The Room bath was incredibly relaxing. It was free-flowing hot spring water with a faint sulfur scent, and the water temperature was just right. Because it’s on higher ground, we didn’t have to worry about being seen from outside, and we fully enjoyed the view from the Room. The food was delicious as well. Breakfast was especially good. Dinner was tasty too, but considering the price, the contents were a bit disappointing. The Room layout was easy to use and thoughtfully designed down to the details. The towels and bathrobes were also practical and comfortable to use. One downside was that when going from the Room to the dining area, we wore the provided geta sandals, but they were difficult to walk in. With stairs and gravel paths, something easier to walk in would be appreciated.
