    We thoroughly enjoyed watching the Liverpool match.

    I stayed here to watch the Liverpool vs. Yokohama F. Marinos match at Nissan Stadium. Since it was a long-awaited game, I booked this hotel to fully enjoy the experience until the end. The hotel is directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station, offering excellent accessibility with an elevator nearby. The complimentary lounge for guests allowed me to stay hydrated, and I could freshen up in my room after sweating during the commute before heading to the stadium, making it comfortable even in extreme heat. Although it seemed like the building might be over 10 years old, everything was clean, and the room was spacious and relaxing. Great value for money! The breakfast buffet at Royal Host was also delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Nissan Stadium!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Located directly above Shin-Yokohama Station with commercial facilities, making it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. We were able to borrow a baby crib, and the "Hungry Caterpillar" bedding was adorable and lifted our spirits. However, only breakfast-included plans were available, so we chose that option, but the restaurant was Royal Host. The variety of dishes was not extensive. Additionally, there were no bottled water provided in the room, so it was inconvenient to go all the way to the water dispenser near the elevator. Although there is a complimentary drink bar for guests, when I tried to make a café latte, the milk had run out. It would be great if this could be checked more thoroughly for improvement.

    Excellent Access

    I made a reservation for access from Tokyo to Aichi Prefecture. Recently, it's rare to find a hotel with such well-equipped amenities. I truly appreciated it. Although the hot days continue, I hope all the staff will keep up the great work!

    Highly satisfied!

    I chose to stay at this hotel due to its convenient location, as I planned to visit Chinatown in the morning and take the Shinkansen in the evening. As a result, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening and move around Chinatown freely, which was very satisfying. The bed sheets and room were clean. The bathroom also felt hygienic, and it was nice that the showerhead was from ReFa. The power outlets were not by the bedside but under the mirror, with two available slots. I would love to stay here again.

    Although I checked in very late, several restaurants in the station building on the same floor and the floor below were still open, which was very helpful. Additionally, there were perks for guests, such as a complimentary drink, which was a pleasant surprise. However, please make sure to check the last order times. There is a space called "Associa Lounge" exclusively for guests where you can enjoy drinks and relax. Before checking out, you can stop by to catch up on news with newspapers or gather travel ideas from magazines. It also helped me adjust my departure time conveniently. Interestingly, I stayed at Nagoya Marriott the day before and noticed that the female staff at both hotels wore scarves tied in a similar style but with different colors—reminding me again that it’s part of Marriott "Associa."

    I would love to stay here again.

    The Room is bright with large windows, and the layout is user-friendly and relaxing. The bathroom has a sliding door and is spacious, which was great. I also appreciated that it didn’t have a shower curtain, making it more comfortable to use. The breakfast omelet was freshly made and delicious, though I think a set meal instead of a buffet could also be nice. Being directly connected to the station was very convenient, and my companion was pleased as well. It’s clean and pleasant, and I’d love to stay here again if given the chance.

    The room had large windows, providing a sense of openness. I stayed here for a concert at Nissan Stadium. I was initially unsure about staying overnight as the return Shinkansen schedule would have been tight for a day trip, but staying allowed me to fully enjoy the concert without worrying about time!

    It was a good Hotel.

    We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Yokohama Arena. The location was perfect, right above the station with only vertical movement via elevator, making it extremely convenient. The Room was reasonably priced and had a decent touch of luxury in areas like the sink, with cleanliness well-maintained. Due to my physique, I found the walking space beside the bed very narrow, and using the stool made it impossible to pass behind it. While understandable given the price range, I felt that a slightly larger Room would have been better. A minor concern was that the bathtub was slippery inside and that the shower hose twisted when used upward, making it unusable at times. Breakfast was included in our stay, so we enjoyed our meal at Royal Host on the lobby floor in the morning; every menu item we tried was delicious. If staying in Shin-Yokohama again, I would choose this Hotel once more!

    Directly connected to the station, the Hotel offers excellent accessibility and convenience. We stayed in a top-floor Room this time, enjoying an outstanding view. The entire Facility was clean and comfortable. While the breakfast buffet seemed to have slightly fewer options, it was overall satisfying. We felt it provided value beyond its price, and our family was delighted. We also thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Ramen Museum.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The direct connection to the station was a major attraction for my stay. The hotel was unexpectedly luxurious, clean, and absolutely wonderful. Every time I entered or exited the room, the open atrium view lifted my spirits. With restaurants and other shops located within the building, it was incredibly convenient. Breakfast seating was arranged quickly; however, the buffet area felt cramped and crowded, making it difficult to access food—this part was a bit disappointing. I hope they consider improving the layout in the future. The staff's hospitality was truly exceptional! I would definitely love to stay here again.

    Enjoy a delightful breakfast and lounge experience!

    I stayed here for the first time. I chose a plan that included a breakfast buffet at Royal Host, and it was great to enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. Having access to the lounge during my stay was also appealing. I would like to use this hotel again when on a business trip to Shin-Yokohama.

