. During my first stay, I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast buffet at Royal Host—services like this make mornings pleasant. Whether staying alone or with my husband as a couple, this hotel ensures comfort and peace of mind. Additionally, the exclusive Associa Lounge for guests offers an excellent space to unwind during short breaks. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting my daughter's family in the future!

    Direct access to the station is convenient, but having to go through the commercial Facility's elevators and restaurant area is slightly inconvenient. A dedicated elevator from the station to the Hotel would be ideal.

    It is a beautiful Hotel.

    I stayed for only one night, but I had a great experience. The Room was clean, the staff were attentive, and the Hotel's proximity to the station made it very convenient. However, as I personally dislike unit baths, I considered that a downside. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Highly recommended!

    The interior is very modern, and the water dispenser was extremely convenient. It is connected to the station and shopping mall, making dining and transportation very convenient. I think I will definitely choose this accommodation whenever I stay in the Kanto area in the future. There were no large group travelers, creating a pleasant atmosphere, which was excellent. The management of express deliveries was also outstanding!

    For those who want to enjoy their stay

    I recently stayed at this hotel, which I had been wanting to visit for a long time. While I sometimes stay at traditional luxury accommodations, this newer hotel felt just as refined and provided a pleasant experience from start to finish. (The hotel does not have its own restaurant but offers access to restaurants in the same building, which I found practical.) First, the front desk staff were both professional and warm in their service. The room had thoughtful details such as a cover on the door's peephole for privacy and an iron with an ironing board already placed in the closet, eliminating the need to request them from reception. Unlike many accommodations that now require guests to pick up amenities at the front desk for environmental reasons, this hotel provided morning and evening amenities directly in the room, which was very convenient. At the same time, they showed environmental consideration by providing carafes for guests to fill water from shared floor water dispensers. The chairs and sofas were made of leather-like material rather than fabric, giving a clean impression that reflected proper maintenance. The linens were also well-laundered and comfortable. The floor was quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout my stay. The view from my window was expansive and relaxing as well. At checkout, while it involved placing my key card into a box-style system, I appreciated how staff still greeted me warmly on departure. For me personally, staying at accommodations is somewhat of an extraordinary experience outside daily life; therefore I prefer hotels with reasonable pricing not cutting corners unnecessarily when it comes down-to-service quality aspects! This particular property exceeded expectations delivering satisfaction overall! Additionally noticing increased inbound tourism trends lately elsewhere where subtle greetings or uniquely Japanese hospitality touches seem missing left disappointment behind previously experienced elsewhere however none such issues arose here making everything feel welcoming again! Would love returning someday soon!

    The price was reasonable, so I didn't have high expectations, but the Room was clean and well-equipped, which was great. The breakfast buffet at Royal Host was also satisfying. I would like to use it again for events at Yokohama Arena.

    I visited the lounge...

    I visited the lounge after 9:00 PM and sat in the back left corner. A staff member came to check if anyone was there, and upon noticing me, gave a slight nod without a smile. It felt like an uncomfortable atmosphere.

    It was a very comfortable stay. As the Hotel is directly connected to the Shinkansen station, you can check in without getting wet even on rainy days. The front desk staff were polite and kind, and the Room was moderately spacious, allowing for relaxation. The station building has everything you need, so it was great to be able to purchase souvenirs or small forgotten items. There are also many restaurants and takeout shops in the station building, so finding meals was not an issue. The only inconvenience was that the elevator to reach the 10th-floor lobby took quite some time to arrive.
