Excellent

In February, my wife and I stayed in a room called "Sagamiro." The sunlight streaming into the room and the view from the guestroom were wonderful, and the temperature of the private open-air bath was perfect. Every dish we had was delicious, and the handwritten menu was charming. When I requested water to take medicine before a meal, they kindly brought warm water instead. Additionally, when I asked for tissues during dinner, they had them prepared in advance for breakfast the next morning—such thoughtful service. It was an accommodation that makes you want to visit again.

The kind words of praise you have given us have been shared with all our staff. Our head chef was especially pleased with your compliments on the cuisine. The "Sagami-ji" room you stayed in this time is the largest room in our accommodation, measuring 100 square meters. It features a spacious deck offering a panoramic view of Hakone's mountain ridges, the nightscape of Yugawara at your feet, and illuminated trees for an open and relaxing atmosphere. Although there are still areas where we can improve, we will continue to grow as an accommodation while being nurtured by all of our guests and strive even further in providing excellent service.
