A Ryokan Comfortable for All Generations

We received a brochure from your affiliated Ryokan and decided to visit for a family trip. Since we have a preschooler, we were pleased to find out that in-room dining was available, so we reserved a room with this option. The stay exceeded our expectations, and our daughter was able to relax completely and feel at home throughout the visit. The temperature of the private open-air bath in the room was perfect without any need for adjustment! Amenities were so well-prepared that it felt like we could visit empty-handed. We appreciated thoughtful touches such as complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, free ice cream and beverages always available at the post-bath area or lobby—everything you could wish for was provided with great hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. As onsen enthusiasts who visit various Ryokans every year, it’s been a while since we found an accommodation that became such a big hit with our entire family. We will definitely return again.
