    Very good.

    The front desk staff were very friendly and made a great impression. The view from the Room was so amazing that I welcomed the morning with the curtains left open. The view from the bathroom was also wonderful. If I have the chance, this will definitely be my first choice again. Overall, I was very satisfied, except that the price was high during Golden Week.

    The lobby has a high...

    The lobby has a high ceiling and a diorama, and the Room was clean. The amenities were also eco-friendly. At the restaurant, there was a selection of pickles and local specialties from various prefectures to choose from, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    We stayed here for the first time to celebrate my loved one’s birthday. We had an early checkout the next morning and couldn’t make it to breakfast at the restaurant, but we truly appreciate how kindly you accommodated our last-minute requests, including Room service and arranging a cake. Thank you very much. Thanks to everyone, we were able to spend a calm and relaxing time. The Room was more spacious and comfortable than we expected, which delighted us. The location was also excellent—the bus from Narita arrives at the Nihonbashi Exit, and the Hotel is right in front of it, making it very easy to find. We would love to stay at this Hotel from now on and plan to visit again around summer. Next time, we’d like to try the restaurant as well. Thank you again for giving us such a wonderful and memorable stay.

    Still very comfortable.

    I have been staying at this Hotel frequently for quite a long time. This time I stayed in a renovated Room, and of course it was clean and looked great. However, I preferred the previous Room design, which felt more luxurious. For example, the nighttime footlight is gone, and the dimmable light in the view bath is also gone (and the bathroom light switch is only outside the bathroom. Previously there was a dimming button next to the bathtub). It’s disappointing that these small features have been removed, and to be honest it now feels like an “ordinary Room with nothing special” (maybe it depends on the Room type…). There are absolutely no issues with the staff’s service, but somehow it feels like there is less warmth than before. I’m not exactly a regular, but they used to say small things like “Thank you for staying with us again,” and that always made me happy. The location is great, and depending on the Room the view can be wonderful as well—this is still one of my favorite Hotels—but if I’m being strict, it feels like it has become “less interesting.” That said, there isn’t any real problem. The guest Rooms are spotless down to every detail including all water areas (this has always been true even as some Facilities have aged), so I don’t have any major complaints (aside from those small points above). Maybe I’m simply feeling nostalgic.

    A Friend’s Birthday

    The Hotel staff kindly helped with various requests, and I truly felt their warm hospitality. The Room was not as spacious as I expected, but it was clean and comfortable. One disappointment was the view. I made the Reservation expecting a high-floor view, but construction was taking place right in front of the building, so it did not quite match my expectations. However, the night view was lovely. Breakfast at Tenku was great in terms of both quality and variety, and above all, the staff’s wonderful smiles and attentive service really impressed me.

    It was very good.

    From check-in, everything left a wonderful impression. The warm hand towel was excellent. The breakfast natto with straw and the beef shabu-shabu were outstanding. The diorama was soothing.

    All of the staff greeted us warmly and spoke to us often, making our stay extremely comfortable. As on our previous visit, we truly appreciated that you kindly stored our frozen items for us. At breakfast, a younger staff member shared lots of helpful information about the Yaesu area, and we really enjoyed the conversation. Thank you very much—we would love to stay with you again.

    Convenient location

    Directly connected to Tokyo Station, with access to the Tozai Line from underground. The Room is clean, and the amenities are well stocked. If you pay in advance, checkout is smooth—just return the key.

    Conveniently connected directly to Tokyo Station.

    We stayed for one night as a family. After arriving at Tokyo Station, we went to drop off our luggage, and the staff kindly assisted us. Everyone at this Hotel was very pleasant—smiles, eye contact, and courteous manners made us feel truly welcome. This was actually our second stay. The last time was when my son was still an elementary school student who loved trains. I remember choosing this place because you could see the railway. Now he will start working full-time in April, so we decided to take a family trip somewhere and came to Tokyo. It was a nostalgic stay filled with memories. We ended up checking in late, but they handled it graciously, and our luggage had already been taken to our Room, which helped us a lot. The bed was spacious and comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping while traveling, but the pillow suited me perfectly and I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I mainly chose Japanese dishes—there were so many toppings for ochazuke that I couldn’t decide, plus tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), salmon roe, pork shabu-shabu, and more! I almost ran out of rice. And yet I still had the French toast—also excellent. Thank you for the wonderful meal. We had a window-side seat with great weather, so we enjoyed a lovely morning watching the view—the impressive building construction—and the Shinkansen coming and going. I’d love to stay again. By then, the scenery will probably have changed too. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I’ve been staying here every month lately.

    Whenever I travel to Tokyo on business, I always make a Reservation at this Hotel first, then purchase my flight tickets. Not only is the location convenient, but the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to staying again in April.

    This is my go-to Accommodation in Tokyo.

    This has become my regular Accommodation in Tokyo lately. It’s close to the Shinkansen, and the Nihonbashi Exit is less crowded and feels calm. The Room is small even at around 40,000 yen per night (lol). Prices have really gone up. I had no issues at all with the amenities or in-room equipment. Breakfast is delicious, too. I also like the spacious lobby. In the Room, I prefer relaxing in a chair rather than on the bed, so while I can accept the limited space, I’d love a more comfortable chair. Overall, it’s a good Hotel.

    It was a very satisfying stay.

    This was my second stay. At check-in, the staff promptly helped me link my JR Hotel Card with my Suica—something I wasn’t asked about last August. The Room was a corner twin with a great view, and I could even enjoy Tokyo’s night skyline from the bathroom. The mattress firmness was excellent, and there were two types of pillows to choose from; even though I usually can’t sleep well with different pillows, I slept soundly. The amenities were plentiful—especially the bath salts and mouthwash. Breakfast didn’t have an extensive selection, but every item was delicious. In particular, the simmered sardines in plum sauce were outstanding and pleasantly unique. It isn’t cheap and it can be hard to secure a Reservation, but it’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again whenever I’m in Tokyo on business.

