We had an extraordinary experience.

A gift of an Onsen trip for my mother's birthday. We stayed at Ashikari and were well taken care of. The room was bright, just like in the photos, and meticulously maintained. It was literally spotless and very clean. We enjoyed a relaxing in-room dining experience with delicate dishes. The staff who prepared our meals left a lasting impression by gently knocking each time they brought food to avoid disturbing us during our meal. The food was so delicious that it made me look forward to visiting again in a different season to see what other dishes might be offered. Most of the staff were young, giving off a refreshing impression. This allowed us to enjoy our stay without feeling overly self-conscious or formal. Although navigating stairs was slightly challenging due to some mobility issues, the accommodation left such a positive impression that I would love to visit again.