    Very satisfied

    I stayed for two nights during a concert at Yokohama Arena. The staff at the front desk were courteous and left a good impression, and the Room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The floor was quiet even during the day, and having water dispensers on each floor was very convenient. The lounge on the second floor could be used for free during my stay, and I appreciated being able to take coffee back to my Room as well. There are restaurants and commercial Facilities on the lower floors of the Hotel, offering convenience unique to a Hotel directly above a station. I plan to use this Hotel again if I have another opportunity in the future.

    Surprised by the charge for towels on the second night.

    This time, I used the eco Plan for the first time. It is a Plan without cleaning on the second night. Other Hotels also have similar Plans, no cleaning, no sheet exchange. This is common, so I thought it was the same, but surprisingly, on the second night, there was no towel exchange, and if you wanted an exchange, it was said to be 300 yen per piece. Face towels, bath towels for two people each, and bath mats, all were charged. Moreover, there was no replenishment of coffee or tea. At the front desk, the smell of cooking from the Royal Host directly across the entrance was quite strong and unpleasant. The mold on the handrail in the bathroom was also noticeable, giving the impression that it was not worth the price. It was quite disappointing. I have stayed many times with the regular Plan, but I am always concerned about the mold in the bathroom.

    It is extremely convenient.

    Convenient for traveling to the city and using the Nozomi, it offers excellent convenience. This time, I stayed on the 19th floor, and the view was great, making for an enjoyable stay. The amenities around the bed and shower were also well-equipped. Although it's part of a station building, security is ensured, so you can stay with peace of mind. Highly recommended. With recent inbound tourism, accommodation costs in the city have increased, but perhaps due to the location, I feel the cost performance is very high. Additionally, the reception at the front desk was smooth and left a very good impression. Recommended for everyone, regardless of the purpose, whether for sightseeing or business.

    I want to stay again!

    We stayed last New Year's and loved it so much that this year we invited my sister's family and booked two rooms. We are truly grateful for the kind and friendly staff every time. We were touched by the thoughtfulness of arranging the two rooms next to each other at check-in! Thank you! It was fully booked this time, but we hope to stay in a family room next year!

    After the live show

    After the concert at Yokohama Arena, I was looking for a place to stay nearby and found this hotel directly connected to the station. It was my first time using it, but the Room was clean, and the breakfast was very delicious, allowing me to have an enjoyable time. It was unfortunate that I couldn't relax in the lounge as I used it just before checking out. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    There is a convenience store on the first floor, but it closes early. We would like to have vending machines selling beer and other items placed near the elevator.

    Perfect Business Hotel

    Without much prior research, I made a reservation on a whim. This hotel, located above the station building of Shin-Yokohama Station, was far beyond my imagination. When you get off the elevator on the respective floor, you are greeted by the corridor unique to a high-rise hotel and the view of Royal Host below. It has an indescribable sense of luxury. Upon entering the room, my satisfaction increased further, as everything necessary was elegantly arranged, and perhaps due to the good air conditioning, the sleeping comfort was excellent. Another charm of this hotel is that the lobby floor is lined with excellent izakayas, allowing you to fully enjoy food and drinks at a very close distance. This hotel is likely to become a staple at Shin-Yokohama Station.

    I'm lost.

    In the morning at checkout, when I approached the counter to hand over the Room card, I was told to "put it in the return box" even though I was already at the counter. Conversely, when I tried to put it in the box before, I was told to "hand it over at the counter." Personally, I would like to confirm that all payments are settled before checking out. It's a bit troublesome when instructions and judgments vary from person to person.

    The front desk service was disappointing.

    While waiting in line for check-in, a foreigner cut in and proceeded with the process. I was upset but waited quietly, and then another foreigner did the same. When I finally said, "I'm in line," I was told, "This person came earlier and was waiting on the sofa." Shouldn't they have explained this to those of us waiting in line? Moreover, we were left standing the whole time. We were also told that there was pear juice in the lounge today, but when we went, there was no pear juice, and it would be available tomorrow. It's not a big deal, but it was disappointing as a response from the Hotel front desk.

    Stays after 9 years

    I stayed here for the first time in nine years. The Room was clean, and I was able to spend my time quietly. The cleaning was generally thorough, but it was unfortunate that the bathroom drain was not properly cleaned. The receptionist was polite and left a good impression. Since it is directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station, it is conveniently located, and I would like to use it again.

    Convenient location

    It was very convenient for returning by Shinkansen. In the bathroom, there were black and red mold at the junction of the wall and bathtub that couldn't be removed by hand, making me want to bleach it. The breakfast venue was a family restaurant I had been to before, so I thought a hotel buffet would lift my spirits even more. The room had a wide entrance, and the entire door of the toilet was a mirror, making it feel spacious. I would be happy if there were two sets of lotion and facial cleanser for night and morning. The drinks in the lounge were in takeaway cups, so I could take them on the Shinkansen. I had a comfortable stay except for the bathroom. Thank you very much.
