I booked the Welcome...

I booked the Welcome Baby Plan. The staff provided a courteous guide, the food was delicious and served in the room, allowing us to enjoy it at our own pace. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onsen in our room, which made for a very satisfying stay. When our child became fussy, we were grateful to be lent toys and books. However, there was no specific explanation about baby goods, so it took some time to find where to dispose of diapers. While we could borrow a baby chair upon request, we were unsure what other items were available for loan. It would have been helpful if there had been an explanation during check-in about available baby goods or instructions on their location and usage if already placed in the room. Additionally, perhaps due to rainy weather that day, there was a slight sewage smell along the hallway from the lobby to our room. Although the rooms have been renovated and are new, I understand that this is an older facility overall; still, having incense or aromatherapy might help mask any odors and enhance comfort. Overall though, everything was truly wonderful—the staff members were all kind and even spoke gently with our child—creating such lovely memories for us. Thanks to this accommodation's thoughtful services, we felt incredibly comfortable and secure traveling with our one-year-old on this onsen trip. We are deeply grateful for such an experience and would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!
