The staff at the Stays were all very kind. They helped carry my heavy luggage both at check-in and check-out, which was very helpful. I was also very pleased with the complimentary ice cream and beer service. If possible, I think having a bit more partitioning in the Room would make the stay more comfortable. Additionally, having an elevator or a gentle slope would make it easier for those with mobility issues to use the facilities.