    Comfortable space

    The room was spacious, and the large sofa made our stay very comfortable. The L-shaped sofa allowed us to sit in relaxed positions while having conversations. There was also a small study space, which seemed convenient for my partner to work. I already knew the breakfast at Hotel Tenku was delicious, but since the room we stayed in this time was so cozy, we ordered Japanese breakfast through room service. We enjoyed a delightful and tasty meal while watching the trains pass by in a relaxing atmosphere. This stay was truly satisfying!

    Enjoy a perfect view of Tokyo Station from the window!

    I made a reservation to enjoy the year-end events around the station. Since it was a special occasion, I chose a room where I could also enjoy the view of passing trains. The room had been renovated, so it was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very clean. Although the space was smaller than expected, there was enough room to open my suitcase. The view from the window screamed "The Tokyo," which got me excited. The clear winter skies, evening scenery, and illuminations were exceptionally beautiful. Regarding amenities, only one set of slippers and pajamas were provided, so I picked up an additional set at the front desk after returning from an outing. While there, I noticed an N-gauge model train display in the lobby—it looked amazing and even adults could enjoy it. Breakfast lived up to its reputation with a wide variety and generous portions; it felt like a more luxurious breakfast than usual. However, my seat was in a high-traffic area despite having partitions, making for quite a noisy atmosphere. Also, while there was plenty of table space available after finishing my meal, staff immediately came to collect dishes as soon as I finished eating—it felt rushed and gave off an impression of being watched while eating. Conversations among staff members were clearly audible throughout; since sound seems to carry on this floor easily, attention should be paid to voice volume. This hotel is notoriously difficult to book reservations for; however thanks to IKYU's waitlist feature and registering this accommodation as one I'd like to visit again someday—I managed successfully! If given another chance—I’d definitely make another reservation here!

    Very kind.

    The staff around the front desk were kind and helpful. I stayed the night before traveling from Kansai to a hospital in Tokyo for a back pain examination, and choosing the late check-out Plan allowed me to leave at just the right time, which was very convenient. The view from the window was lovely, with sights of the Bank of Japan building and Sky Tower, which made me happy. The piano performance in the lobby was also wonderful. Thanks to the kindness of the staff, I’ve decided to choose this Hotel again next time.

    Room odor...

    The room smells. It is unclear whether it is from the drainage pipes or deodorizer, but there is an unpleasant odor. I don't think I will stay here again.

    Sustainable

    I stayed for two nights and placed a card on the pillow indicating that sheet replacement was unnecessary. When I returned to the room in the evening, I was surprised to find the bed perfectly made without any sense of reused sheets. While I had almost no complaints, it was a bit disappointing that the wallpaper in the bathroom was slightly peeling, showing signs of wear, and that I occasionally heard thumping noises from the neighboring room at night. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable.

    The view is spectacular.

    The Room was upgraded, offering a fantastic view that allowed us to fully enjoy Tokyo. It would be great if the directions from Tokyo Station could be made clearer.

    A bottle cap from a ...

    A bottle cap from a previous guest was found in the room, and my child almost put it in their mouth, which was alarming. The room was very dry even with a humidifier, and there were cracks on parts of the bathtub wall. I stayed here a few years ago and had such a great experience that I wanted to return, but this time it was disappointing. The staff members are very kind and helpful.

    Pleasant hospitality.

    Thank you for hosting us for two days. We used the room service for breakfast. The Western-style breakfast was satisfying, though a bit more coffee would have been appreciated. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious as well. However, instead of miso soup, there was clear soup in the bowl! Was this a mistake? Please serve miso soup in the morning if possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

    Convenient location.

    Direct access to Tokyo Station is very convenient. You can leave your luggage and enjoy exploring the city or the station itself, which is truly helpful. The Hotel starts from the 27th floor, offering great views. While having breakfast, you can enjoy watching Shinkansen and other trains coming and going. The breakfast buffet is divided into Western and Japanese options, with so many choices that I couldn’t try everything—it was delicious! The room was, of course, clean and provided a comfortable stay.

    The night view was absolutely stunning.

    I decided to stay at the accommodation as a reward for myself after the first half of the year, wanting to work while enjoying the night view. Although my room was not on the Tokyo Station side, as I imagined, the night view was absolutely stunning. Next time, I would like to reserve a room where I can enjoy a bath while admiring the night view. At first, I thought it would be nice if the desk lamp were a bit brighter, but I was able to work efficiently at the table by the window. The breakfast had plenty of side dishes for rice, and everything was incredibly delicious. Thank you very much!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at a hotel near Tokyo Station for the first time. - Positive Points - ・My luggage was delivered to my room before check-in, making it convenient to move to the room even with shopping bags in both hands. ・The room lighting was bright, which made getting ready easy (many hotels tend to have dim lighting). ・All amenities were prepared in the room. While taking only what you need from the front desk is efficient, having them readily available in the room was very convenient for sudden needs. ・A sufficient number of towels were provided (including hand towels, which was a nice touch). ・The water pressure in both the shower and sink was strong and satisfying. ・Having a tabletop mirror and accessory tray available was a pleasant surprise. - Negative Points - ・When placing the showerhead on its hook, it moved due to water pressure, making it difficult to use. ・The hairdryer seemed too powerful; having an option for low airflow would make drying and styling easier. This time I booked a room without a view, but next time I’d like to reserve one with a view. The front desk staff’s service was polite and excellent as well!
