The meals were disappointing...

I booked a cottage for accommodation with my dog. Since it was during Golden Week, I expected the prices to be somewhat higher, but I was disappointed with the number of dishes, content, and quality of both dinner and breakfast. It felt no different from an average buffet restaurant in town, which made it very disappointing as there was no sense of being in Izu. The onsen was very spacious with open-air baths and a sauna. Additionally, being able to use not only the main building's "Mori no Yu" but also the Marriott Hotel added to the enjoyment.
